I had a challenging project and Integrity was able to not only come in on budget, but the work performed including some additional enhancements (extra insulation) exceeded expectations. The frames look better than I could have imaged. The onsite technician did a great job respecting our house and cleaning up. A++ service, I will be using them again for future projects. read more

Integrity Windows and Doors was truly the MVP of our home renovation. From start to finish, their client service and expert installation were outstanding. Their responsiveness, clear communication, and reliability set them apart scheduling was timely, expectations were always crystal clear, and when rare changes came up, they communicated early and often (and often still finished ahead of schedule). They listened carefully to our vision and our budget, never pressured us, and treated our home like their own. As a family-owned business, they brought a level of care, pride, and accountability that you just don't get everywhere I would trust them with my home again in a heartbeat. They even got to know our whole family, and we felt known and prioritized throughout the process. The windows completely transformed and modernized our home, surpassing our aesthetic vision while also significantly improving temperature control and energy efficiency. They also went above and beyond by addressing and fixing issues in our walls left from the original builder something we didn't even expect them to handle. Since our renovation, neighbors, friends, and members of our community have complimented our windows countless times to this day. It's one of the most noticed and admired upgrades to our home. Anytime we had questions, their service was 5-star: knowledgeable, patient, timely, and genuinely helpful. If you're considering new windows or doors, from a family owned business with reliable, excellent, expert service, that have been around for the past 30 years - don't hesitate and call Integrity. Lana, Albert, and Tyler have truly built a standout company, reflected in the caliber of contractors they hire and the exceptional craftsmanship, care, and professionalism of their team, including Freddy and Eddie, who did outstanding work in our home. read more

Lana, Albert, Tyler and their installation team (Pedro, Xavier, David and one other whose name I didn't get) was absolutely fantastic. Lana is an engaged owner and is incredibly knowledgeable about her products and the work that needs to get done. She was so good at recommending different window styles that would elevate the look of our home plus improve insulation, meet fire requirements. As soon as she heard we have young kids, she automatically made sure all our 2nd floor windows had child safety locks, something my husband and I never would have thought of. She went the extra miles to make sure we were getting the windows that suited our use cases plus increase functionality. We didn't end up replacing our windows like for like because of the amazing recommendations by Lana and allowed us to make informed decisions that we wouldn't regret. The installation team is amazing. I can't sing enough praises. They are very detailed, very respectful, work hard and their clean up job is Impeccable! We've done a lot of remodel projects and I can easily say they are our top 2 contractors in terms of how clean they left our home. There was inevitable dust, but they cleaned up all scraps, trash, etc that most people wouldn't even know we got work done if it wasn't for the new stucco around our windows. We are very happy with the install and how much our home has been elevated by the new windows. Not just this, but the install team was very proactive in telling us some minor things that broke during install and immediately told us to talk to the front office for replacement/reimbursement. When we also noticed a couple of things that weren't working properly, they followed up quickly to let us know the new parts or fix was on the way. We will recommend Integrity Windows to anyone looking to replace their windows read more

FANTASTIC COMPANY TO WORK WITH !! Family-owned, truly lives up to their name INTEGRITY windows, they go above and beyond whenever possible. Most importantly, the contractors they employ are excellent workers who did a great job with all of our windows. Fair prices at different price points, straight-forward process, even got a sweet rebate deal that the manufacturer was offering during the holidays. Replaced all the old windows around the house that were from the '80s just in time before that sweet winter fog rolled into the valley this year. Very satisfied doing business with this team! read more

Repeat customer here. Integrity Windows replaced all of our windows and patio doors in 2024. Appreciated them so much we had them replace the front door as well. Always great experience with Integrity Windows & Doors. read more

We've now used Integrity Windows & Doors twice--first in 2020 to replace sliding doors and a large living room window, and more recently to install two bedroom windows and replace a sliding door with a window in another bedroom. Both experiences were very positive. The work crew was efficient, professional, and did a great job cleaning up at the end of the day, which we truly appreciated. The process was smooth, and we're very happy with the results. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. read more

I recommend Integrity windows and doors. Tyler and his team are very professional. We changed few windows and patio doors with them. I am extremely happy with the results. I love our new windows and I can see the difference. Tyler is very good at communicating and explaining the process and different option. Team is very responsive and respectful. They finished our work on time and cleaned the debris. I am very happy with their work! read more

I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I sought several estimates for a garden window installation. One company quoted an extraordinarily high price, another said their estimator would call me (that happened about 5 weeks after my inquiry). Integrity came through 110% on all fronts - they were responsive to my inquiry, knowledgeable, reliable with appointments, great pricing, and the installer pros worked cleanly and professionally. The window looks beautiful & we are loving the amount of light it lets in. I am really impressed with Integrity & I love that they're a local, family owned business. We recently hired Integrity to replace 7 windows and 2 sliding doors. We had an excellent experience and would recommend Integrity without qualification or caveat. From the outset, Lana was hyper responsive and patient with all of my questions, and even offered to meet me in the office on a Saturday to look at the windows. We ultimately solicited 5 quotes, and Integrity was not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. We chose them because they gave us a lot of confidence and there was no high pressure sales process. Lana and Albert also came out to our house twice to measure before placing the order, which made us feel good that there wouldn't be any issues. The install week proceeded as scheduled and without any issues. The crew was on time each day, polite and tidy, and did great work. I was really worried about corners being cut or the job being rushed, but everything was GREAT and the install is clearly high quality. Finally, the windows and doors are amazing. We are coming from 30 year old windows and it's amazing the difference new windows make. Our house is quieter and more comfortable and we are so glad we did this. Thanks to Lana, Albert, Deborah in the office, and the install crew for an excellent job and making this process super easy. We will be back for more windows! read more

A dog friendly door going to back yard ? They quoted me $3600- $3800. Yes there is a glass on the top portion. Too expensive. I can't afford these guys. Sorry shop owners that I wrote this review. But that's the reality read more

Would not recommend this company to anyone. 1. They said they would arrive between 9am and 10am, installer arrived after 10. 1 hour wasted. Install took 5 hours. 2. The door frame on the right, as you can see in the photo is not aligned correctly and looks cheap. 3. The replacement board on the right for frame is gray which makes painting it extra urgent. 4. They had to come back the next day to install the peephole and place the number back on which as you can see by the photos was taped back on which not only looks cheap but is worse than it was originally. 5.The worst part is when the owner showed up to address my complaints, he refused any type of discount and his attitude was not apologetic at all. In fact he had a smirk on his face the whole time and didn't offer one solution. 6. They left white stains on my original hardware. Almost 3k for this. And I'm going to have to find my own solution to the door number. read more

Integrity is a family owned business and they really take pride in their work. Lana and Albert did the consultation and took the time to explain the different windows they install. They replaced multiple windows in our home and love the new window casings! Highly recommended. read more

After much searching and pricing I settled on a Milgard sliding glass door from Integrity Windows and Doors. I couldn't be happier. From the initial visit to completion the staff at Integrity lived up to their name. They were knowledgable, friendly, delivered everything they were contracted for and more; dealt with a couple unexpected problems with ease, answered all my questions (a lot), left the place spotless. I love that they have a showroom where you can see different models and options. They are available quickly when you have questions, and the quality/price hit exactly the level I wanted. I had 3 other estimates, looked into repairing the existing, had 2 folks out to the house before I found Integrity; the minute I had them out to the house I knew they were the folks I needed with the product I wanted. Can't recommend them highly enough. read more

We had a very old window that needed replacing, but besides the window the entire trim was rotted out, so it was an installation and reconstruction of the trim. The communication from Integrity was great, and they did an amazing, quality job on the repair. Their pricing for the work they did was also very reasonable. Would highly recommend them. read more

Integrity refitted almost all windows in our house and worked very hard to get them done while we were out of town and before a storm. About a year later we had them replace an interior to garage door. In both cases the work was excellent and completed on time and with great communication from their office. read more

This review for Integrity Windows and Doors long over due! My husband and I went through a massive renovation of our fixer up home that we purchased towards the end of 2020. I had a primary contractor who managed the large majority of the updates but had to find separate contractors for other additions, including our windows and doors. Working with Integrity Windows & Doors to update our ~10 windows & 3 doors was hands down the best experience out of the entire renovation experience. Lana was extremely informative from the very first consultation meeting. I shopped around a bit for quotes and remember Lana calling out certain details that no one else addressed, bringing me a lot of reassurance that she was an expert in this space. The prices were comparable to other quotes, so I made this decision really based on their expertise. They helped break our project into 2 separate stages to accomodate our budget constraints and were extremely accommodating and communicative throughout the entire process. I was in close communication with Ragina (Office Manager) throughout the bulk of this project and have to give her a huge shoutout to her customer service skills! She is such a gem - so patient and solutions oriented. I love that this is a family business and I couldn't be happier with how our project turned out. Updating our windows & doors helped completely transform our home to a modern oasis. I'm just so grateful for just how seamless this experience was and can't thank this team enough! read more

One of the best contractors we've hired so far. The crew came back to finish the trims around the windows and patio doors. The Mrs was so happy that she insisted I find some cash to tip the crew. They installed a large upstairs window for me. Looks great and completed with minimal fuss. Very happy with the outcome -- recommended.

I had Integrity Windows and Doors replace the sliding door to the family room. I had that installed about 5 years ago by another company. They did a terrible job. I decided to replace and to have the job done right this time. Intergrity did a great job replacing the siding door and trim around it. My husband said that you can immediately see the difference in quality of installation. We are so happy with the job Integrity did and now have no concerns about water seeping in to damage the wood around the door. Our front door sweep was torn. Intergrity replaced it at no charge and also adjusted the door so that it was less sticky. Great customer service. read more

Lana was super nice and friendly on the phone and answered my questions politely and professionally. While what I needed was not a service provided by her company. She didn't treat me like an idiot for calling. Instead she asked a few questions. Briefly explained what I needed and offered suggestions. You know; like how a nice person would do ? While I didn't actually purchase anything from them or visit them; I did in fact receive service and expert advice from them. So. Yelp better not take this down. She spent her time helping me and I spent my time writing this because out of the 4 other "Window show rooms " yelp aimed me at. 1 didn't answer even though they're supposed to be open. One was rude and the other didn't have a show room and thought I was dumb for asking. So.... These people DO have an actual showroom. They DO answer their phones. THEY WILL treat you with courtesy and respect on the phone and they ARE ABLE to answer industry related questions without being condescending or rude and they are willing to offer assistance without a potential sale. Sounds like a place I'd think about doing business with. Just sayin. Thanks again Lana for the quick chat and the simple redirect. Owe you one !! read more

I contacted 3 window companies for quotes. All companies I contacted had great services and reviews. All use Milgard Windows. The owner, Lana was great to work with through the estimate process. She was very responsive and knows the nuances for this type of job. I did not choose Integrity but appreciate her thoroughness in explaining all involved in the job. I would recommend that if you are likely to receive 3 or more quotes for your job, Integrity is definitely worth considering. This was really was a tough decision. Thank you for your kindness and patience Lana. read more

Our sliding glass door turned out beautiful! We are so happy with the design Lana created for us and the crew that did the work were great. Lana took our idea and turned it into a bigger and better design, which it turned out better than we could have hoped for. She was patient with all the back and forth and the install was scheduled earlier than predicted. I would absolutely use Integrity again for another project. read more

Terrible customer service! I purchased a large window and French door from Integrity. They did tell me of the long lead order. They also pushed to have me buy a bigger door than I wanted. Once the materials showed up, we scheduled installation. The window went up without incident but they struggled putting the door in. The installer smashed the two doors into each other while two others watched as he tried to align them by himself. The office defended this behavior and called it a 'warranty issue' The owner came by and looked at the door and continued to defend his installers behavior. I had to wait a month with a door that wouldn't stay closed. Serious security issue! When the manufacturer showed up, it was a 15 minute fix while they made an adjustment and then caulked the area that the installer forgot to caulk. When they asked me for the key, I didn't have it because I had never been given it or told where it was even though I was at the house for two days during the installation. I called Integrity and they tell me to look in planters first and then to look on a table that had been used to store debris and construction materials by the other three contractors I had at the house. I'm sorry but who leaves a key outside without telling or calling the customer?! The table had long been cleaned up by the contractors. They defended their installer again for that behavior and blamed me for being mad at the installer. This is their MO - blame the customer. The office staff were never there so they don't know. I was there when they asked, had good access for them to work and paid on time. That was my job. They didn't do their job well and won't be accountable. Avoid this company. Last payment tonight after the owner agreed to hold back the final payment until after the manufacturer showed up. Will be glad to have them out of my home and thoughts. Took too much energy for one door! Terrible customer experience! Btw- I had multiple contractors work on my house for this renovation . This is the only bad review. Some are able to do work without creating drama. read more

Integrity Windows and Doors helped us install new doors in our home. From the beginning, communication was very easy and clear. Scheduling the initial in person consultation was quick as they came out to see our property within the day. They were very clear about our options even at the initial consultation, and they also had a showroom where we could see and try out the doors they offered. Integrity also had many examples of previous installations they could show us. We were already convinced upon meeting with them, but we were even happier with the clear communication even after we signed. They let us know the timeline and gave us updates as we got closer to the installation date. When it came time to the actual installation, their team was very professional and efficient the day of - getting it installed the same day. Integrity offers more services than any other door/window installer. They are able to create larger openings for your doors/windows, move electrical and will take care of your permitting needs. No other door/window installers offered all of these. Highly recommend going with Integrity for your door and window needs! read more

Integrity installed nine new windows plus a sliding glass door. The entire experience was excellent. I liked dealing directly with the owners Lana and Albert up front and ongoing. Integrity wasn't the cheapest bid but was reasonably priced. I almost didn't select them because they carry Milgard windows, and there are some negative reviews online and other installers bad mouthing Milgard. However, between some of the review sources looking less than credible, and Lana explaining their experience with Milgard, I went with Integrity. Installation was slightly delayed but that was well communicated in advance. The install crew did a great job. The sliding glass door change required a permit, which Integrity managed on my behalf. The new stucco looks better than it did before. I would use them again and recommend them to others. read more

We are in the beginning process of searching for windows for our entire house. We are new to this and don't know much. We came in on a Saturday morning and a very knowledgeable gentleman helped us. He was very informative and patient and answered all our questions. Because a lot of our project is new construction and we have the framer installing windows, we won't be buying from here (they install themselves) BUT any time I have to replace a window or have to refer someone to a window company I will refer them to this place. I couldn't believe how helpful this guy was even after he knew we wouldn't be getting our business. Thank you so much, we really appreciate all your help and tips. read more

Ever since we moved to this house we had this problematic door that would jam whenever it got hot due to a warped frame and it was so thin we felt if we sneezed the door would fly open. Hollow cheap door you find on your closets. We found Ragina and her team from Yelp and she was able to walk us through the entire process showing us photos along the way. Most companies just told us to look at a website and call them when we knew what we wanted. Great customer service and when the day finally came to install the door, their team showed up 30 minutes early with all the materials ready to work. They quoted us 2 days but amazingly finished it one one day from 9am to 3pm on the dot. Both men were super courteous to my mom who's a temperamental senior. They worked while she watched but was never rude and was super friendly. Great job and we will not hesitate to recommend you or use you again for future work! read more
