They listened to their customers and started buttering their buns when they opened their second location on 12th Street in Ogden. I'm a loyal fan now. Utah is known for being a fry sauce state and their fry sauce is delicious. Batter dip fries are top notch. Delicious onion rings. Shakes are enormous! Definitely recommend Burly Burger. The interior is super clean and every worker here is super friendly. There are plenty of seats and tables that sit from 2-4 people. If you're planning on coming here in a big group of more than 4, please plan to sit apart. When you walk in, go ahead and take a seat and one of the workers will give you a menu. Disclaimer though...the menu is in Spanish so if you need any translations, don't hesitate to ask or ask for recommendations. That's what I did! After you have some time to look at the menu, go ahead and walk to the kiosk counter and order your food, pay, then sit back down and relax until your food comes. I ordered the Bucara Burger and water. They did charge me $2 for a bottled water so I just want to let you all know ahead of time. The burger was huge, hearty, and filling. It also came with fries which was crispy and it was topped off with cheese and a little of the sauce that they put on the side. The water was definitely necessary for me because the meal was on the heavier side. If you don't get water, I highly suggest getting a drink here though. In the end, I would come here again. It's great to support local and what I ate was delicious and I can't wait to come back to try other food on the menu.

Foreign nations won't be able to touch you after consuming America's finest burger. Even if this is as close as you get to becoming the second George Washington, your tastebuds will have their moment of independence from processed junk. Your joints will thank you. Your gut flora will rejoice. This meal tastes like how freedom should feel. It's filling, it's natural, it's untouched by those who would do you harm, both foreign and domestic. And the ambiance? It's a food truck in a parking lot. But even the United States of America was just an idea shared amongst brothers, in a pub, once upon a time.

Despite that, I ordered the sampler platter with a choice of 3 items. I opted for the Honey Garlic and House chicken wings with tater tots. The wings were good, and I preferred the honey garlic to the house wings, because they were a bit sweeter, and I love sweet stuff. The tots were tasty and not too greasy, but could have used a bit more salt. Again, the waitress was friendly and was doing double duty as the bar tender.
