Our original pub became a Dyezz customer in 2013 and they have kept us abreast of the latest innovations at our second location since it opened in 2017. We recently completed a significant camera and alarm system update and the results are splendid. The security cameras are much sharper, have great infra-red response at night, and now zoom, remote access is fast and simple, and alarm monitoring and notifications are safe, secure and reliable. A recent service call (rare) was dispatched and handled quickly and the technician took time to explain all possible causes for an error condition and what he had done to ensure it was resolved. We remain happy customers after more than 10 years, and are happy to recommend Dyezz to anyone who needs alarm or surveillance/security services.

What really impressed us about them is the all-in-one home entertainment solutions they had. They wired our house for multiple television placements, provided us price matches on local equipment deals at various retailers (pretty rare in this industry from what I've seen), and most importantly they walked us through the process of installation and configuration options as if we were laypeople, as we were, but didn't make us feel like we were. Really a great balance. The installations themselves were spot on, they kept every promise they made, the systems they installed for security and home audio/video were everything they hyped, and at the end, we came in a shade under budget. It's always a risk when you choose a contractor, especially for a big job like ours. 1st Call hit the highest marks in every category. When we install our next round of home automation, my wife and I will look no further.

Upping stars to 3 for not ghosting entirely, but should not have taken a negative review to get a response. I provided a detailed project specification to this vendor 7 days ago--which is an attractive company given that they are covered by the Yelp Guarantee. They are stated to have an average 10 minute response time with a 65% response rate. Seven days later, I've heard nothing. So I'm either in the 35% of their non-responses or I'm an outlier in their turnaround timeframe. I wish I had better things to say since this is an unfortunate lone wolf one star rating in a sea of five stars for this company, but "real people, real reviews" is the rule.
