Everything was ON TIME, which was so nice since there's a lot of moving parts during a move. Appreciated the time management and the handling of our goods by the movers. The communication prior to the move from Joe was proactive and clear so I knew exactly what to expect. Jose and his team arrived on time and I loved the text message telling me when they were en route. They packed up my apartment so quickly and they were also careful, making sure to pack everything well. Even with stairs, they unpacked at my new location very fast and even made sure we were happy with where everything was placed. Man With A Van has helped me with two moves, one in 2020 and another recently in March 2026. Both…read moretimes, the movers who have shown up have been professional and done a great job. With my first move in 2020, there was a bit of a scheduling issue, causing the movers to arrive later than originally scheduled and with a van rather than a truck (I had been told that it would be a truck in order to fit all of my belongings into one trip). Therefore, it ended up taking two trips. However, the owner made things right by only charging me the original rate for one trip. Mistakes happen and I'm fine with it, as long as the company owns up to it and makes it right. And there were no similar issues with my second move in 2026. The guys had furniture wrap and blankets to protect my belongings. During both moves, I did not find anything that was damaged at all. What more can you ask for!? I highly recommend Man With a Van! In fact, I'm likely going to use them again soon to help with some items that I will need to move into storage.
