Breakfast smash is a must

Super delicious, nice ambiance and great staff. I don't have much more to say but have to type to have enough characters. Will come again

Shrimp Tacos and Cilantro Lime Rice
Jeremy B.

The look of this restaurant is very clean and modern. All the staff are super friendly and attentive. My wife got the shrimp tacos with cilantro lime rice. She said the tacos were good but a bit salty. But she and I loved the rice! I got the PB&J smash burger and sweet potato fries. Both of those were excellent. This is pretty far and out of the way, at least for us. You have to drive through Ogden canyon just to get there, but it seems to be worth the journey!

All I can say is WOW!!! Now this is the kind of meal I want after getting off an early morning flight. The smash burger was cooked to absolute perfection and the pepper jam really tied everything together - never had anything like it. Service was also just incredible - we felt so looked after and everyone was very friendly. My bf's mom mentioned this used to be a food truck so they are just thrilled that they have their own spot now (can you guys open a location in orange county california too?!?) I can't wait to come back to Eden to get my Hank's fix. Obsessed!!!

Great new place in Eden! Friendly service and excellent food. The inside was spacious, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend the smash burger with garlic aioli and habanero jelly which was recommended by the staff. It was the best smash burger we've ever had! Get the house fries sauce.

Sexy wine drunk

Let's start with the servers, she wanted me to get sexy wine drunk and I felt very welcome. Now to food. They have gluten free options for everything, no toilet tonight! The food is very good and made fresh for your whole party, I enjoyed my *gluten free* smash burger with no Hershey squirts, fantastic stuff. Thank you Hanks bistro!

Best burger in the north valley area so far! Can't wait to have another one!! Get the garlic aioli sauce. The fried shrimp is really great too! ...everything is legit all pro bistro food. Nicely done.

Smashburger with garlic aioli - $14.95.

Pretty good for Eden! We came here after a cheap lil' ski trip to Nordic Valley. Starving, we ordered the most popular item on their menu, the SMASHBURGER. The concept of this place is similar to a fast casual restaurant: order up front, pay, and sit down anywhere. They deliver the food to the table, you clean it up (a very nice man that worked there helped us take our trash to the garbage). I chose the garlic aioli and as seen in my picture, they put a load of it on (a GREAT thing)! I was a little sad to see the burger had nothing green on it, only some grilled onions. Luckily, they had sweet relish packets at the front I used inside my burger for health. The fries tasted double fried, extra crispy but extra greasy; not my favorite. The waitress was nice, as our first time, she made sure we knew all the details before placing our order. She also offered a side of fry sauce for us when delivering the food. Rating is a 4.5 total for me, because the only thing good on their menu is the smashburger! I was shocked to see the salad bar option was almost $14. I can tell no one selects that option when eating here. All the workers were very friendly and told us goodbye as we left!

We waited about a half hour to sit but it didn't feel long. I sat next to the cute bear they have in the waiting area/lobby. SERVICE: The servers there were quick to take our orders! The food did take awhile to come out though. But I get it as it seemed to be understaffed. I wished they had come around a bit more often to check up on us, but there was a lot going on which was definitely out of their control. It just left us waiting a long while. FOOD: The food was yummy! I got the Ranch personal pizza which has ranch dressing as the base, mozzarella, chicken, broccoli, grilled onions, bacon, and tomatoes. It was so hot, crispy, and delicious! Also got a nice side salad to get some greens in. I will be dreaming about the dessert for a long time! We got the Forbidden Apple that has vanilla ice cream rolled in brown sugar oats surrounded by sauteed cinnamon apples. Just amazing!! OVERALL: A cute local spot with lots to offer!

We were super excited to see a new place to eat in Huntsville! We waited and waited for it to open…read moreand went just a few days after opening. This was a subway for many years but has since been changed to a little place that sells sandwiches, salads and pizza. They have ice cream cones, sundaes and shakes, too. The decor has all been changed from Subway. It is now the theme of old automobiles, hence the name. Old cars all had attached brass lamps as headlights. All the food items are named after models of old cars. Ok, let's discuss the food. When we went, we ordered one of each thing (well, two sandwiches). We ordered the Winton which is a turkey sandwich with avocados, sprouts, lettuce and tomatoes. It was 8.99 and was quite large. Our 13 year old boy wasn't able to finish the entire sandwich. I ordered a salad which was 9.99 and very big. It came out looking beautiful and was loaded with toppings. I loved the beets! That was my favorite part of the salad. Yum! 10 dollars seems a little pricey but it was worth the price. Everything on the salad tasted very fresh. I told the girl who brought our food out that it looked beautiful and she said she loves making the salads the best. Well, she's good at it! I appreciate that they give a large container of dressing. It was the perfect amount! My husband ordered the philly sandwich (I don't remember the name) which is one of their hot sandwiches. I think it was 9.99 as well. It came with the meat, cheese and a chipotle sauce which was actually pretty good. Everything about the sandwich was good except that the bread was a tad bit soggy. I think this sandwich should be served on an actual bread roll. All the sandwiches are served on regular white, wheat or sourdough bread. It is all tasty bread and works well with the cold sandwiches but I think the hot sandwiches should be served on a hoagie roll to prevent the bread from getting too soggy. Even with that issue, it was tasty. My two little boys ordered a pepperoni pizza. It was around $15 and was pretty standard. You could tell the crust is not made from actual fresh dough but rather a premade, pre baked crust. It tasted better than frozen pizza but didn't have that light, airy, crispy crust you get from a traditional pizza place. My kids thought it was great but I wouldn't rave about their pizza. The sandwiches and salads are a better choice for sure. The ice cream is Farr's and you can get it in a cup or cone. They have a good selection. We have been up quite a few times for ice cream. A single scoop is around 3.50 so the same as what you would pay in Ogden. They do have a massive ice cream Sundae that costs around $14 dollars but comes with 13 scoops of ice cream and toppings. Would make a fun activity for the family to go and share! They have drinks in the cooler as well as fountain soda which is nice because you can get a refill. They sell bags of chips but no fries or anything like that. The staff is good. Mostly teenagers working which is fine as long as they can keep up. They are friendly when you walk in and very helpful. The entire check for two adults and three kids came to around 60 dollars. Seems a little pricey but its always expensive to take family out to eat. I hope it lasts and stays open. It is nice to have places to eat in the valley and not have to go to Ogden. I wish them the best and will always chose to support small businesses. Keep up the great work!

They have outside seating so I waited outside for my food, one of the other customers was nice enough to tell me my order was sitting, no one walked outside and no PA system. Coming through and checking out the Roundhouse we were craving some local food and found this on…read moreYelp and decided to make the little drive to the other side of town where the locals go. This place is attached to the bowling alley and we arrived around 2:30 ish and it did look closed from the street since no one was there at that time but they were indeed open so definitely don't let that sway you. The ladies were friendly and welcoming and we found out they make most all the sauces fresh in house. We opted for the Bacon Jam pizza which was a nice change of pace. Homemade bacon jam, steak, grilled onions and green poblano and corn I believe... it was delicious. We also ordered the pickle fries which were hot and crispy and the homemade ranch really was perfect for them. Thank you Moria and Ashley we wish we would still be around on Thursday to come in again for $1 bowling and to try another pizza, but sadly we were just passing through. We were immediately concerned that the menu had changed pretty considerably when comparing the menu that's currently available on Yelp. We switched our previous decisions as to what we may have ordered, and looked at what was available currently. (They apparently have had a change of ownership/management) We ordered a pepperoni, with olives, mushrooms and fresh garlic. It was a really good pizza! The toppings were generous, and the sauce and cheese were delicious! it was the kind of slice that's difficult to get to your plate without leaving a string of yummy mozzarella that refuses to let get of the pie! The crust was really tasty too. They rub the outer crust with garlic butter for a really nice golden and garlicky finish, and although it was close to being a little too brown on the bottom, it still had a really nice crunch and chewy nature. It was a wonderful way to end the day! The folks at the full bar were very sweet and friendly, as was the bartender/manager/owner/chef (?). We will definitely go out of our way to visit again when driving through, maybe we'll even have time to bowl!
