Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. The quality of their workmanship exceeded our expectations, and it was clear that they take great pride in what they do. Finding contractors who are honest, trustworthy, responsive, and dependable can be challenging, but Dimitri and his team truly stand out. Jesse told us what options were available, what he would personally recommend and asked what it was about our current windows that made it time to replace them. He was a great spokesman for the company, and the experience of growing up in the company, explained well about the product, and assured us the crew and customer service would all work to help us. He was right; I was treated well on calls, and had all the information I needed ahead of time. The measurement tech was great, as was the install crew. My husband and I had other quotes, but with similar product and similar price, Jessee made us feel that we could rely on Brothers Home Improvement to make this a good decision. We love our new windows. The additional solar film on the one side of the house that really needed it and the option to change the style we had lived with for so long made this a good investment in enjoying our home. This was a major purchase, but it returned major results. The new look of our windows and the improved heat/cold exchange will make this my favorite home improvement project.

Among all 4…read morecompanies, they were the slowest to respond, which took them overnight while all other 3 companies responded in less than 2 hours. And their response was to ask a bunch of questions such as your name, email, phone number, which for a moment I thought was a spam or phishing. Then another day later I got their email, asking dumb questions that I already stated in the project request. As a benchmark, by this time, I've already thoroughly communicated and discussed my options with all other three companies and obtained price quotes. Almost a day later, Roxy called me and left me a voice mail that they had a few questions. By this time I was totally fed up at their efficiency and process. Learn to do business on the Yelp message platform like all your competitors and respond quicker would be my advice.

No one was unnecessarily inconvenienced, which we greatly appreciated . I also had the pleasure of meeting the crew personally. They were polite, respectful, professional, and easy to work with. I also liked the fact that they came back without charge and fixed a frame problem that my neighbor was having with her new windows. Four months later, Rosy called to schedule an installation date for my new windows. Two days later, Jose, Carlos and two other crew showed up in two trucks on time to start the installation.
