It's refreshing, especially after dealing with the "geniuses" at Apple where it seems as though the solution to every problem is a new iPhone. I refused to believe a hairline 1/8 inch crack in screen doomed me to spend 1/2 a paycheck on a new phone. A co-worker told be to come to "uBreakiFix" when my tpuch screen was not responding. Apple insisted that it was a "motherboard issue" that reqd a new phone. uBreakiFix wasn't surprised to hear the "genius'" take. After trying all they could to save me from having to pay them a DIME, uBreakiFix replaced the screen for about $150 (OLED). I came in today, frantic, bc I need my cell to login. I had updated new iOS and my phone was unresponsive afterwards (apparently an issue with many iPhones updating to 16.?). Forced restart didn't work/charge/nothing. I wasn't feeling too optimistic when I dropped it off at 4pm. They ran diagnostics on my 14+ (free) and told me that they'd have it fixed or have an answer for me in 1-1.5 hrs. When I returned it was working like a charm. The county IT dept couldn't do it but these guys/girls did. They said it was a simple fix, appreciated my return business and I walked out...NO CHARGE. Can't recommend this place more. 5/5 all around. THANK YOU GUYS!!

Sadly they sat in storage for several years until I recently brought them back home. Both games were failing and I sent my boards to David for the analysis and repair. David quickly deduced that the Stargate boards were in decent enough shape to work but that a switched 12v power source would likely solve the glitching. I elected to have the capacitors, ribbons, and harness points all refurbished and the game has been a stable champion ever since. Robotron was a deeper problem. The ROM board had gotten parts of it fried and was unrepairable. David sourced and secured a known good board for me. I chose the same service update on the Robotron board set as well and David shipped all back to me. However, the game still did not boot up. David went above and beyond to walk me through some multi-meter testing on various chips on the boards to help deduce the issue. I ended up sending my entire wiring harness down to him along with all the boards again. The boards tested out great and together we determined that the old 12v switched power source that existed in the Robotron was likely the problem. With a revamped wiring harness and a brand new switched power the game roared back to life! As a 15 year old my best friend and I dropped many a quarter into these two back in our youth. Some 44 years later they still have that magnetic appeal and represent the very best of the coin-op arcade era. Needless to say my arms and fingers are sore from a few marathon gaming sessions these past few days. It's not easy to find someone who knows what they are doing with these legendary arcade games. I've had a cocktail model Ms. PacMan vintage 1983 since 1987 that worked just fine up to about 15…read moreyears ago when the screen started to flicker. My daughters grew up playing on this machine and though they are now in their 40's, they miss it. Prior to engaging with David, the machine would not power up any longer and was blowing 12v fuses. I'm a retired Electrical Engineer with over 30 patents in computer architecture and design, but I lack the equipment to troubleshoot the motherboard and decided to take a risk with David. I sent the MB to him for evaluation and subsequent repair. He diagnosed correctly that the 12v to 5v regulator circuit had a blown transistor, the cap's were old and need replaced and the finger edge connectors need repair. He sent it back to me and all worked fine (music and play), except I still had no display. David and I communicated real time via text and determined that the monitor board was suspect. I sent that chassis system to him for evaluation and repair and after replacing a number of the components (cap's mostly) and tuning the circuit, he returned it to me. I plugged it all in and lo and behold, it's like brand new. No issues. No complaints. I found David to be very knowledgeable, professional, responsive and cost effective. I know electronics and this is real talent. Today, my 11 year old grandson and I played on this old Ms. PacMan bringing back some grand memories. Thank you David.

I'd called Apple to help with diagnosis and there were two internal parts that apparently were "failing" for some reason. I reached back out to CPR and they told me to bring it back so they could look, and they confirmed the same that a couple parts were failing. They told me that because it had only been a year they'd be able to re-replace the screen under the warranty. I agreed and they had it fixed within about 24 hours and working fine. No issues, glad they took initiative to make right the issue.

But when…read morethe gentleman at the front desk examined my iPhone, he quickly determined it was the tempered glass lens protector I stuck on the lens years ago that was cracked, and not the lens. (I thought the lens protector had fallen off long ago.). He quickly removed the lens protector for me at no charge; I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I will be using CPR again in the future if needed.

We brought MSI and LG Gram laptops in for repair since our last experience was fast and easy…read more This experience was NOT fast and NOT easy. Problem 1: Open-ended commitment on diagnosis and repair time (Fan Replacement on the MSI estimated to take up to 2 weeks). Juan finally told us that they offer 1-day service as an option. Problem 2: Poor detail management. We had to remind Juan to return the charger for the LG. Problem 3: Shop was supposed to open at 10AM and we were told at 10:05 that he was 10-15minutes away. Problem 4: Juan was marginally polite but clearly was not customer friendly. Our Laptops' Status (owner remedies): 1. MSI FAN NOISE: MSI is still functional and sit's on a Large FAN Cooling platform and occasionally makes a bearing squeek. A check for Fan availability shows 5-14day availability (ships from China). Juan, a good customer service approach would have been to just be up front with the parts availability! 2. LG Gram BlueScreen: Using the Windows11 Restore routine after backing up personal files fixed the problem. Juan wanted several hundred dollars to do this including CPU cooling maintenance. Aren't there diagnostics routines that could be used first to confirm that overheating is actually an issue?

That being said, I had a serious framerate issue with my gaming desktop, and was doing troubleshooting on it for two weeks. I consulted Reddit, I wiped everything besides the BIOS, ran plenty of diagnostics, gave it a good dusting, but nothing fixed the issue. I finally decided to take it in and have someone look at the hardware, realizing most likely I had a busted chord or fan somewhere that would need to be replaced. I gave Scott a rundown, and he told me he would call me when he figured it out. He called me ten minutes later, so quickly I did not see the call until they had already closed. I then worked the rest of the week with Alicia who did all the replacements for my cooling system, graphics card and power core. Just got it home and have my computer running better than when I first bought it due to the new upgrades. I cannot recommend them enough, they are very knowledgeable and Alicia is a saint. They will figure out what is going on, and you hopefully won't need to wait three weeks for an appointment like other stores I had consulted previously

Personally I swear I brought my parts over, just misplaced them. Long story short, We went home with a handful of screws, picked which one fit, brought the rest back for free. Excellent service by these ladies here
