Ron, Mike, and the whole crew are an absolute pleasure to work with. I asked them to come out and take a look at a leak in my patio door that I had from a prior installation. I had tried to get the original installers and another group of contractors to fix the issue for me previously, but every time the job was done incorrectly so the issue persisted. From the get go, Mike and Ron were very clear on what had been done incorrectly with the previous work and helped me understand what to expect. They also pointed out plenty of other things that were done by the previous contractors that stood out to them as wrong, and helped me understand what the risks were. Communication was clear and expectations were set going into the project. My project took a week for 9 windows and a patio door reinstallation. Throughout the work Ron, Adam, and Eduardo were excellent with their on the spot problem solving, constant communication about what needed to be addressed, and their attention to detail. They included me in the process where they needed me, and I was able to work together with them as a team to address my questions and concerns. I'm truly impressed with the level of workmanship that they displayed. Ultimately, working with R&M is a question of what your personal values are. House repairs and upgrades are expensive and stressful, and finding someone you can trust only compounds the pressure to get it done right. If you are financially strapped and just want a fix it job done for what your perceived understanding of the job is, I would recommend you move on, hire the lowest bidder that doesn't seem too shady to you, and hope that you don't get screwed in the next rainstorm. If you value a job done right with the appropriate attention to detail, an open communication channel, and not having to revisit this problem in a few years or less - I suggest you pay attention to what R&M are offering. We worked with R&M to upgrade our old front door this year. From the very beginning, Mike and his team were super responsive and easy to work with. They answered all our questions and provided a really attractive quote immediately, and they also came by our home twice to see our entryway and make sure that all the measurements and materials would work. Plus they invited us to their showroom to see a similar door in person just to make sure we liked it. The door we ordered took a while to be made, but they were very up front about that and gave us updates along the way. The install day went great -- the team worked around a few tricky challenges (our house is 80 years old) and made a custom outer frame that looked just perfect. The installers were all great to work with and they even came back a week later to paint the custom outer frame to match the rest of our home. We're thrilled with our new door -- we went with a more expensive option but it looks great and feels so good to have a door that opens, closes and seals so easily. And we feel comfortable knowing we have someone to call if anything isn't right. We HIGHLY recommend R&M for any door or window project! read more

We will be working with these guys again in the future --- no doubt about it. We have honestly come across really sub-par quality services for our house, but this place is legit. From the very get-go, Gina was so friendly, professional and responsive. We ordered a PlastPro fiberglass door and it took a while to get it made, but she was transparent about the whole process. They ended up receiving the door and noticed a fault in it, so they sent it back and told us about it. It was unfortunate, because it delayed the process, but definitely worth the wait. Sam came by to install the door and Sam is the man! Great attention to detail and friendly. We also noticed that there was a part of the door that didn't have consistent staining, so he came by to touch it up. I asked Gina what would happen if we came across that in the future, and she said "no problem, just let us know and we'll come on by." Their customer service is top notch, and their prices are reasonable. And the quality of the products! Omg. Our house looks soooo much better with that cherry-stained fiberglass door. It actually looks like a wood door, except we dont have to deal with the expansion/contraction of a wood door. It makes our house look just so much better. I have to give everyone here at R&M credit - they have great customer service, competitive pricing, and really took the time to answer questions we had. Mike (the M in the name) was so fun to chat with and takes the time to really educate his customers. I spoke with several window companies prior to R&M and can tell you with high confidence they will rise to the top of your list both for their honesty, responsiveness, and care for their customers. The price was the second best of the top 5 places I spoke with. It's shocking how many companies will literally try to rip you off. R&M won't and they are upfront that they are just tying to make an reasonable margin. They were in the running against another option and winning for most of the time. Unfortunately in the end we went with the other option because both the price and features we were getting by bundling a couple properties were quite a bit better and I visited actual customer sites to see the quality of work outcome. The pricing from R&M did jump at the last hour for one of the properties we needed work on that really pushed us toward the alternative option. Mike was very upfront and forthcoming to simply say the prior quote was a mistake and he simply couldn't justify why it was what it was. I appreciated the transparency and honesty! Time will tell if our decision was a good one to not use R&M. I do know I'm going to come back and give them another go for future needs when they arise whether small or large. Very honest! I wanted to upgrade my windows and had consultations with 4 other companies. Mainly I was hoping to upgrade to dual pane windows because my house is really cold. Three other companies quoted me between $6,000-10,000. Mike came and said we actually have dual pane windows, but they are just old. If we upgraded, it wouldn't be worth our money because we only go from 50% efficiency to 70% efficiency. I appreciate that Mike was the only one who pointed this out. A year ago we had a deadbolt problem and the last month or two since all the rain we have had a problem with the door closing properly at the bottom. We now have a cracked window, and when we call them, they tell us to call the manufacture and the manufacturer won't call us back after two months. I feel like they should be calling us back and jumping in to help get the cracked window resolved but instead, they don't answer the phone or return calls. I needed to have four single pane aluminum sliding windows that were 40+ years old replaced in a rental townhouse I own. I saw R&M on Yelp and and they gave me a bid (along with other window companies) very quickly from measurements I had taken. They were the low bid and had great reviews so I selected them. R&M sent out an estimator to verify the windows sizes, ordered the windows and installed them within a few weeks after the order. Everything they did was perfectly done. Great communication with the office on every aspect, changed installation time to better fit my tenant's schedule and the installation looks great as though the windows were original to the house. Mike and team are the best. We were looking at replacing our windows last year and contacted several companies in the area. R&M gave us the best overall advice. Mike noted windows that need not be replaced, and helped identify termite infection in one of the other Windows. R&M gave us a couple of window maker options to compare and provided a competitive quote overall. They were upfront about the lead times because of supply chain issues. Andrea was always on top of the schedule and kept us in the loop throughout and especially as we came close to the installation dates. I wanted to make this clear. I have not had any work done on my house by R & M Quality Windows and Doors yet. However, I did drop by their showroom/ office to inquire about getting a front door and two balcony door replaced. Andrea was the person that I spoke with in the office. She was pleasant, friendly, and professional. I showed Andrea photos of the house that was to have the doors replaced. She said the people who might be better able to answer my questions were not in the office at the moment She asked me to forward my home photos to their email address, and someone would be getting in touch with me. I was actually pleasantly surprised at the great correspondence back and forth between Andrea and I relating to setting up an appointment for someone to come over to the house. Within a couple of days, Andrea set up an appointment to have Gina come over my house. I was contacted by Gina. to confirm our appointment. The appointment was made on very short notice. Gina came over and took measurements of the three doors and showed me the options that I had with quotes on both doors and installation prices. I can say that I was impressed with the friendly, professional, and dependable dealings with Andrea and Gina. Working with R&M is just a pleasant experience. We wanted to custom made a new front door. After a lot of research, R&M is the only distributor who carries that boutique brand in this area. Andrea is our project manager. She is patient, attend to details, and always thinks ahead. The lead time for the door was 12 weeks, and she updated us every 4 weeks without being requested. When the EAT being pushed out, she gave us a heads-up right away. When we faced some issues with the door, she and the team provided multiple solutions and analyzed the pros and cons for each of them so we know how to make the right decision. Because of time concerns, my contractor needed to install the door before the issues being solved. Couple weeks after the installation, Ron and his team even managed to come all the way to my house to make sure that we fully understand how to fix the problem. This is probably the best customer service we've received in FOREVER. From Stephanie who took my calls and kept me updated, to Mike who came out and provided the quote and ordered my windows, to the phenomenal 3 men team sent to install 8 new replacement windows for the front of our home (3 of which were huge decorative ones) everyone was extremely professional and exceptionally good a their jobs! I've been having a lot of home renovation projects these past few months and what I can say with certainty is that this company delivers on their promise to provide excellent service. All timelines were met, from the first appointment for a quote, to the arrival of the product. The installation crew arrived exactly on time (8:30 a.m.) and didn't leave until after 6 p.m. They worked hard and they were committed to doing a good job. And, they like the work they do and it showed. While they finished up with our windows, some new neighbors came by that had used them in their previous home, sharing their wonderful past experience and said they would be calling them soon. Ok. So where do I start? If you are in the market for new windows, consider this company if you would like the following: 1. An estimate with zero technical specs such as glass thickness, U factor, spacer type, etc. 2. An estimate that is 30-50% (in some cases) higher than other companies 3. A measurement visit where the owner wouldn't entertain an actual conversation regarding different room needs (insulation, sound control, solar glare et). Instead it's one size fits all. Because they know best. 4. You could have say 24 or so windows to replace. But imagine paying a premium because you have higher volume 5. A sales pitch where the owner starts off asking what brand you'd prefer. This is a trick question. - if you say you like brand X, the sales pitch is customized to reinforce that preference. Anchoring and adjustment at its finest. "Of course you should go with Brand X. Great choice. Can't go wrong. In fact I have that in my home and I couldn't be happier. You will be happy for what you invest" - if you say you are indifferent, the sales pitch changes to "you are so right. Brands don't matter. After all there are only 4 big glass manufacturers everyone uses. Plus the window brand guys need to meet the same Title 24 standards. You don't want to pay for the label. In fact in my home I have a non brand window and couldn't be happier. Just get any dual pane Low-E glass and you'll be good. Milgard, Ply Gem they are all the same" So, that's my experience. A tad dated but figured I'd put this feedback / review out there now that I've got my windows replaced by another (honest reasonably priced) company in the area. Hope this helps. read more

We ordered and installed Windows from R&M. Of all the renovation I did around my house, R&M is the provider I was most happy with for the following reasons 1) Mike showed up on time to do all the measurements and was preemptive in suggesting brands that are cost effective 2) Their office kept me updated on status of the order and dates of installation 3) On the day of the installation, the guys that came for installation laid rags around the house to ensure they do not walk with boots on carpet and very careful in moving windows around to ensure nothing gets damaged 4) The guys that did installation were extremely friendly and upbeat about their work despite our old windows being a pain to remove and it took them much longer than anticipated 5) Two months after the installation, the windows look great and work great. Would I recommend them to others? Wholeheartedly. read more

If I can review with no stars, I would. We had 17 windows and 3 sliders installed a few years ago. While they were pleasant to deal with in the sales period, came in cheaper than the 3 other companies, the quality of work is inferior. No wonder they were cheaper! They have had to come out a few times to reseal the windows and replace glass which was leaking and fogging between the glass. I was constantly having to clean mildew around the frame. The poor installation created structure damage around the window frame. We already paid $500 for the kitchen window and frame around it to be repaired during our kitchen update by a different contractor. They said the reason the window sill was warping and wood frame around the window inside was rotting was due to the window install was not done properly, unbalanced and poor sealing. So, we know the same applies to the other windows since they have the same problem. Of course, the product they confidently sold us as high rate went belly up so with that went the warranty for any glass replacement even if R&M was the supplier. Now, they want to charge us an arm and leg to do repairs, "to do right by us" for the botched up job they did in the first place which caused rotting issues. And I recommended them (before all my issues began) to 2 friends. Guess what?? They too had similar issues. 1, who had the means to do so, ended up scrapping the inferior International Windows and went with another installer to redo all the windows. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are only good at the sales point and then you're on your own with crappy windows. read more

They were on time, easy to work with, answered my many questions with ease (and there were ALOT of questions, the pricing was right on point with the other quotes I received & most of all they were very clean when doing the install! They rolled out tarps to protect my interior floors (as well as my front lawn) removed & reinstalled all of my window treatments......and handled my puppies with ease :) I DEFINETELY recommend this company to all!
