Friendly, hard-working crew. They took extra effort to protect the house and furniture. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been waiting since July 2025 to receive my refund for damages to my furniture and wall done during a move. I should have canceled the TV mount service being that I used. He is not a carpenter nor know how to properly mount anything. I should have known better than to give him a second chance. He caused a 55 inch TV to almost fall on me due to another improper installation. Which caused damage to the wall. It is now May 2026 and still nothing we had originally agreed per emails and text. All he kept saying was that I cause damage to his business. Instead of taking accountability and fixing the issue. Dwayne is not to be trusted. I would never recommend anyone to hire this company to do anything. Update: I was asked by the owner Dwayne Wolfe to remove my review in order to receive my refund. It has been over 2 months now since our last email conversation. Dwayne Wolfe is not honest nor professional. I have been waiting since July 2025 to receive my refund for damages to my furniture and wall done during a move. I should have canceled the TV mount service being that I used his TV mount service before and that TV wasn't mounted correctly then. This time, I tried to give him a second chance only to have a 55inch TV almost fall on me due to another improper installation. Which caused damage to the wall. It is now February 2026 and still nothing we had originally agreed per emails and text. Original Review: Last year, I had Dwayne and his crew move me from Lancaster Pa to Manchester PA. The move was great they took very good care of my Antique furniture and other containers. So because of that I reached out to Dwayne to handle my move to Alabama with a stop on the way in Maryland to pickup my partners things. Upon arrival she was told that everything may not fit. Which was very unprofessional when there was more than enough room for her things to fit. Especially, when the truck had more than enough room if packed correctly. Once they began packing all had fit and what small things didn't go we packed in the car. As we got closer to evening Dwayne advised that he was going to get a hotel and arrive to the house in Alabama in the morning. We arrived to the house at 9am and no call, text, or email from Dwayne. We went to get breakfast still no call, text,or email. I called while at breakfast and was told by Dwayne that the helpers woke up late and they will be at the house by 12pm. Upon their arrival at 2pm (5 hours late), Dwayne called and advised they were at the house and decided to unload the truck in the driveway. As we pulled up to the house from picking up cleaning supplies and water for the guys we noticed our stuff on the driveway like it was a garage sale or something. It was so unprofessional and disappointing to see. Then, after they moved the things into the house Dwayne seemed frustrated and annoyed when I asked about him installing the TV's and assembly of the beds which was part of the agreement. He proceeded to install the bed and TV's. He seemed to struggle to install a TV wall mount and TV on the wall. Then, I went out to the hardware store to pick up more proper screws for the TV mount. Not sure what he did with the screws he removed in Manchester for the same mount. All the screws were packed and labled to make the installations smooth. But while I was gone he assembled 1 queen frame and a twin futon. When I came back they placed the TV on the wall and I looked at everything that wasn't till wrapped in plastic. They brought in the final piece of furniture. It was completely destroyed. I told them to leave it in the Garage. He decided to leave it right at the entrance of the garage door. So I had to move it to the side wall myself. He said it was fixable and its not. We went to sleep woke up the next morning sat back on the bed and the bed shifted with a loud bang. Noticed that the bed wasn't properly assembled screws missing and loose. I immediately checked everything. The twin bed was missing screws and shifting left and right. My antique coffee table was scuffed in mutiple places, dinning table scuffed, dressers scuffed, bed frame chipped and scuffed, some China plates cracked and destroyed, desk missing a part, screws checked and noticed screws were loosened and had to be tightened and the motor bar was disconnected, computer monitor mount was chipped like it was dropped on the ground. I was emailed by Dwayne to sent photos was told by email that they did their best and I would be fully compensated. I'm still waiting.

Where do I even begin? In September of this year we were in need of a mover for my parents who…read moremoved from their home of nearly 50 years!!! to an Independent Senior Community a few miles away. Moving in and of itself is challenging enough but in our case we needed to remotely coordinate this from San Diego. My husband found Tony (Maya's Movers) online and from our very first interaction we just KNEW this was the right fit for us. I was back there for the move itself and had the absolute pleasure of working with Maya's. They were: courteous, professional, punctual, enthusiastic, personable and a JOY every step of the way. The morning of the move, they were there right on time (early, in fact) and ready to go!!! The entire team of four movers, one of which was the crew chief Keobi (sp?) were amazing!!! Let's be honest. Moving is not fun work....it's demanding, it's physically exhausting and 100% of the time you have clients micro-managing every move you make just waiting for the opportunity to complain about one little thing or another-lol I CANNOT overstate how professional these fine workers were. Every one of them worked tirelessly and did not complain or relent once! As I mentioned, they had to move 50 years worth of belongings in a home that had both an attic (with a low, pitched ceiling) and a basement with narrow, open stairs. Tony even stopped by during the process to introduce himself and see how things were moving along. Other than recommending them to friends who are Realtors back there, I don't know how else to thank them enough. They were absolutely lovely every step of the way and exceeded our already lofty expectations. If I had any criticism at all? It would be that they don't charge enough for the service they provide. Would I love to move all over again? Not really-ha ha but trust me when I tell you if we needed to, there would only be one call we would make and it would be to Maya's!!!! Five Stars, HANDS DOWN!!!! P.S. If all of the above were not already enough, on top of it all Tony extended a 10% Military Discount since I'm a Marine Corps Veteran. Pretty cool guy, right? Look no further, these are your movers!!!!

They kept me informed throughout the process and were extremely trustworthy and personable, especially when I had to run out of the house to handle something leaving them alone and when I ended up having more items than originally planned for the move. I am extremely happy with the results and will definitely be using and recommending them to friends and family in the future. Thank you Carlos and Jonathan for your help! Overall, my move was a little over $800 (took about 5 hours with 2 movers for a local move from a 3-story townhome to a 2-story condo ) and I gave a generous tip considering the amount of work they did. Services: Furniture disassembly and reassembly, small furniture moving, wrapping pictures, mirrors and frames, moving storage boxes.

I used Bulldog Movers for a local move recently and was 100% happy with the service. I reached out…read moreto a few places for quotes and Serena responded quickly with an estimate and a clearly explained breakdown. The estimate was in line with the other companies I reached out to but they were the only company that provided a time estimate, and that was really helpful for me to feel like I could truly get an idea of my likely final cost range (assuming I didn't add anything major to my moving list). Booking was easy and done entirely online and then via email and text message for confirmations. My movers were Luca and Alpha. The called about 40 minutes before the start time to let me know their ETA, which was actually about 10 minutes before the arrival window started so we were off to a great start. Moving day is always nerve-wracking and adding strangers into the mix can be unpredictable, but they both took the time to introduce themselves by name and were so polite, kind, and calm right off the bat that it was a huge relief. We did a quick walkthrough of the house and they asked for clarifications or more information at times, which was great because I felt like they were really listening and paying attention to my comments and concerns. Then the move itself was smooth and uneventful. I didn't have any concerns about my furniture because I saw them wrapping everything up securely. At one point, a screw came loose from one of my table legs. Alpha found me to ask if I knew about any issues with the legs on that table. I told him it was a second-hand table so I wasn't sure, but asked if it was a big issue. He said no, and that he could put the screw back in, but he wanted other make sure I knew it had happened. I know that's partially because they don't want to be blamed for something they didn't do, but I still appreciated that they called it to my attention right away so there weren't any issues or questions later, and that he was able to fix it for me. Once we got to the new place, they took the time to ask where I wanted specific furniture or boxes to go in my new place so that I wouldn't have to move it all to a different room later. They wrapped up just a little ahead of the estimated time and it was super convenient to pay with Venmo. All-in-all it was a great experience and I'd use them again if I'm moving in the area.
