There is a good reason why GV Home Solutions has so many 5 star ratings. Guram and Valentina are both amazing people to work with. Valentina really worked hard to accommodate my schedule and was always pleasant and easy to talk to. At our meeting to discuss the 6 windows I wanted to change and get an estimate on; as we walked through the house looking at the windows, Guram looked at one of the windows that I had been told couldn't be fixed. He said "I don't think window is broken. I think can be fixed. I am not window repairman, but I will take a look". He then proceeded to take apart the window and made some adjustments to the balancing bar, and had it working just fine. So now I only had to change 5 windows not 6! Their estimate for the 5 windows was competitive with the other estimates I received (not the lowest, but certainly not the highest). Given how easy they made this whole process, I immediately decided to go with GV Home Solutions, and I was not disappointed at any time. Valentina got my order submitted, and within a few days, she had an estimated shipping date for my windows and worked with me to schedule a potential installation date. I was looking for new windows for the home we bought in 2021. Ours were single pane and terrible for noise and energy efficiency. I had 4 different window companies come quote my project - one sliding door and 7 windows, all with varying price points vying for the "best window, quality glass, great warranty, etc" but none being able to replace them within the time frame I wanted. I decided to entertain one more quote if they responded to my text and Valentina called me immediately after I asked for their quote through Yelp and she and Guram came by an hour later to look at the windows. Out of all the companies, Only GV Home Solutions pointed out that my sliding door had been replaced recently and was already double paned, so I didn't need to touch it. That saved me like 5k. We had GV Home solutions come out to replace our kitchen window (which leaked) and a bedroom window upstairs. Guram and Valentina came out, went through all the details with us, and provided a quote that we accepted. Valentina kept us completely informed during the entire process--When they ordered the windows and the ETA, when the windows were received, and when they could install (next day after receiving the windows). She also followed up with a courtesy call a couple days after the project was complete. Originally we discussed the project taking 1.5 days due to having to completely remove the window framing around the kitchen window, but in the end they were able to complete both windows in a single day, which we really appreciated. We had some worries with the kitchen window since the original windows leaked, but when Guram opened everything up it turned out the leak was coming through the siding and not the window itself.
