Then, Sunday night at 7:10 pm he informed me that "I won't be able to do the work for you, you may want to call someone else, as I've been offered a large volume of work at another site." My opinion is the job was harder than he thought it would be or he doesn't know how to do the job. While he did spend 15 minutes installing the mini blinds, he left all trash behind. I decided to stick with just having a ceiling fan replacement [including putting together the new one], as well as installing a showerhead filter to my existing pipes/showerhead.
