My fridge deli drawer kept freezing over and they came out and fixed it within a day or two of calling. As for my washing machine, they were not able to fix it because it was a motherboard issue with parts that were no longer available for my specific model. He gave me a few ideas of ways to get as much life out of it as possible and it continued for another 6 months using those suggestions. They had a $75 charge for coming out which I thought was fair even though they were not able to fix it. I would recommend using On Point for your appliance repairs because they are timely, friendly, honest and fair.

Looked at the issue, proposed 2 solutions; he then deep cleaned the coils with the caveat that I might still need a new fridge. I'm willing to see if this works or if I have to purchase a new fridge. Scheduling was very easy through Yelp messages and I was even able to get responses in the middle of the night. The diagnostic report was very detailed which I appreciate. The technician gave realistic expectations of what could be fixed and what couldn't, even though it would've been to his benefit if we just went to him for all repairs. He even sent photos and videos of the situations which was helpful. I appreciated his timely responses, detailed reports, and honesty in service.

I had googled the repair before looking for a repair company. The repair should be approximately $150-160 for labor and the part $60. When the tech looked at my oven, and discovered that the repair was what I expected, , , His quote was $328 plus tax. I challenged that price, but he said that was the price it would be. I didn't care to pay $89 and then get another company to come out, so I approved the $328 quote. The repair took 22 minutes. The tech was at my home exactly 30 minutes door to door. Next time I will ask what the hourly repair cost is, and if not provided, I will call a company that will quote a labor charge. The tech was nice, qualified, and did a good job. I am only posting because that was WAY TOO MUCH for 20 minutes labor and a $60 part.
