Chris, Jake, Alex, Gavin, Jarod, Randall, Zach... everyone we interacted with at AHS throughout this process has been fantastic. From the initial design conversations, to install, and finally the hand-off and training on the system, you won't beat the level of professionalism here. These guys clearly know their craft and care about their customers! Our home is running on Control4, and while there's a bit of a learning curve at first once you start to understand what it can do it's an incredibly powerful system. Control4 essentially acts as the operating system for your home, allowing you to control lighting, audio, video, pool, climate, security, and more from one interface. So instead of juggling a dozen different random apps, Control4 integrates all of your devices and apps into a single platform so the whole house functions as one cohesive ecosystem. Ultimately, what really made the experience stand out, though, was absolutely the AHS team. Technology is only as good as the people who design and install it, and these guys were knowledgeable, patient, and clearly passionate about what they do. Install was clean, the training thorough, and they've held our hand every step of the way. If you're considering a smart home system or anything A/V related, I can't recommend these guys enough... and if you end up working with any of the crew we've had the pleasure of working with, rest assured you're in good hands.

Will definitely refer friends here for their computer repairs!

He also offered me a discount on a future installation. So I decided to give them a chance because I appreciated the effort. (It is rare that businesses care to make amends!) They installed in-wall speakers and a new receiver in my house, and I must say that the guys who came over were very professional and did a stellar job on the installation. In keeping with my personal policy to give credit where it's due, I am highly recommending Capitol for their A/V services.

Freddie knows what he is doing, and is able to provide helpful feedback on what would work best for your particular situation. With respect to install, they were very fast, and did a great job of clean up and wall repair. My wife is usually not too excited about technology, but she loves the new system and finds it easy and intuitive to use. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is responsiveness to email. They work best over the phone, but I prefer to do most of my communication via email. If you know to communicate over the phone, then you'll save yourself some frustration :). Todd

Eric is now that guy for me with networking. My home has never had good internet. It was built before internet was much of a thing, it's stone, has radiant barrier, outdated connections, nonstandard shape, etc. I prepped Eric for these challenges among others and told him I had very high standards. He was undeterred and we set up a consultation. Eric had to have really impressed me, as I let him drill through stone which is highly uncharacteristic of me. I now have rock solid WiFi both inside and outside my house ~600Mbps for an extended distance and constant speeds over Ethernet even faster than that. I highly recommend Eric to bring an old home up to modern technological standards.

On top of the basic install part of the job, Eric cleaned up the network cabinet and rack leaving it looking better than I could have expected. The guys showed up on time, wore protective coverings on their shoes, and cleaned up afterwards. These sound normal, but in my experience fairly rare in this industry. Eric is a true professional.

Jeffrey helped me get new speakers that are just coming onto the US market and I am blown away by their sound, their aesthetics and their performance.
