The carpets were supposed to be steam cleaned but the small machine they used did no good. They didn't even vacuum up after using the steam cleaner. See attached photo of email telling me what the climatized temp is. This was prior to me moving in.)The door to my hallway is also broken not allowing it to latch shut. I've discussed that many times but have been told they would have to replace the whole door and that's too expensive. I was also given a unit with oil stains in it and was given plastic to put over it. It seems now this never late paying customer is being asked to vacate by the director of operations because of my requests for better service. As a paying customer for climate controlled unit I expect it to be a reasonable climate. I should not have to alert staff to the temperature. If your told 74-76 degrees year round you should stick to it- if you decide to make a change inform your customer. It's bad business to ask a patron to leave because they expect you to provide the service you represented yourself to provide. Shame on the director of operations! Not the staff, as Lauren and Ashley have always been great to me.

The ice/water dispenser on our fridge went out and Baine was quick to diagnose the issue. He double checked other issues as well, including voltage to truly get to the root cause. Once he had the part in stock a few days later he completed the fix and showed me some maintenance I could do to enhance the lifetime of my fridge! Affordable rates and he didn't upcharge us for the parts like some companies do. Awesome service!! Great price and friendly repairman. Totally recommend Baine. He is a good and efficient work. My dryer was not heating and he replaced the heating element and while he was at it replaced the thermal fuse and help clean out my dryer vent pipe. I know in the future that I need to clean out my vent pipe which was not put in correctly when house was built. Gave me some good recommendations for other items I need to service. The serviceman was new, Carlos was his name. He did not seem to know how to repair the Generator, and was on the phone talking to someone at Generac for help. He was told to break the fan out to get to the part that needed replacement. The unit was under extended warranty. This guy could not seem to fix the generator we asked for a new generator since this one had broken down twice within the first two years. Carlos contacted Generic and started the process to get a new generator, he all but promised we would get a new generator, but it took over 2.5 months to get an answer. Generac decided this generator should be fix. Carlos came back out and fixed the generator in 3 hours. Now if the generator could be fixed in 3 hours, 2.5 months later, why couldn't it be fixed back then? I lost all confidence with this company. And frankly I was surprised Carlos could actually fix the Generator. Time will tell. I am looking for a new company to do my yearly service contract. Also a big problem was that they would not provide the paperwork as to what the serviceman did until I asked for it. So I had lost confidence with Amos Electric a long time ago.
