I recently had five windows replaced by AAA Replacement Windows for Less. I am happy with the work they did. At the start, I got three estimates on the windows, and this company's estimate was about 60% the price of the other two. The owner, Vlad, was early to the estimate appointment (I like punctuality). The estimate was very quick and straightforward; no upsell at all. After signing the contract, and paying the deposit, they said it would take about a month to get the windows made. They emailed me almost exactly a month later to schedule the installation. The installer, Boris, was also right on time on the day of the installation. He did nearly all of the work himself, except Vlad came to help for a large picture window. Boris did a great job. The installation took about 7 hours. One thing I felt they could improve on is being more proactive about their communication. I felt that I was the one initiating nearly all the emails. Going forward, this is the company I would definitely recommend for retrofit windows! I had the windows replaced in my own home with another company and was relatively satisfied. However, that company didn't service my parents' area, so I called Replacement Windows for Less. They were responsive, respectful, and super helpful in making recommendations (e.g., window type, tempered glass, etc.). Their price was reasonable; they were fast; and as soon as I saw the finished product, I wished I had used them for my house as well. This is a tiny detail, but it stood out: When retrofit windows are installed, companies use a strip of vinyl on the inside to create a clean finish between the new window and the original wall. The company who did our windows cut straight strips, whereas THIS company cut them all at a 45-degree angle like a quality picture frame. So nice. My windows are fine, and again, I wouldn't have even noticed had I not seen the work this company did for my parents. We got our windows replaced by this company. The entire process was seamless. When we reached out to Vlad for a quote, he promptly provided an estimate over email. The quote was very reasonable for 4 picture windows as shown in the pictures. After we agreed to proceed with Vlad, he promptly showed up to take measurements. My apologies Galina for being so late in writing this review! We got 4 bids to replace all of windows and sliding glass doors in September of 2022. Several neighbors had used Vlad, owner of AAA Windows for less, and highly recommended them. We got a quote from Vlad, which we accepted, Galina made all the arrangements, windows were ordered and in a few weeks viola!!! Muted airplane noise finally. We can't even hear the garbage trucks any more!!! Installation is lovely. And my favorite part is the sliding doors. They work perfectly and are not very heavy. Fabulous! The developer of our association had ALL sliding doors installed backwards so they could not be secured from the inside. That is now fixed. Cannot recommend them any higher!!! read more

Update : January 2023. Sometime last year i had downgraded my earlier review, as i was unable to reach the company. Apparently, i knew that i was out of warranty, but wanted to get the right screens ordered. Galina (one of the owners), called me and explained the difficulty in obtaining parts, and it is quite understandable with all the supply-chain issues. However, since i had to wait for 6 months, she did not charge me a single dollar for the screen. She wanted me to be happy and satisfied with the screens. Apparently it is impossible to make an appointment for a specific day. I had all my windows and patio door changed out by AAA Windows. I got the Simonton 1/8x3/16. My neighbors sometimes play very loud music, and I used to be able to hear everything almost as is throughout the house. With these new windows, the loud music is a lot more muffled and I no longer can hear it on the other side of the house. The difference was quite noticeable. Another thing I noticed was the insulation. When it reaches 100 degrees outside, it used to be around 85 inside the house with the old windows. When we had our recent heat wave, now with the new windows, my house reached 75 at the highest. These windows have double warrantees as well. Getting these new windows was my best pandemic investment. Craftsmanship is top notch. All the windows move very smoothly on the rails and lock easily. Patio door slides with a light push of a finger. Everything works so smoothly like butter. It may sound simple, but I have encountered so many windows and doors that get stuck, sticky, or cant lock - including my old windows and door. All windows are well insulated on the sides, no wind escapes through. The window screens look like they have been ironed on - tight and flat between the frames. The caulking is cleanly done. The whole job was clean, precise, and solidly done. Service was great! The quote experience was straightforward, and everything was said upfront. No fluff or sale tactics. Galina, Vlad, and Boris were all very pleasant to work with. They were all very patient with my questions and accommodating to my concerns. Just had my house windows completed with AAA Windows. The entire process was flawless and I have zero complaints. I first contacted AAA Windows based on their Yelp ratings. I spoke to Vlad and sent him photos of my house with the dimensions of every window. He have me an estimate and said he'd have to verify everything when he measured himself. Other window companies were A LOT more expensive. One of them even told my that the prices I was quoted either a mistake or else to be careful of some pricing scam. With the number of Yelp reviews, I was confident. Vlad came out for an in-home measurement and quote. The quote was exactly what he said for Simonton Daylight Max windows with sound reduction package. He told me that the windows would take about 12 weeks due to Simonton production delays. A couple weeks early, Vlad called me to let me know the windows were in and scheduled the install. The installer named Borris came by himself and to my amazement, installed everything himself (even 7 windows on the 2nd story). Each window was installed, trimmed, and sealed with caulking perfectly. Absolutely no touch up painting inside or outside was required. Everything was cleaned up completely before the job was done. I am surprised this business has 5 stars!! Guys please come to my apartment and fix my window!! I am calling you 3 months already and everytime I hear "next week" it's next week already many times!!! So when I had old wooden windows it was a metal chain which was helping to open/close windows. After we got those beautiful aluminum/plastic windows it's impossible to use one of the windows. It has cotton rope which helps to open/close window and this rope got broken after just couple months of usage. Chuck was the initial person I dealt with, and of all the companies I took bids for, he was the most knowledgeable and helpful. He didn't waste my time with a long, drawn out sales pitch. He stated facts about the company and the product and the differences I would see in other products. He even came out a second time on the weekend to meet my husband and answer the questions he had.
