I came to Rabbit Rabbit this evening to try the matcha brown sugar pearl drink, but they weren't serving any of those drinks because they were out of brown sugar boba. I opted for the Golden Jinxuan milk tea with golden boba since it was one of their recommended drinks. I got 75% sweetness and half ice. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed. The drink was so bland! It tasted like slightly sweetened milk with flavorless boba. Unfortunately the golden boba didn't taste as good as regular boba soaked in brown sugar syrup, so it didn't add anything to the already plain drink. For $6+ per drink I can't recommend this boba spot over other places where you can actually taste the tea flavor. I may come back someday to try the matcha drink, but I wouldn't go out of my way to Rabbit Rabbit with so many other good bubble tea spots in Seattle. read more

Most importantly, it seems like this place is handling COVID precautions well. They have a limit of 5 customers to be inside the store and have social distanced circles for the line. There's plastic dividers in front of the workers as well. The interior design of this place is amazing! They went all out for their Alice in Wonderland/rabbit theme. I had the mojito peach drink and it was delicious! Super refreshing. There were fruit slices inside along with mint leaves. I was pleasantly surprised because I wasn't expecting much since it is a boba tea shop. Highly recommend it! My boyfriend got the passionfruit tea with goji berries and it was so good but just a little too sweet-- we'd recommend getting 50-75% sugar. There is street parking available. What's unique about this place is that their boba/pearls are clear blonde-ish color, rather than made with brown sugar. There are some interesting flavors that you usually wouldn't find at other boba shops, like the Japanese buckwheat, which is what I tried. It's a unique flavor that I think needs some getting used to. I'm sure this is just me, but the flavor seemed really familiar and I realized that it reminded me of black bean noodles. Not a bad spot for boba but the drinks are a hit or miss so far for me. The Japanese buckwheat milk tea is special - it has a strong tea flavor that's reminiscent of soba with Boricha (barley tea). I got 75% sweetness which was just the right amount. The boba was cooked to perfection. On the other hand, my friend got the tiramisu milk tea which was a mistake. It tasted like chocolate milk, with no hints of coffee which is what tiramisu typically is made out of. Been here several times, it is rarely consistent with regard to ice or sugar level, but today was particularly bad. I ordered some milk teas, but instead received a single milk tea and a plain tea. Not Earth shattering, but variants in ice / sugar level are one thing, but the absolute inability to contact the cafe after the order was what took it over the edge. Ordered online, as recommended by all the marketing in the store, nothing in the way of getting help, nothing in the email, nothing in the automated text message. Rabbit Rabbit Tea was the first boba shop I tried in Seattle, and it did not disappoint! I am generally a fan of milk tea, however will occasionally opt for a fruit tea in the summertime. At Rabbit Rabbit, I ordered the Green Milk Tea with boba -- I adjusted for 75% sweetness and 30% ice. If you still like to have a fair amount of sweetness shine through in your milk tea, I recommend this! The boba itself was sweet and soft, yet firm enough to command a nice presence. Checked out this Taiwan milk tea spot. The Rabbit was really cute and the picture on the wall along with the Space Needle was soooo Seattle! I tried the tiramisu milk tea with boba and had it with 30% ice and no sugar. It came in large portion and the tons of boba, which was really amazing. I loved the chewy texture of the boba. The milk tea for me was a bit sweet maybe because it was tiramisu flavor. They actually offered various choices of tea, and will definitely try something else next time visiting. read more

Absolutely amazing! When you walk in, you immediately smell the lovely aroma of tea. My sister and I got the Iron Buddha Oolong Milk Tea, Passion Fruit Jade tea, and Tiramisu milk tea. I got the passion fruit tea with goji berries and added boba. 75% sugar is my default and it held up well for this fruit tea. They definitely give you enough boba!! My drink also had fruit slices very nicely arranged around the cup. Their tea selection is amazing and I look forward to coming back to try more of them! The person who took my order also offered me a sample of their almond milk tea which was bomb! Not powdery like some other places. Went into rabbit rabbit with a friend yesterday at 7:30pm and was disappointed that they were out of many tea types and boba. Since we were already there I got a golden tea of some sort with coconut jelly and spent 50 cents more for real milk (after trying my friends drink, I think spending extra for real milk was worth it). I wasn't at all a fan of the coconut jelly...it tasted super sweet and detracted from the taste of the tea (it also didn't taste anything like Coconut). I'll give this place another shot since I'm happy to have it in the neighborhood, and hopefully they will have more ingredients available.
