Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! I cannot say enough good things about this team! It all started with Jonathan Morales, the sales manager, who kicked everything off seamlessly and made the initial process a breeze, especially dealing with HOA . When it came time for the installation, Luis, Eric, Roberto, and Alex showed up and absolutely crushed it. They replaced 11 large windows and worked together like a NASCAR pit crew--fast, incredibly efficient, and perfectly coordinated. I was amazed at how quickly and professionally they got the job done. read more

A rep, Jose Antonio came out to measure my windows and sent me a estimate. American Vision Windows advertised senior and military discount which the rep said he had to verify that I quality. Gabby from their regional office called several times to follow up. I conveyed to Gabby that I asked about the discount and the Labor Day sale but the rep never addressed them and said the price quoted was the best they could do. It has been radio silence when I sent a screenshot of their Labor Sale to Gaby. Why advertise discounts and Labor Day sale if they are not going to honor it. read more

About 8 or 9 years ago, I purchased all new windows for my house from American Vision Windows. After installation I had a few issues which they promptly resolved in a timely manner. However, there was one window that continued to have issues and finally started to leak. American Vision Windows promptly took care of the problem by replacing the window with a new window. That's what a great warranty and great customer service look like. I want to give a big shout out to Luis T, Carlos and Christina for their professionalism, timely response, quality work and great customer service. read more

Work was performed to perfection with attention to details, excellent cleanup and took time to explain everything before and afterwards. Finish work will be done when painting house next. How often do you get your windows replaced in a lifetime? Do it right the first time. We received bids from 3 different highly rated window companies from Yelp and this one had the best value for their quality. They have the A Team working here. From sales to measurements (Jonathan) to scheduling (Lucero and Alex) to the actual replacement, everyone was on point and I am a tough critic. The team (Luis H, Eric, Joshua, Luis I, Carlos, Porfirio, Ignacio) they sent was hands down, amazing! Replaced all 20 of our windows in less than 6 hours! They took care of my home as they would treat their own. Covered my kids' beds, protected my floors, asked where the restroom was instead of just entering into rooms, wore shoe covers- it's all the little things that show quality service. I highly recommend this company and their team. This is my favorite renovation in our home. read more

I replaced a patio sliding door and a window with American Vision Windows, and I had a great experience from start to finish. I really liked that they offered Anlin windows, and their pricing was very competitive compared with other companies that quoted me for Milgard. The whole process was handled in a timely and professional manner. Special thanks to Lucero, who was very flexible and helped me schedule the earliest possible measurement appointment. I was originally told the window might take around 7 weeks, but the installation ended up happening earlier than expected -- in only about 5 weeks. Lucero also helped me secure the earliest installation spot available. I also want to mention the rest of the team: Jose for the initial quoting appointment, Richard for the measurement, and the installation crew. Everyone arrived promptly at the very beginning of their scheduled time window, which I really appreciated. The team was efficient, professional, and easy to work with. I will definitely use American Vision Windows again for future window replacements, and I would happily recommend them to my friends. read more

We had contracted with American Vision Windows and Bath for remodeling of our 3 bathrooma with Kohler Luxstone Product. We had the first of the three bathrooms installed. We are vary happy with the product and it was installed in two days by American Vision's technicians Cesar Cruz and Homberto Mendoza who did a great job and communicated with us well to explain how the project was going to be implemented. I have given 4 star rating only because the shower door was not available on the day of the install, otherewise I would have given a rating of 5 stars. After the frameless shower door is installed, I would revise my rating to 5 stars. I highly recommend American Vision for other prospective parties who are considering remodeling their bathrooms. read more

Wonderful experience with AVW team! From sales person Jon, to the person who came to do final measurements, to office contact, to the scheduler, and the install crew! Loved how quickly and professionally the installation team did their work today. Patiently explained and answered my questions. Carefully set up covers on the floor and bedroom furnitures before starting, and thoroughly cleaned afterwards. Came a little before 8am and done before 1pm. 15 windows and 1 patio door. Very happy with the Anlin Del Mar products they recommended as well. The finish looks nice. Upstairs rooms usually get really warm in the afternoon, and now at 3:30pm it's still cool like the rest of the house. The difference is so obvious! Anlin patio door has the doggie door option which was important to us. While I wish the doggie door's weather strip can be white instead so it's more blend in, it's acceptable and the weather proofing ability seems to be better than my previous doggie door. And Roxy quickly learned to use it! Highly recommend AVW! read more

This is the second time I have windows installed by American Vision Windows. Now that I moved, given my excellent first experience, I did call them again. The whole process was flawless. They replaced every window and sliding door in the house. The estimate was done by Jonathan, who made useful suggestions. A week or so later exact measurements were taken, and 8 weeks later, the windows and doors were installed. The process was very efficiently coordinated by Lucero, who kept me updated on the dates and times of the installation. I was given a window of 8 to 9, by 8 the crew was already in front of my house. They were extremely efficient, by 1.30PM they were done. The workers were very respectful and they cleaned the affected areas after the installation. They were leaded by Luis, who seems to know everything and solved every little problem as it appeared. I want to commend the installers, Eric, Ignacio, Joshua, Porfirio, Javier and Carlos. I strongly recommend this company. read more

We had a 5' x 8' picture window installed 13 years ago. This winter, it began to exhibit condensation between the panes. One call to AVW and one photo later, they had the window manufacturer at our house. Today, the glass was replaced by a very professional crew. Can't tell you how much it means for a company to honor their warranty so seamlessly with no hassles at all! read more

FYI. American Vision Windows does not quote for just windows. They must do the installation as well. I had received good feedback on the company but it's unfortunate that they couldn't provide me with materials. I took my business elsewhere. read more

We had a great experience with American Vision Windows. Starting with our Sales Consultant Jon, explaining the pro's and con's of the various replacement options and helped us get the best value for our money. Lucero was really helpful finding a time that worked for us to schedule the install, as well as answered my numerous follow up questions. The install crew of Luis T, Luis H and Mark W showed up on time, protected our floors and furniture, installed 19 windows, cleaned up and were finished in less than a day. The windows look great, and people have been asking who installed them. Thank you to the whole team, I would highly recommend American Vision Windows for your next project. read more

The team at American Vision Windows has been great. From Dion, to Doug, to Lucero, to Luis, Joshua, Ignacio were all solid. Great communication, follow-up, issue resolution, and billing. I liked the first round of replacement so much, I scheduled the second round to finish all 15 windows and a sliding glass door. I would recommend AVW to anyone looking to replace their windows. My house looks like a new house. The view looking out is even better. Thank you American Vision Windows! read more

Fantastic product and fantastic service - years apart! Several years ago (20+) American Vision Windows replaced all of the windows in my home. To this day, I LOVE them. Recently, we had an accident and had to have the main window that faces the street replaced. It's next to another window (on corners) and the two must match. AVW was able to special order the new window and it matches exactly to the other one. Their reps are responsive and engaging. We had such a pleasant experience. (Thank you, AVW reps!) But that's not all... the installers, Jorge and Carlos, were incredibly professional, swift, and talented. I CANNOT tell the new window was installed. It looks just like it did before the accident. Perfection! We are SO amazed. I can't say enough wonderful things about working with them. (Thank you, Jorge & Carlos!) read more

Our whole experience with American Vision Windows and their personnel could not have been better. Our first meeting was with Dion Starr, our Sales Consultant who was prompt, courteous, professional and thorough. He even showed up at the end of the day of our installation to ensure we were happy with the job. The next interactions we had was with Lucero Morga, our Scheduling Coordinator. Although there was a minor delay in our installation date, Lucero was very communicative and on point. Our new windows and sliding doors were installed yesterday, 10/29/25, and we were amazed at the efficiency and ease of the process. The two crews, headed by Mark W. and Alex N., did a fantastic job. They were here on time, obviously knew what they were doing, kept everything clean as they went along and got 10 windows and two sliding doors installed in less than eight hours. A wonderful job. The new windows and doors look amazing, function well and we could not be more pleased. read more

We had 3 sliding doors and 7 windows replaced by the American Vision Windows team. We just had our windows and French doors installed by a crew of Luis H . who worked with Porfirio, Eric, Ignacio S. Luis T and Carlos. They did a great job, very efficient, covered all the areas that could be affected by installation. We would highly recommend this company. My father had 19 windows installed in his home and he was very pleased with their services. They were timely, professional, and operated seamlessly. The crew (Mark W., Alex N., Luis T, and Ignacio C.) worked very efficiently, like a well-oiled machine. They were respectful of the property by asking to use the restroom and by cleaning meticulously. They were communicative in announcing their arrival as well as indicating when the job would be complete. I had used American Vision Windows previously for our condo unit governed by an HOA. They did a great job, so now that I needed to have the 75 year old windows in my house replaced, I thought again of using them. I received several bids, and chose them for their quality and fair price. Antonio was our salesperson and project manager this time. He came at exactly the appointment time to discuss our requirements and to review our options. We chose premium wood clad Provia windows. We ordered 11 windows, 3 of which are of the new construction type to allow them to rebuild a custom bay window. They did all of the work with the town to pull the permits and arrange for inspection. We ran into a small snag when the building inspector informed us that one of the windows in each bedroom had to be upgraded to meet new egress requirements. This required us to switch from double hung to casement for one window per bedroom. The look of the casements are almost identical to the double hung, so the outliers would not look incongruous. Antonio facilitated the change order seamlessly. On the day of the installation, they sent 3 crews. They executed the work in all rooms simultaneously. We left the house until they could complete the work. Amazingly they were done in about 7 hours, except for the custom bay, which required a second visit the next day for finish carpentry and stucco replacement. That, too, was done quickly and efficiently. We are quite pleased with the results. The windows look great and operate smoothly. Kudos to American Vision and the members the team, including Antonio, Luis H, Eric, and Alex. read more

Replaced every window in the house...no small task. Luis H., Jose Osi, Eric, Porfirio, Ignacio, Javier, Luis T and Carlos were efficient, took the time to explain the process, and even fulfilled small requests on site. The crew cleaned up every day at the end of each work day. You would not have known that contractors were on site. Showed up on time each day. I would recommend American Vision Windows. read more

American Vision Windows definitely earned a five-star review when they installed a ProVia fiberglass entry door and an Anlin patio door at our home in Santa Clara. Project Manager David N. visited our home and explained the advantages of both products, answering our questions and explaining our options. After placing our order, we had to reschedule our installation, and we appreciated David's responsive and professional communication, as well as that of Scheduling Coordinator Lucero M. American Vision Windows handled all aspects of our city's building permit, and the installation was completed as scheduled. We had a minor issue with damage to the patio door keeper during installation, but David helped us to connect with Service Coordinator Christina V., and service technician Alex made the necessary repair just a few days later. Our new ProVia entry door is a significant upgrade to our home's exterior and to our living room, and our new Anlin patio door allows more light into our family room, making the room seem larger. Thanks to everyone at American Vision Windows for helping us to improve our home! read more

Nice looking windows. Everyone we dealt with were professional and easy to work with.

This is the 2nd home that we've had American Vison install windows for us. Today they sent a team of 4 and had all the windows installed and cleaned up by 2 o'clock. They look amazing, the team was very efficient, communicated well with us and the house was immediately so much quieter. Luiz walked us through and checked each installed window before leaving, showing how each worked. He then had us do a walk around the outside to make sure everything was to our liking. Very professional. Thank you Luiz T. Carlos, Erik and Porfirio! We would absolutely recommend American Vision Windows read more

AVW just finished replacing 2/3 of the windows in our large, two-story, house. They did an excellent job and completed all the work in three days (two days shorter than they promised). For any other window or door replacement we will always go to American Vision Windows. Definitely worth the cost. read more

We had 9 windows and 2 patio doors installed by American Vision Windows. The installation crew was amazing. They were very courteous, professional, clean, and easy to work with. Our job was a 3-day job and quite a large crew came: Luis H, Luis T, Porfirio, Jose, Alex N, and Carlos. I really want to thank them for a job well done. Everyday that they came into the house, the put down cloths on the floors where they would be working and walking. Everyday when they left they gave us an update on what was accomplished and what needed to be done the next day. We had a few hiccups (our old windows were wider than our new ones) but as Luis said, "There's always a solution." They were very careful with our belongings and also careful with the new windows and doors. Screens didn't go on until the very end after the stucco was done. I really appreciate the care and courtesy they delivered with our new windows. Will definitely recommend them and use them again! read more

Stay away! Really bad company - will install your windows to the best they can. When a problem develops (not an if - when), they will be very slow to respond to your calls, and will never fix the problem, just not skilled enough to do a quality work. read more

These windows are very nice, super quiet, and competitively priced. Installation wizards were fast thank you Luis H, Mark W, Alex N, and Luis T. I wish two things: 1- We shouldn't have gotten the energy-efficient tint. That's on us. Prefer more light and willing to pay higher AC bill. 2- These windows were gating the sale of our house. They expedited the windows for us which was a huge plus. But then the 3 weeks they shaved off getting them early was completely squandered because there was no advanced notice the windows were coming that early. And guess what- installation appointments were exactly 3 weeks out. Totally missed opportunity to get ahead 3 weeks. I wish they kept us informed of the schedule. When we called to ask to they just said they were working on it. Since that snafu offset their bonus expediting, I'm not counting this against them in the overall review score. But if you are trying to do the same you need to push harder for delivery date IN ADVANCE! Or have them hold slots for you. I mean seriously how much goodwill did they burn with the supplier hurrying up, only to then sit in your warehouse for 3 weeks? read more

We had a walkthrough after the windows were completed and we can't be more pleased.
