I recently requested a free quote from Vlad at AAA Windows. From our first meeting, Vlad was on time and produced a quote after measuring that same morning. The pricing was very competitive! The window install timeframe was much better than other companies, Vlad was able to fit us in within 3 weeks, other companies were 2 months out. We went with the quote and Vlad and Lina were very good at communicating each step of the way and being on time with schedules. Vlad always responds to emails. Very helpful and friendly. Gary and his team came and did a wonderful job on the install. Again on time, very clean and put in great windows. I highly recommend them for Quality, Price, and communication- definitely a 5 star company. D read more

AAA windows helped us replace 22 windows in our house. Vlad communicates clearly and was fast to answer any of our questions. They provided a competitive quote and a shorter lead time than other installers. The whole process went smoothly. The windows arrived as scheduled and Boris did a fantastic job installing all the windows with quality work. I won't hesitate to work with them again. read more

This Company just finished installing windows and sliding doors at my house. I am very satisfied with the work and will be going back to them for any future window installations. They did a phenomenal job, were very efficient and punctual. It took them just one day to install 7 windows and 2 sliding doors. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a contractor of this nature. Very professional. Elena read more

I've left two detailed voicemail messages in the past month at 1-855-845-2777, and submitted an equally detailed estimate request at http://www.aaawindows4less.com/get-your-free-estimate/, and I've gotten NO responses! My wife and I conducted a huge search on window companies. We met with 5-7 companies to receive a free estimate. All of the companies wouldn't provide a quote on the spot as I read most companies wait to hear what other estimates are v so they can "beat the other company" on price. I didn't feel comfortable with this approach. I didn't like that most companies pushed for the expensive brand with no real recommendations on retrofit vs new construction. There was one company that stood out!! AAA windows! Chuck came out for the free estimate. He was so patient. Offered us real recommendations and walked us through all the options. He even urged us to keep some existing windows as they were a pretty unique shape and would not make sense to switch out. Other companies quoted a ridiculous high price on new construction for these windows. Vlad came out for the final detailed measurements and helped us refine our quote and needs. Great team. Great company. I'm coming back to them if I need them in the future and I recommend you do the same!!! read more

I hired AAA Windows 4 Less to replace all of the windows in an older home I was getting ready to put up for sale. Vlad and Lina were responsive, friendly and efficient. Once they received the deposit they ordered the windows quickly and had them installed in no time. They look GREAT. One of the windows was cracked so Vlad arranged a warranty repair for us with the company who provided the windows. They missed their appointment so Vlad and Lina did everything they could to make sure the company came out and fixed the windows before our marketing photos were taken. Their assistance with coordinating this meant that the warranty repair was done on a holiday week, in just a couple of days and before our deadline. Which is amazing and I am still grateful! Not only that - their prices are great. Thank you so much Vlad and Lina, I look forward to working with you on our next listing!! read more

I had Triple AAA Windows come out to my house in Santa Clara to estimate window replacement for my one-story house. The rep (Chuck?) came and looked at every window and in the end decided that they couldn't help because my windows couldn't be retrofitted, and although there was one window which was single pane, it wasn't worth putting a job together. So although I didn't get service from AAA, the fact was the estimator took the time to explain everything to me in detail about how my windows were fitted, and even spent an extra 10 minutes to tell my wife and I how the quality of the windows mattered (vs. expense) for when we get our windows replaced -- which, unfortunately, will take a bit of construction work. I greatly appreciated the honesty, professionalism and openness the rep relayed to us, and if I have any work I think they can do in the future I won't hesitate to call. read more

Replaced 12 windows and 2 sliding doors with Vlad and it was a great experience. Quick 2.5 day turnaround, very clean/organized when working in our home, and very reasonable pricing. Would highly recommend. read more

I hired AAA Windows 4 less to install 6 windows and a sliding glass door and I am very pleased with the quality of windows and service. I had the estimate done 6 months before I finally decided to change my windows and they honored everything about the estimate. They were flexible with my schedule for installation (although I was shocked one guy installed everything in 1.5 days alone- wow!) All in all, very pleased with the business. They even called a few days post installation to ask if I am happy and if I have any feedback or concerns. Thanks AAA for my new windows. We love them. read more

After moving into my new place, I realized that the windows aren't sealed and bugs were crawling in! Hence my search for window replacement began. After getting multiple quotes and estimates, AAA Windows 4 Less seemed to be the most reasonable and did work on another condo in my complex, so I didn't worry about getting approved by my HOA. From the first estimation to the completion of the job, Vlad and Boris were professional and straightforward with everything. I got everything quoted for, (5 windows and 1 sliding door) and had a wonderful installation that lasted a day. They did an amazing job with the whole process, had high quality work done, and did it in a very competitive rate. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again if I need to. read more

We used AAA windows to replace all of our old windows with Simonton's (we researched the make and models we wanted before we got a quote). The entire process was extremely simple and quick. All 9 windows (including one sliding exterior door) was fitted over one weekend. They were efficient, polite and clean. All our windows are working great, our energy bill is decreasing daily and we're very happy. Would definitely recommend Vlad and his team. read more

Quick turnaround and careful, quality work. I called them to replace four windows in our sunroom/bedroom and the entire experience went smoothly, from the initial visit and estimate, to the ordering of windows, to the installation. The windows are nice and the room is much warmer, with no drafts. Vlad was very straightforward, professional, and prompt. I had confidence in his expertise. Boris, who did the installation, was meticulous and considerate, and did an excellent job. He cleaned up after himself as well, so there was little mess left behind. Cost was fair -- comparable to or below other estimates. The person who schedules visits (whose name I don't recall), was extremely friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions, and even went above and beyond to give me a referral to a waterproofing company for some unrelated work. I'll use them again the next time I need windows. read more

I hired AAA Windows to replace all 18 of the windows in my house. Seamless experience, very professional, and clean work. I compared several companies and they had the best price plus quality of all the other companies. I will use in the future for sure! read more

Its hard for me to be thoroughly impressed with service these days - I admit I am a little jaded. However, Vlad and Boris were tremendously helpful and very straightforward. Everything from the quote to the installation was prompt, efficient and thorough. These guys know what they are doing and did not mess around. I have to say, my wife and I are surprisingly pleased with the professionalism of these guys. I anticipated the process to be a hassle and the price to be painful - It was the exact opposite. Pro Tip: Get your measurements before you call for a quote and if you are comparison shopping brandnames, don't be afraid to explore other smaller name brands as there may be better value. read more

the sales person is not responsive at all when i'm trying to get quote and sincerely want to do business with AAA. First, the person came in for measurement was an hour late. Second, when I called for getting the quote (after 3 days), the email I got doesn't include specific specs and line item. I called back asking for those information, only knowing: 1. line item will not be provided; 2. the sales person will not come back until a week later and no one else will give me the spec. I guess they are just too popular and don't care about losing a business and provide good customer service. read more

These guys are very good. Vlad, the owner, is a No-BS guy who knows exactly what he's doing. Other reviewers have noted that he could be a bit softer in his communication, but I appreciated how he, in a couple of cases, told me the way things needed to be and didn't sugar-coat it (I had planned to do this project myself, so I thought I knew what I was doing). Vlad was patient though, and explained why things needed to be done a certain way. And in one instance, I pointed out something to him (he couldn't have known - it was something the previous homeowners had done wrong) and he quickly recognized the issue and was not arrogant at all. Importantly, the windows a) look fantastic, b) were installed very well, and c) were very, very reasonably priced. If I had another project, I would call AAA first. read more

Vlad went above and beyond in assisting us with new windows. He suggested the most economical windows for our project (a flip) and advised on windows that were better off being covered (vs being replaced). I have recommended Vlad to my clients and trust that he will have aesthetic, cost and the client's best interest at heart. read more

Vlad is the real deal. The guy shows up on time or before EVERYTIME. His crew works fast and hard. Craftsmanship is present in every job and his pricing will not be beat. We interviewed 6 window companies and Vlad came to me with an honest/fair price within moments of meeting him. I love his no BS Eastern European demeanor. He is my new window guy for future flips. Thanks again bud! read more

I would highly recommend AAA Windows. We had great experience with Vlad and Galina. We replaced 19 windows and 2 doors for about 30% lower cost than other vendors. My wife was worried how the work will be done since the prices are less but after reading all other reviews we took a chance and finally we are so happy and satisfied. Vlad is such a gentle man to work with. We wanted to do permit and Vlad helped fill up the city form and permit process looked so simple and smooth. We got our windows in about a month and Gary and team came and installed all of them in 2 days. We are very happy with the new windows. Vlad helped not only in windows project but also guided me in other project at my place as a friend. I would request Vlad and Galina to also take up the window casing and new construction along with retro fit work. This would help customers for a complete satisfaction for their window and door projects. read more

Vlad and his team were excellent in the whole process from giving a quote to measurement to installation. Through and through professional, they did a perfect job, and we love our new windows. Will definitely recommend them to our friends and family. read more

We recently had all of our windows and sliding doors replaced and it was a great experience working with Galina and Vlad from start to finish They are very professional and the pricing was lower than we expected. Once the windows arrived, they called and came out in a couple of days and installed them completely in one day. The entire crew was great and the installers were more than accommodating. We truly love the looks of our new windows and doors and would highly recommend AAA Windows 4 Less to anyone wanting professional service at a very competitive price. read more

I recently asked AAA Windows 4 Less to replace my glass patio door. Vlad scheduled the job within 2 weeks. Boris came out, did a great job, and finished it cleanly in a couple of hours. After the job was finished, Vlad called and told me I would get a $100 rebate from the manufacturer. That was a very welcome and unexpected surprise. read more

We had old single panel windows. The house was cold in the winter and very hot in the summer. A friend recommended AAA Windows. Vlad and his crew were very professional. They were always on time, kept us updated, adhered to the proposed schedule, and cleaned up after they completed the project. We could immediately tell the difference during the heat wave several weeks ago. Although it was very hot outside, the temperature inside was comfortable if we closed all the windows in the morning. We are very happy that we replaced the windows and that we went with AAA Windows. read more

I couldn't be happier with our new windows or the service we received from AAA Windows. I had called a couple of other places first, waited hours or days for a call-back, and then told it would be more than a week just to get someone to come for an estimate. I called AAA expecting the same and was pleasantly surprised when they called me back in less than 1/2hr and scheduled someone to come for an estimate in less than a week. When I called I had mentioned that I had time off during August and was hoping to get the windows installed then. At the time the person I spoke with said he couldn't say for sure if it was possible, but would know better after coming out and seeing what we needed. A day later he called back and asked if I would be available for him to come out the following day. He had had a cancellation and remembered that I was in a bit of a time crunch so figured he'd schedule me in as soon as possible -Awesome! Vlad came out to take the measurements several days afterwards. A couple of weeks later, right on time, Vlad's team came for the installation. They finished everything in a day, were exceptionally clean, and made sure to explain everything I needed to know (and more) about our new windows. My wife and I were amazed at how the new windows seemed to completely change the feel of the house. I'd have absolutely no problem recommending AAA Windows 4 Less to anyone. read more

I had a great experience with AAA windows. Vladimir was very accommodating - even when I forgot about our first Monday morning appointment to get sizing! (call it a case of the Mondays!!). His staff who actually installed the windows, did a very professional job with the Simonton double-pane windows. In total his installer (forget his name already!) installed 18 windows (side, small, sliding door, bedroom, above our nook, etc.). He covered all the floors so as not to leave a mess, got the job done in 2 days, and cleaned up well before leaving. He also did a phenomenal job with the trim and caulking around the windows. Very professional and what you would want when you replace your old drafty windows with new white shiny pretty ones. :) Finally, when I had forgotten until the last day to ask for a keyed entry lock (default just locks from the inside) for our outside sliding door Vladimir sent it over free of charge! I really appreciate that as I didn't think to ask for it ahead of time nor make sure it was costed in. Would certainly recommend! read more

My experience with AAA Windows was excellent! The salesperson came to my home for the initial meeting on a Saturday while he was supposed to stay home after his surgery! The quote was reasonable and lower than the others I had received. Then Vlad came to measure my windows and taught me all I needed to know about them. On the day of installation, Vlad's team came on time and they were very professional and courteous. They finished the job ahead of schedule which was a pleasant surprise! The very next day my neighbor complimented on how good my new windows looked! I would highly recommend AAA Windows to anyone looking to replace or upgrade their windows. Vlad and his team were just a pleasure to work with. read more

We were hesitant to change the single pane windows in our house because we had no idea what we were looking at financially. I decided to give AAA Windows a call because of their great reviews here on yelp. I was contacted later in the day and set up a consultation the next day. I was FLOORED when I was given my quote for our 2 story home! IT WAS NOWHERE NEAR THE AMOUNT I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE! I couldn't believe that we were living with single pane windows for over 30 years freezing our but*s off AND paying so much to run our heater all day and night. We got our windows installed and WOW! What a difference it has made cosmetically and functionally! Our home looks beautiful! The installation was done over 2 days, the first day was removing all windows and installing new ones. Day two was just finishing up with the molding and insulation. They are EXTREMELY professional and yet I felt like family with Galina over our phone conversations. I highly recommend AAA Windows 4 Less! We had a fabulous experience! read more

I hired AAA windows to replace all of the windows in our home, 11 plus a large slider. The experience was great. I received a number of bids from others who were dishonest in my opinion and a real pain to get a strait answer out of. Vlad at AAA gave me the honest answers and great service from top to bottom. On the financial side, AAAs quote was significantly below all the others and they were able to upgrade the glass by telling us about a rebate from the manufacturer if we waited another month. NO other company offered this to us but AAA did! I can not stress how happy I am with the installation and quality. If I were do this all over again or recommend someone to my family and friends it would definitely be AAA windows. Make the right decision and choose AAA windows if you want an honest company who works hard and deserves the business they receive. Thanks AAA David read more

We replaced some windows and two patio doors in our house. Vlad made a good offer and I picked his because he comes with the necessary technical background. I wanted to have two windows cut down and I wanted someone who knows how to build in windows and not just all about selling them. We went with Monte Verde windows because of the good feature-price ratio. I was a bit worried to buy something I didn't see before, but now I really like the products. Especially the doors are easy to push and make a sturdy impression. They put in everything in two days. After each day the house was clean and fully operable. I realized that two windows of the same size with different openings had been switched. I told Vlad in the evening and they corrected it the next day. Also one patio door had a damaged frame. Vlad took care of everything and talked to Anlin. They came by within a week and fixed it. This I call great service. I'm very happy with the new windows and doors and can highly recommend AAA Windows 4 Less. read more

I needed to replace a few windows in my home and, of course, I price shopped a little before making my final decision. The services & price offered by AAA Windows was absolutely the best! They were the only company that was not going to charge me extra for having windows on the second from ground level. (I got estimates where charges depended on how high from the ground the windows were ex: 10 feet up - $50/hr extra, 15ft up - $75/hr extra...they have got to be joking... ) AAA Windows was very prompt with coming out to measure my windows and providing me with the initial quote, ordering the windows, and installing them. I really value a company that doesn't nickle-and-dime their customers, and I'd recommend AAA Windows 4 Less to anyone who wants an honest and friendly service. read more

Requested AAA Windows to replace our windows/doors with dual panes about 6 months ago. So easy and convenient to set up an appointment, Galina and Vlad were very responsive through the entire process. Apparently these guys have installed a number of windows in our condo complex so they knew exactly what HOA required and were very diligent in providing the specs for approval. Everything was done and completed within the agreed upon time frame and I LOVE my new windows! There was a mis-order on one of the windows, but they were quick to remedy it. Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing replacement windows. read more

We just had AAA replace all the windows in our home--about a dozen, including standard sliding windows, odd-shaped picture windows, and a large garden window in the kitchen. Vlad was one of the better contractors I've worked with -- very knowledgeable and willing to give advice. He came out personally to take the measurements and advise us on products shortly after I called, then scheduled the installation right away when the windows arrived. He had a few men in his crew, so they were able to install everything in a day. (This was a retrofit, not new construction.) The garden window took an extra week to manufacture, so they installed that separately; Vlad came out personally for that one as it was a more complex job.) The windows look great. We didn't get multiple bids (as he came to us very highly recommended), so I can't compare prices, but we felt like we got a fair price given the size of the job. read more

I contacted AAA Windows 4 Less back in July about getting some new Simonton vinyl windows installed in our home in the East Bay. I initially spoke with Galina and she spent a lot of time with me answering my many questions related to warranty information, pricing, and the time frame in which they could get the job done. Ultimately, after speaking with several different potential vendors, I decided to go with AAA Windows for Less based upon their pricing, and based upon a good "family-oriented" business vibe I got from Galina. A couple of weeks later (I had a lot of scheduling conflicts with work and travel during that time), Vladimir, Galina's husband, came out to our home and did the installation of 14 windows. I was very impressed with the attention to detail, as well as the extra time spent on cleaning up when the job was finished. However, what earned the 5th start from me was what happened a couple of days later. While opening of of the newly installed windows in our bathroom, I noticed that there was minor issue with the window "sticking" a bit, making it difficult for my wife to open on her own. I called back Galina and Vladimir came back out to our property within two days and made the necessary adjustments at no extra cost. All in all, I had a very positive experience with AAA Windows 4 Less. They are an old-school, family-run business that wasn't the easiest one to find online. However, I am so glad I did and I would recommend them to anyone looking for professional help with their windows. read more

Vlad and Galena were great the work with. Our experience with them was to replace the windows in a rental. Galena was very nice to give me a bid for 3 windows despite their minimum being 4. The verbal bid was extremely competitive and quite accurate to the final bid. But the bid to replace ALL the windows ( 9 of them) was so attractive it was hard to turn down. Everything was done via phone and according to the tenant, they did a stellar job and clean up after themselves really well. And thank you to YELP and other reviewers for helping me connect with Vlad and Galena. read more

I am sure if you are reading this review you are a homeowner, and you know how it is - there is always something that needs to be done in the house. Our house was built in 1932, and it has been one thing after another in the last few years, we had to have the whole foundation replaced, the roof repaired three times, the sidewalks replaced, etc. So when my husband identified that six windows in our house needed to be replaced I had a few panic attacks dreading dealing with the contractors (yes, I have my share of home-repair trauma and some resulting PTSD symptoms). Well, my experience with AAAWindows4Less was nothing but pleasant. Vladimir (the owner) and Boris (installer) were very competent, responsible, easy to deal with, and made our experience as pain-free as possible. When I find a contractor I can trust, I always want to spread the word. Highly recommend. read more

We recently replaced with 11 retrofit windows and sliding door. We are very satisfied with the quality result. Vlad works professionally from the first day. After I called for window replacement, the next day Vlad asked to meet us in our house and do all inspection and measurement himself and explained details of every window. Also the quote is very competitive. In addition to that, all 11 windows and sliding door installation finished in ONE day with quality work. That's impressive! Thank you again Vlad and Galina! read more

Fantastic business to work with! We are so satisfied with their work and will definitely be recommending for friends and family members. I spoke with Galina to work out scheduling for an estimate.
