Not responsive. Reached out a few times, they answered at first but then became very hard to get in touch with. Phone number did not work.

Within 4 hours (with an hour commute in between), our movers (shoutout to Ika, Beqa, and Ans Soso!!) moved all of our belongings from one place to another quickly, efficiently, and safely! They were so respectful and kind! I will most definitely be asking for them again if we ever move! The overall price was very fair for the amount of work completed. If you're looking for movers, look no further!!

I had showed them all the pictures of my stuff that needs to be moved and I also told them the number of stair steps I have, everything was communicated to them clear and in details. They gave me a quote but the quote means nothing to them. In the end I had to pay for added time, added materials for wrapping and added fee for bulk item. The amount I need to pay is not even near the estimation, it is way way way more than the estimation. What's the point for estimation anyway. Just to lure the customer to their payment trap? I had to pay $5300 in the end, 65% more than the estimation. So if you are considering this mover, I warn you that you need to add 65% more on their estimation before signing the contract. Good Luck to whoever wants to hire this moving company!!! I will never recommend this moving company to anyone!

They were timely and they communicated with me through my international move from the USA to Canada. When an associate wasn't familiar with the international process, I found that I could call an in-person associate to find out the best way to handle my uncommon issues with customs. This is the second time that I have moved with Upack or ABF. The associates and their 3rd party associates are what makes this company a join to work with. All of my things arrived to their destination as I expected and the fees were as they had quoted. I have had two wonderful experiences, and I plan to use them again when I move more things from the states to my home in Canada.

I wanted to…read moregive you 5 's I really did because of Ronnie but you need to address your dispatcher when it comes time to dropping the trailer from the previous state. OK, onto my review... First and foremost, the driver (Ronnie) that dropped the trailer was fabulous. I was amazed how he put that trailer in my driveway in one turn! Kudos for you, my friend! This man went above and beyond at helping a damsel in distress! A kind, considerate and empathetic man, a true asset to your company! Thank you Ronnie I was told my truck would come maybe a week after I moved to my new location but to my surprise, the truck came earlier than anticipated and this is where this company lost a star but not because they were early but because of an angy employee. I don't know the dispatcher's name that called me but he couldn't hold a candle to Ronnie and actually I think he was a little irritated, rude and in need of manners! Not a dumb, uneducated women here, please don't treat women like they are. Having drove 14 hours myself to get to where I'm at and then worry about how I'm going to unpack a 24 foot truck with my daughter and myself and not having the time to look for anymore is stressful not to mention my anxiety. The unprofessionalism came when I questioned how many days I would have to unpack this truck, and it turned into a small argument but not on my side but I chalked it up and figured it out myself that I had five days because the company is closed on the weekends so that was a relief. Thank you God! I was told I would have to call him back whoever this dispatcher was and get his approval if I needed to keep it any longer which I understand but it's in the manner that he talk to me. It just plain was rude like he was playing God so good luck with that one. It all turned out for me by the grace of God, I was able to find someone to help so I had this truck which dropped on Wednesday done on Sunday! Nonetheless, I want to. Thank you! This company was the cheapest by the way I checked!

I have been waiting since July 2025 to receive my refund for damages to my furniture and wall done during a move. I should have canceled the TV mount service being that I used. He is not a carpenter nor know how to properly mount anything. I should have known better than to give him a second chance. He caused a 55 inch TV to almost fall on me due to another improper installation. Which caused damage to the wall. It is now May 2026 and still nothing we had originally agreed per emails and text. All he kept saying was that I cause damage to his business. Instead of taking accountability and fixing the issue. Dwayne is not to be trusted. I would never recommend anyone to hire this company to do anything. Update: I was asked by the owner Dwayne Wolfe to remove my review in order to receive my refund. It has been over 2 months now since our last email conversation. Dwayne Wolfe is not honest nor professional. I have been waiting since July 2025 to receive my refund for damages to my furniture and wall done during a move. I should have canceled the TV mount service being that I used his TV mount service before and that TV wasn't mounted correctly then. This time, I tried to give him a second chance only to have a 55inch TV almost fall on me due to another improper installation. Which caused damage to the wall. It is now February 2026 and still nothing we had originally agreed per emails and text. Original Review: Last year, I had Dwayne and his crew move me from Lancaster Pa to Manchester PA. The move was great they took very good care of my Antique furniture and other containers. So because of that I reached out to Dwayne to handle my move to Alabama with a stop on the way in Maryland to pickup my partners things. Upon arrival she was told that everything may not fit. Which was very unprofessional when there was more than enough room for her things to fit. Especially, when the truck had more than enough room if packed correctly. Once they began packing all had fit and what small things didn't go we packed in the car. As we got closer to evening Dwayne advised that he was going to get a hotel and arrive to the house in Alabama in the morning. We arrived to the house at 9am and no call, text, or email from Dwayne. We went to get breakfast still no call, text,or email. I called while at breakfast and was told by Dwayne that the helpers woke up late and they will be at the house by 12pm. Upon their arrival at 2pm (5 hours late), Dwayne called and advised they were at the house and decided to unload the truck in the driveway. As we pulled up to the house from picking up cleaning supplies and water for the guys we noticed our stuff on the driveway like it was a garage sale or something. It was so unprofessional and disappointing to see. Then, after they moved the things into the house Dwayne seemed frustrated and annoyed when I asked about him installing the TV's and assembly of the beds which was part of the agreement. He proceeded to install the bed and TV's. He seemed to struggle to install a TV wall mount and TV on the wall. Then, I went out to the hardware store to pick up more proper screws for the TV mount. Not sure what he did with the screws he removed in Manchester for the same mount. All the screws were packed and labled to make the installations smooth. But while I was gone he assembled 1 queen frame and a twin futon. When I came back they placed the TV on the wall and I looked at everything that wasn't till wrapped in plastic. They brought in the final piece of furniture. It was completely destroyed. I told them to leave it in the Garage. He decided to leave it right at the entrance of the garage door. So I had to move it to the side wall myself. He said it was fixable and its not. We went to sleep woke up the next morning sat back on the bed and the bed shifted with a loud bang. Noticed that the bed wasn't properly assembled screws missing and loose. I immediately checked everything. The twin bed was missing screws and shifting left and right. My antique coffee table was scuffed in mutiple places, dinning table scuffed, dressers scuffed, bed frame chipped and scuffed, some China plates cracked and destroyed, desk missing a part, screws checked and noticed screws were loosened and had to be tightened and the motor bar was disconnected, computer monitor mount was chipped like it was dropped on the ground. I was emailed by Dwayne to sent photos was told by email that they did their best and I would be fully compensated. I'm still waiting.
