Lana, Albert, Tyler and their installation team (Pedro, Xavier, David and one other whose name I didn't get) was absolutely fantastic. Lana is an engaged owner and is incredibly knowledgeable about her products and the work that needs to get done. She was so good at recommending different window styles that would elevate the look of our home plus improve insulation, meet fire requirements. As soon as she heard we have young kids, she automatically made sure all our 2nd floor windows had child safety locks, something my husband and I never would have thought of. She went the extra miles to make sure we were getting the windows that suited our use cases plus increase functionality. We didn't end up replacing our windows like for like because of the amazing recommendations by Lana and allowed us to make informed decisions that we wouldn't regret. The installation team is amazing. I can't sing enough praises. They are very detailed, very respectful, work hard and their clean up job is Impeccable! We've done a lot of remodel projects and I can easily say they are our top 2 contractors in terms of how clean they left our home. There was inevitable dust, but they cleaned up all scraps, trash, etc that most people wouldn't even know we got work done if it wasn't for the new stucco around our windows. We are very happy with the install and how much our home has been elevated by the new windows. Not just this, but the install team was very proactive in telling us some minor things that broke during install and immediately told us to talk to the front office for replacement/reimbursement. We recently hired Integrity to replace 7 windows and 2 sliding doors. We had an excellent experience and would recommend Integrity without qualification or caveat. From the outset, Lana was hyper responsive and patient with all of my questions, and even offered to meet me in the office on a Saturday to look at the windows. We ultimately solicited 5 quotes, and Integrity was not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. We chose them because they gave us a lot of confidence and there was no high pressure sales process. Lana and Albert also came out to our house twice to measure before placing the order, which made us feel good that there wouldn't be any issues. The install week proceeded as scheduled and without any issues. The crew was on time each day, polite and tidy, and did great work. I was really worried about corners being cut or the job being rushed, but everything was GREAT and the install is clearly high quality. Finally, the windows and doors are amazing. We are coming from 30 year old windows and it's amazing the difference new windows make. Our house is quieter and more comfortable and we are so glad we did this. After much searching and pricing I settled on a Milgard sliding glass door from Integrity Windows and Doors. I couldn't be happier. From the initial visit to completion the staff at Integrity lived up to their name. They were knowledgable, friendly, delivered everything they were contracted for and more; dealt with a couple unexpected problems with ease, answered all my questions (a lot), left the place spotless. I love that they have a showroom where you can see different models and options. They are available quickly when you have questions, and the quality/price hit exactly the level I wanted. I had 3 other estimates, looked into repairing the existing, had 2 folks out to the house before I found Integrity; the minute I had them out to the house I knew they were the folks I needed with the product I wanted. We had a very old window that needed replacing, but besides the window the entire trim was rotted out, so it was an installation and reconstruction of the trim. The communication from Integrity was great, and they did an amazing, quality job on the repair. Their pricing for the work they did was also very reasonable. Would highly recommend them. read more

Would not recommend this company to anyone. 1. They said they would arrive between 9am and 10am, installer arrived after 10. 1 hour wasted. Install took 5 hours. 2. The door frame on the right, as you can see in the photo is not aligned correctly and looks cheap. 3. The replacement board on the right for frame is gray which makes painting it extra urgent. 4. They had to come back the next day to install the peephole and place the number back on which as you can see by the photos was taped back on which not only looks cheap but is worse than it was originally. 5.The worst part is when the owner showed up to address my complaints, he refused any type of discount and his attitude was not apologetic at all. In fact he had a smirk on his face the whole time and didn't offer one solution. 6. They left white stains on my original hardware. Almost 3k for this. And I'm going to have to find my own solution to the door number. read more

This review for Integrity Windows and Doors long over due! My husband and I went through a massive renovation of our fixer up home that we purchased towards the end of 2020. I had a primary contractor who managed the large majority of the updates but had to find separate contractors for other additions, including our windows and doors. Working with Integrity Windows & Doors to update our ~10 windows & 3 doors was hands down the best experience out of the entire renovation experience. Lana was extremely informative from the very first consultation meeting. I shopped around a bit for quotes and remember Lana calling out certain details that no one else addressed, bringing me a lot of reassurance that she was an expert in this space. The prices were comparable to other quotes, so I made this decision really based on their expertise. They helped break our project into 2 separate stages to accomodate our budget constraints and were extremely accommodating and communicative throughout the entire process. I was in close communication with Ragina (Office Manager) throughout the bulk of this project and have to give her a huge shoutout to her customer service skills! She is such a gem - so patient and solutions oriented. I love that this is a family business and I couldn't be happier with how our project turned out. I had Integrity Windows and Doors replace the sliding door to the family room. I had that installed about 5 years ago by another company. They did a terrible job. I decided to replace and to have the job done right this time. Intergrity did a great job replacing the siding door and trim around it. My husband said that you can immediately see the difference in quality of installation. We are so happy with the job Integrity did and now have no concerns about water seeping in to damage the wood around the door. Our front door sweep was torn. While I didn't actually purchase anything from them or visit them; I did in fact receive service and expert advice from them. So. Yelp better not take this down. She spent her time helping me and I spent my time writing this because out of the 4 other "Window show rooms " yelp aimed me at. 1 didn't answer even though they're supposed to be open. One was rude and the other didn't have a show room and thought I was dumb for asking. So.... These people DO have an actual showroom. They DO answer their phones. THEY WILL treat you with courtesy and respect on the phone and they ARE ABLE to answer industry related questions without being condescending or rude and they are willing to offer assistance without a potential sale. Integrity installed nine new windows plus a sliding glass door. The entire experience was excellent. I liked dealing directly with the owners Lana and Albert up front and ongoing. Integrity wasn't the cheapest bid but was reasonably priced. I almost didn't select them because they carry Milgard windows, and there are some negative reviews online and other installers bad mouthing Milgard. However, between some of the review sources looking less than credible, and Lana explaining their experience with Milgard, I went with Integrity. Installation was slightly delayed but that was well communicated in advance. The install crew did a great job. The sliding glass door change required a permit, which Integrity managed on my behalf. The new stucco looks better than it did before. I would use them again and recommend them to others. read more

I contacted 3 window companies for quotes. All companies I contacted had great services and reviews. All use Milgard Windows. The owner, Lana was great to work with through the estimate process. She was very responsive and knows the nuances for this type of job. I did not choose Integrity but appreciate her thoroughness in explaining all involved in the job. I would recommend that if you are likely to receive 3 or more quotes for your job, Integrity is definitely worth considering. This was really was a tough decision. Terrible customer service! I purchased a large window and French door from Integrity. They did tell me of the long lead order. They also pushed to have me buy a bigger door than I wanted. Once the materials showed up, we scheduled installation. The window went up without incident but they struggled putting the door in. The installer smashed the two doors into each other while two others watched as he tried to align them by himself. The office defended this behavior and called it a 'warranty issue' The owner came by and looked at the door and continued to defend his installers behavior. I had to wait a month with a door that wouldn't stay closed. Serious security issue! When the manufacturer showed up, it was a 15 minute fix while they made an adjustment and then caulked the area that the installer forgot to caulk. When they asked me for the key, I didn't have it because I had never been given it or told where it was even though I was at the house for two days during the installation. I called Integrity and they tell me to look in planters first and then to look on a table that had been used to store debris and construction materials by the other three contractors I had at the house. I'm sorry but who leaves a key outside without telling or calling the customer?! The table had long been cleaned up by the contractors. They defended their installer again for that behavior and blamed me for being mad at the installer. This is their MO - blame the customer. The office staff were never there so they don't know. I was there when they asked, had good access for them to work and paid on time. That was my job. They didn't do their job well and won't be accountable. Avoid this company. Last payment tonight after the owner agreed to hold back the final payment until after the manufacturer showed up. Will be glad to have them out of my home and thoughts. Took too much energy for one door! Terrible customer experience! Btw- I had multiple contractors work on my house for this renovation . This is the only bad review. Ever since we moved to this house we had this problematic door that would jam whenever it got hot due to a warped frame and it was so thin we felt if we sneezed the door would fly open. Hollow cheap door you find on your closets. We found Ragina and her team from Yelp and she was able to walk us through the entire process showing us photos along the way. Most companies just told us to look at a website and call them when we knew what we wanted. Great customer service and when the day finally came to install the door, their team showed up 30 minutes early with all the materials ready to work. They quoted us 2 days but amazingly finished it one one day from 9am to 3pm on the dot. Both men were super courteous to my mom who's a temperamental senior. Did a lot of research prior to getting a new custom patio door installed. The quote/order process for me was done all online via email, I worked with Ragina and she was super responsive, great attention to detail. She provided me with all options and brochures and especially walked me through the installation process, which was important because my HOA has specific requirements for how new doors need to be installed. Overall, I chose this company because they gave me door options that other places did not, and I felt like their pricing was very competitive. I also like how they mentioned that they don't use outside contractors, all installers are employees of Integrity. Once I placed my order, Albert was able to stop by my place immediately the next day to measure out the door opening - he was super professional, in and out of my place within 15 mins. From then on, it was just a waiting game of getting the custom door shipped in. Everything up until then had gone so smoothly so I was looking forward to the installation. On the day that they came to install the door, the workers showed up on time, but there did seem to be some miscommunication with respect to how the door should be installed. This caused some confusion, along with a few other minor pain-points (found some termite damage on the studs, which caused the installation to take a while longer) but overall, the work was completed in a satisfactory manner. They did end up staying pretty late, almost past 7 PM to finish the job, but I do appreciate the effort. Overall, I'm happy with my door and would consider using Integrity again. read more

I chose them after reading all of the great Yelp reviews to replace, change and add windows to my almost 90 year old home while doing a major renovation. Terry made some great recommendations for types of windows and we went with 11 windows! We had a major change order required by the City of San Jose during the permitting process and Lana, Albert and their staff worked through the stormy weather and weekends to get my walls reinforced and windows in. I feel like we were complicated through no fault of Integrity, but they were calm, reassuring and never made me feel badly about the extra work. Ragina in the office is so knowledgeable and experienced with the permitting process that I called her multiple times for help. My husband and I were so impressed with everyone we dealt with at this family-run company. Our window project came out gorgeous! Our old patio door was giving us problems, and needed to be replaced. The first place I always look is Yelp. I'm very particular who I would consider to do work on my home, and the reviews I read of Integrity were just what I was looking for. We drove over to their showroom to see what is new in doors, and after they showed us all the options available, we ordered a Milgard patio door for our replacement. On the day of the installation, the crew put up a plastic barrier to protect the furniture in the room where the old door was removed and the new one installed. They did a perfect job on the stucco blending outside as well as installing new molding trim inside. They cleaned up everything when the work was completed.
