My experience with True Glass was extremely disappointing. I contacted them because I needed the glass installed as soon as possible. A representative came out, took measurements, and provided a price quote. I confirmed the price and asked about the delivery timeline, and he told me it would be ready in about a week. I told him - "Sounds good". Based on that conversation, I reasonably assumed the order would be placed, as I was not asked to formally confirm, sign anything, or provide a deposit. I was fully prepared to do so if requested. I thought maybe he will ask to pay once he delivers the door. However, when I followed up a week later, I was told that the glass had not been ordered and that I should have explicitly placed the order or followed up multiple times. This lack of clear communication and accountability caused unnecessary delays. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this business based on my experience. read more

Just want to update my review from a year ago. We love our glass shower cabin... it looks great, it's easy to clean thanks to the Diamond Glass that was installed and it gets used a lot. What does happen through time is that the hinges loosen up slightly and the glass can move, right? Well our door was bumping slightly into the side cabin wall, which caused us some concern that if the door slammed it might shatter the glass. So I gave Richard a call to do an adjustment, expecting to have to pay him to take care of this. He came when promised, did a realignment and expected no compensation, stating he stood behind his work and was happy to help out. Now I ask you how many people out there deliver this kind of support? I have NO RESERVATIONS AT ALL in recommending Richard to others. He takes great pride in his work and really wants his customers to be happy. I shopped around and chose True Glass because he gave a fair quote, spoke perfect English, and had a really positive friendly attitude. I had windows with triple pane glass that I needed replacing and kept putting it off because I wasn't sure who to hire to help. I needed to have two of my kitchen windows replaced and I spent a lot of time online trying to get bids from different companies. Richard at True Glass stood out for me because he was so professional and quick to respond. He was also willing to come out to see exactly what needed to be done, i.e. measurements, window type, etc. Others just came back with what felt like arbitrary bids and most people didn't want to take on a smaller job. My window frames are very old, and the process to take the cracked windows out wasn't a simple one. Richard [and his co-worker] were incredibly clean & meticulous with their work to ensure the frames were left in tact w/o a scrape of damage.
