When I arrived at the register to make a purchase and to pick up my prepaid item, the lady at the register was just finishing up with a customer and told me she would be right back. I watched her as she went into an employee area on the side of the store, so I waited. The funny thing was that I waited and waited for about eight minutes and she did not return while I stood their waiting. I mean, I am not that scary looking. Am I? Eventually, I spotted two employees standing and having a conversation and the man spotted me standing there. He came over with a lady and asked if I need any help, and I of course said yes. The lady who he was with helped me at the register. I was all good. I still don't know where that lady disappeared. I even asked them and they were unsure. I hope she was okay.
