I had a microwave and oven wall unit that needed to be replaced and the sales person, Brenda from Home Depot recommended that I use Jesse from Rinelli Services for my installation. She assured me that he would do an excellent job and he really did! Actually, Jesse and his wife, El work together and I couldn't have been happier with their work, their professionalism, the way they treated me and my home with respect and care. I communicated with Jesse before my appointment and he was excellent when it came to making sure he understood my needs and it was obvious to me that he wanted to make sure I would be a happy customer. It was really important for me to have a specific timeframe for the installation appointment and he went over and beyond to make sure they would be able to do that for me. He was able to move some other appointments around so that he could come earlier in the day so that it would fit my needs. I really appreciated that! The microwave and wall oven that needed to be replaced were two separate units, so Jesse had to cut out some of the wood panels, so that my new combination microwave/oven unit would fit properly. This required Jesse using a saw and cutting into my oak cabinets. Jesse made very precise cuts and when he was finished, the result was very professional, neat and clean looking. He was able to raise the new unit up a little higher so that I would even have an extra storage area underneath the unit, which was a nice bonus and something I wanted, once we realized there was extra room available. We discussed whether or not they would go pick up a specific oak panel at Home Depot to cover up that space to make it look more finished or if I wanted to leave it open to put some baskets in it. I chose to leave it open for now, and if I changed my mind about the looks of it, they would come back and put the wood panel on for me. Jesse and El work efficiently and made good use of their time. They are kind, friendly, considerate and really care about making their customers happy. They didn't leave the project until everything was cleaned up and that I was very happy. I discovered that they also do other handyman type work, so I'm definitely going to have them come back to do some other work for me. I like that they have different payment options, also. Yes, Yes, Yes!! Finally, a service company whose service is both reasonably priced and completed with the utmost of attention to detail and competency. Jesse and El installed a replacement cooktop downdraft vent, and I couldn't be more pleased with the work performed. It wasn't a straightforward replacement of the old vent system. They had to adjust the existing venting and did so very competently. Once installed, they discovered that the new vent was not functioning properly. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue which turned out to be a loose nut on the blower, which was due to poor quality control on behalf of the manufacturer. I mentioned that with the old vent, I often felt a cold draft coming from underneath the cooktop cabinet during winter months. They told me this was most likely due to leaks from improper (or deteriorated) ductwork and they assured me they would seal all the joints to prevent any leaks. With the amount of duck tape they used to seal all the joints, I don't doubt their word (or work) for a second. I'm thrilled to have found them and look forward to having them back out to start knocking out projects on my to-do list. I highly recommend them. Competent, professional and friendly. Really friendly people. They installed my tv mount in about 30 mins. We had also verbally agreed to install a Ring camera above my garage within the 1 hr pay job of $155. They left and said they forgot about that (lol) and that I could pay them another $100 to do the Ring camera next time (even though there was still time left during the 1hr period). I said no thanks.
