For the owner: Requested the quote with a simple spec (below) but rep Maylynn insisted to provide a phone number to have a call. While I can understand for her it's a 'job' but for customers like me a waste of time - other 10 companies I reached out to just gave numbers, some with extra question. Probably would like to know the customer experience and how they simply goes away with this 'process' P.S. Spec: This is the full spec: - starphire glass - diamond fusion coating - opening width 47.5 inch with 1 panel & door (28 inch) - height 80 inch - brushed bronze hardware Please share the quote to .. read more

Excellent quality, service and response! I initially contacted TT Glass to replace a broken pane on a bookcase. They were able to provide a quote very quickly and after I brought the door in completed the work within hours. I then contacted them about replacing some panes of our 100 year old house and they were able to schedule and complete the work within 3 days. read more

I was really impressed with their performance, speed, and professionalism. They're a family-owned local business with very fair prices. The son and father showed up within the expected time frame, got right to work, and finished within 30 minutes. Highly recommend using them for window repairs. read more

Great job and very attentive during installation. They were very careful when brining the glass into my home.

Easy to email and to talk to on the phone. They cut my 2 pieces of window glass in 10 minutes and treated me like a valued customer.

Needed a piece of glass for my 10g fish tank. Wanted a 20x9x1/8 sheet of glass that was sanded/smoothed on the corners. Quoted me $27ish and that they'd be able to get it done same day, under 15 minutes. Went to the business and did exactly that. Fantastic. read more

Just got a quote from this business for an in line shower door and glass panel. Their quote was 3X what the other 6 quotes I had received were. They either don't need the business or are just hoping for clueless people. read more

Excellent customer service from Maylynn. She was patient, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciate good people like her because sometimes when dealing with businesses the person attending is rude, impatient, and act as if I am bothering them with questions. Not at TT Glass, Maylynn answered my phone call, gave me a quote without pressuring me or making me feel like I was wasting her time. My Father in law and I went there, she greeted us, got the measurements for the glass that we needed and got it to us in less than 15 minutes, wow! All in all, thank you Maylynn for your cool customer service and for the reasonably priced good quality product, the glass fit perfectly. read more

TT Glass & Windows - Replaced our glass door after us was vandalized - Windows Installation Near Me - San Jose, California

Total waste of time. I was looking for a quote on some storefront doors. All the other companies sent someone right out to take measurements, these guys did not. So I took pictures and measurements for them and furnished the specifications. After several phone calls over the next 10 days for a quote, they never had one for me. On the last call to them, they said they would call me right back. We'll..... it's been a few days now and I'm still waiting. If you guys don't want to do the job, please communicate that so I can move on. I've noticed this is a common problem with others too. Take notice! I manage several commercial properties with a lot of projects in the pipeline AND I will definitely not use, nor recommend you guys, ever. read more

I stopped by and provide some measurements to replace windows and door. I was told I will receive a call next week, but it has been three weeks since I stopped by the store. I called to follow up but she says was just I will get back to you. Two stars for being informative. read more

I recently (one month ago) had a custom glass table top made for our midcentury Danish coffee table. It was approximately 60" long and 20" wide, with curved edges so it was of utmost importance that it be cut and polished accurately and with great precision. We have young kids in our home and I knew I wanted to protect our table from water stains, Sharpie markers, melting ice, etc. :) The price I paid at TT Glass & Windows was extremely reasonable and competitive- LESS THAN HALF the price of what I was quoted at another nearby glass company. The lady who helped me at TT G&W (I think her name was Maylynn) was also friendly and helpful. I believe I went with a 1/4" clear glass, and we couldn't be more pleased. It was ready in 1 week and it fit perfectly. Since it was a custom-made piece, I traced the pattern onto a piece of butcher paper and brought that into the store. They had it cut exact, and polished the sides. Maylynn even carried it to my car when it was complete. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to create a custom glass table top. :) read more

I've used TT Glass & Windows twice now and both times were great. Good price, fast service and quality work.

Prompt service, reasonable prices... this is my favorite place to get my windows fixed!

Update: Maylynn called and scheduled another visit to fix the seals, I wish they would have done it right from the getgo as my wife asked the installer to fix it right then and there. Glad the issue is now resolved. read more

Friendly & reasonable price. They carry all sort of windows, mirror door. They also cut mirror / glass to your specification read more

Requested a quote for a window repair was told they would get back to me after I sent over dimensions and a picture. I called for an update was pushed out again for another day. Never got a call back the next day so I went with another service. If your too busy or unwilling to do a job just communicate that with the customer. In regards to your comment below... I never received a call back with an actual quote. I was given a rough estimate and told once I provided actual measurements I would get a quote. I was never informed of a price then claimed that it was out of my budget. The call never came!! I waited three days on a quote!! I called a different company they sent someone down the same day took the measurements themselves gave me a quote and had the window installed the next morning. If you are a business owner in need of an emergency window repair do not contact this service very unreliable. read more

They installed three custom frameless shower enclosures for us. Maylynn was very friendly, knowledgeable, and kept us posted of any updates to our order. She was accurate and upfront with estimates and lead time. All calls and emails were responded to quickly. There were no pressure sales or attempts to up-sell. The installation went smooth and the team did a great job. They did a walk through with us regarding where the enclosures would be installed and did a final walkthrough when they were done. We will be recommending them to anyone that asks. read more

Fast and reasonable pricing. Came in on a Wednesday for 2 windows and a sliding door. Labor was $65 for each item plus glass. Turn around time was pretty quick. Less and 3 business days. Will charge extra fee if use of major credit card. But no fee is debit card. read more

I have been working with TT glass for a few years now for different project around the house. The glass is well priced and the pieces always turn out perfect. It's a small family business that they truly care their customers. I accidentally cracked my mirror closet door awhile back (I know it sounds stupid). Just so happen that I could use a mini-van for a couple days, so I brought my 7 feet tall closet door for a quote. The price is fair and they estimate 2-3 days repairment. Once I mentioned I won't have the van with me by then, they immediately promised and expedited it to next day, so I can use my van and bring it home. Affordable, fast, great service and high quality product! read more

They are excellent! I called them because my bedroom window broke and needed to be replaced. All we needed was the glass cut to our measurements and we did the work. We gave the measurements and pick up our glass.... excellent service. They did not try to push us into getting more pricey glass, we just asked for the lowest price glass cut and they did. Thank you.... psss.... this review was to be done about a year ago, but better late than never. read more

Ok, so originally i rated this 5 star, but i have to knock off 2 stars for them bc i referred this place to my bro and sil and they had a bad experience. Not only were they 3 hours late to the scheduled appointment, but they didnt even provide a courtesy to call to let my sil know they were running late. My sil called them a few times during the 3 hr wait and they kept saying they were in their way. When they did arrive they didnt seem that apologetic. Then my sil wanted to order a towel bar on the outside glass shower door. They neglected to mention to her the door wouldn't open fully w/ the towel bar. For professionals, I would expect then to warn their customers of this fact. My bro and sil still had to pay for the bar and now they have a towel bar on the inside of their shower door. This is why hate referring people read more

I called many other local glass companies and TT Glass & Windows was by far the nicest and quickest option I found! We had a large window they replaced for us (about 4ft x 9ft). I contacted the top 5 window companies on Yelp. TT Glass & Windows was the most reasonably priced and quickest to deliver. While others were brash to deal with, these guys were professional and not pushy. They were so professional. I was getting ready to put my home on the market and was moving down to Southern California in a couple of days. The windows were broken thanks to my floor contractors (that's another story) so I was pressed for time to get the windows fixed to put on MLS. TT Glass & Windows were ver accomodating and kept me updated with the status of the windows. The windows came faster then expected. I love these guys and wish they had a branch in Southern California. Best company in the world!!!! read more

Great service, friendly, fast, and affordable. I would recommend tt glass and windows to anyone who needs glass or window repair. One of the windows in my bedroom was broken in an attempted break in, I had called about a dozen glass repair companies and no one gave me better service or a better price than Johnathan (manager). TT Glass provides excellent, courteous & professional service. My mom's bathroom window had a BB gun hole in it for many, many years. She was afraid to get it fixed due to her retired limited fixed income. We called around to check out nearby glass companies and saw the YELP rave reviews for TT Glass. Front line employee, Mailynn was very friendly and promptly gave us a very affordable quote and appointment that worked for our busy schedules. The estimator and Lorenzo were equally friendly. We are happy with the price, the good work and professionalism of the entire staff and more importantly the down to earth customer service that surprisingly still exists in this day and age.
