Came here to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. It was a nice surprise to learn that it's all day happy hour on Mondays! The HH menu had excellent options and the drink choices was good. We had the frozen watermelon margarita and the cabana boy mocktail. Both drinks were delicious. We ordered a few things from the HH menu. Gyoza, egg rolls, California roll, crispy shrimp tempura roll, rainbow roll, spicy crispy rice, chicken fried rice, chicken ramen and chasu ramen. Walked in on Sunday for lunch and the place was empty only a handful of people eating so I should have taken it as a bad sign to start. Sat down ordered drinks from the waitress. I noticed to start the hostess kept walking away and disappearing till the point where people were waiting to be seated. Again this was a slow day at this place and it happened again with a large party then again where the people waiting walked back out. Then again the hostess disappeared and my waitress actually sat people down because the hostess was gone again. Ordered three rolls and they came fairly quickly! Ok here goes the reason why my low score. Sushi rice was hard on all three rolls and dry! ULTIMATE SHRIMP TEMPURA ROLL had tuna that was really dry and not good so I picked it off. My son wanted sushi for his birthday this year. We decided to go here for his birthday celebration. The atmosphere inside is very nice. Colors are great. Everything looked wonderful host sat us right now. It was only about four people in the restaurant so it was like we had the whole place to ourselves. Then everything went terrible. The service was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in life. The server started off with a nice attitude, but because we were asking him what was taking so long with certain things and drinks and he developed a very nasty attitude. Let's just say our reservation was for 5 o'clock. We didn't receive our final entrée until 8 PM. All of our entrées came out at different times. Three people got their entrées. We waited 40 minutes another three people got their entrées. We waited another 30 minutes. Couple other people got some sushi rolls. We waited almost an hour for the Ramen dishes. It was just really horrible. Also, my wife ordered a shrimp and fillet hibachi which they sent out with shrimp and sirloin then tried to convince us that it was a ribeye. Until the manager came over and confessed that we were correct. It was not ribeye. It was in fact, sirloin steak .The manager did come over in the mix of all of the terrible service and try to do something, but he was at a loss for words for how horrible the experience was and how horrible the kitchen process was going. He did discount some of our bill and apologized over and over which we did appreciate but it did not take away from the fact that the experience was horrible on my son's 24th birthday. Food and drinks come out at random times and people are done eating before others even get their food. Atmosphere is nice. Dark, black and red. Floor is always dirty for some reason. I felt bad for our waitress, as the disappointment we felt was hard to hide. We didn't finish our food and we definitely didn't want to take it with us.
