If your furniture is in good condition and you want to keep it that way, you might want to read this review. I used Little Justin's Moving in late July to load our 28' moving truck for an out of state move. I had rented moving blankets and tie down straps to help protect our belongings. They didn't use most of them, leaving our couch and expensive items unprotected. I have pictures documenting the unprotected couch, with a metal patio table digging into my beautiful sectional couch, with packs of unused moving blankets thrown on top! (see pic) Our couch is ripped and has black grease marks all over it, dressers are ruined with scratches and dents, dining set has the stain scraped off of it, a table snapped in half, many boxes were crushed flat (and they were heavy duty boxes), our chairs have holes in them from being punctured from other furniture. Just to name a few! The truck was not packed tight and looked like it was the back of a dumpster, with furniture and boxes just haphazardly tossed in on top of each other. I documented all of the damage with pictures. We were in contact with Lenny, the owner, for awhile via email. We provided him with receipts for our items and pictures of the damages. But as of late, they have ignored all communications with us and have not reimbursed us for any of the damages. Not to mention, we're also out the $900 we paid them in loading fees. We basically paid them to ruin our stuff! This previous reviewer was right that 13 must be their lucky number because our damages totaled $13,000! Now, the company won't return our emails.

Little Justin's Moving in Ephrata destroyed my great grandmother's table and did not even respond to my emails or phone calls.

Honestly, I have had "white glove delivery" services before, and Mt. Everest services raises that bar! Even after they had placed the piano where I wanted it, they didn't leave until it was thoroughly checked over, played, and that I was happy. Their pricing was extremely fair, and actually the best price I found, considering the amount of stairs to my house. What really impressed me was the level of knowledge and extreme organization in getting it done so quickly! I was simply amazed in watching them disassemble/move/reassemble so large and heavy, yet delicate! Not one scratch!! I recommend them for any moving, but especially for piano, or anything large, heavy and of value!

Truly the Mt. Everest of movers. We gave them a difficult job and they pulled it off with finesse!…read moreI was beginning to think this was an impossible safe move- this safe was a heavy beast, a double door 82" tall York Safe stashed in the basement of a 200 + year old house. Add a door too small to fit and a rotten sunken floor and it seemed impossible. They came and reinforced the floor, took the wheel base off the safe and squeezed her out that door, down the street and into their trailer. Once at our home she fit through our garage door with barely a 1/4" to spare. Very professional, double checking measurements, and taking it slow to fulfill my dream of bringing this family heirloom home. Well done guys.

We were moving our parents into a personal care apartment. We had a rough idea when they were going…read moreto be released from rehab but the date kept changing. I was desperate to find a mover. The first mover I contacted talked a great game but in the end my spidey sense kicked in and I realized it must be a scam as he asked me several times within an hour for his deposit of $250. I later found reviews that said he took the money and never showed up. Now I'm really in trouble - as far as I knew, my parents could be released any day without much advanced warning. I went back to my Yelp reviews and decided to contact Mount Wolfe. I messaged the company and shortly heard back from Dwayne. I told him what I needed (it wasn't a huge amount of stuff - not too hard of a local move.) He gave me a quote almost immediately and it was a firm set price. The price included what most movers charged extra for - tax, mileage, fuel surcharge and many more items that could take a reasonable rate into something sky high. We added a few pieces to my original inventory list and let Dwayne know, expecting an increase in price. Once again, Dwayne reiterated that this is a flat rate. We finally had a tentative release date, by now we were only a few days out. Dwayne was so very flexible for us. Then we found out there was a move in "window" that we had to fall into. Once again, Dwayne changed our time to fit our schedule. In fact, the day of, they even came earlier to make sure we met the window. They arrived in a big uhaul which made us a little quizzical but if you think about over head costs, for a small business, it might be a more cost effective way of controlling overhead. Whatever, it did the job. I stayed back, cleaned a little, ran a few errands and got to our drop of site. I was maybe 45 minutes behind and when I got there they were just about done emptying the truck. (They squeezed right through that window.). My brother had taken everything apart at home but all three of them got everything put back together, placed where we wanted it (with a few "maybe over there, wait, no over there..." adjustments.) And like that, the move had been made. Nothing broken, scratched or missing. All the wrapping undone and taken away. Just like Dwayne promised, nothing additional. No surprises. Though it was by far the smallest move I've ever overseen, it was by a stretch the easiest one. I will use Mount Wolfe anytime I have to make a move. They really were the best.

1/28/26 Update: the mover has not refunded my payment…read more -------------------- This mover was careless and dishonest during my move in November 2025. In the days following completion, I steadily discovered multiple items that the movers had damaged and/or broken without informing me. The workers also caused multiple chips and scratches to the walls and doorways of the building I was leaving, which I pointed out while still onsite. I requested that they bring several wardrobe boxes for my business suits and other formal attire. After the move, I found all of my very expensive clothing stuffed into the bottom of those boxes like garbage, without any crossbars for hanging or protection of the clothing. To pay for the various forms of damage, I requested - and the owner agreed to refund - the tip that I had included with payment. He strung me along with multiple assertions that he was transmitting the refund electronically, finally suggesting that it would be sent via paper check in the mail. It is now January 2026, the check never came, and I was left with the cost of repairs to my former residence and replacement of the items that they broke. One of the company's crew members even came back to my new home after everybody else had left, demanding that I compensate her (I did not do so) because she, too, had not been paid.
