This family-founded, family-run business is a true treasure in our community! When my mother first…read morelocated this shop, she wanted a place to take her loved, older Toyota vehicle for maintenance and repairs. She had such a good experience that she recommended the shop to me for repairs on my former vehicle and, more recently, for my used car pre-purchase inspection. Right from the start, the staff made me feel at home and made recommendations to guide me to find the perfect vehicle for me. I also learned that some special dealerships offer either "pre-purchase inspection off-site" or "3-day money back guarantees" virtually eliminating "buyer's remorse." So I focused my search on dealerships with either of these two options in order that A. Anthony's was essentially a "co-pilot" in my car search. A huge shoutout to Genette! She was amazing, walking me through the used car purchase process, giving the vehicle a thorough inspection, and explaining all the next steps. Her attention to detail and patience with all my questions made me feel totally confident in my purchase, and I am extremely happy with my used car purchase. They truly set high standards for great service and genuine care. Everyone here is super-friendly and professional, and it's clear they really care about their customers (which is smart business imo). In addition to ubiquitous brands like Toyota, Honda, Ford, they work on all brands of vehicles including luxury lines Mercedes, Audi, Buick, Lexus, and more. If you need auto repair or are looking to buy a used car, I recommend you consider building a long-term relationship with them.

Customer service here is hit or miss. A few years ago, I had a flat while at a restaurant next door…read moreand came here--everything went smoothly, so I decided to return. This time, I was quoted a price, got a printout, and was told the parts would be ordered. When I came back for installation, I'd forgotten the printout--but I still expected to pay what I was quoted. Instead, they said they didn't have the quote on file and tried to charge me way more. I kept reminding the guy of the quote and even mentioned a number I recognized, but he acted like I was lying. After I stood my ground, he offered a "discount"--but I wasn't asking for a discount, I just wanted the original price. When I got home, I noticed even that "discounted" number was higher than what I was quoted. When I brought it up to the owner, he got argumentative. From what I've seen, this place has a track record of overcharging or inflating prices. I'd be very careful here!!

I was visiting my daughter and rode with her to get an oil change. She usually gets gas right there…read moreand she noticed this place and decided to get her oil change there. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted and assisted. The oil change was around $76. We decided to wait. It took about 30-45 mins. After the service, she was told her brakes were really bad and needed replacing as well as the rotors. She decided to go back the following day to get: front brakes pad and rotors, rear brake pads and rotors, disc brake caliper and serpentine belt. The total was $1,137.21 and they offer a 90-day to pay through Snap so my daughter took advantage of that. Everyone we encountered was nice and friendly. I had a good vibe about this place and believe my daughter has found her shop while she's out here.

I'm not going to keep going back and forth about this. All I know is my part was in my car when I…read morebrought it in, and it went missing while my vehicle was on your property. Whether it was misplaced, lost, or taken, the fact is that it's gone. My car sat at your dealership for a week, and I ended up having to spend $140 to replace the part. I even had to buy another one on eBay for nearly twice what I originally paid. Had I known my belongings weren't secure while my car was left overnight, I never would have left it there. What frustrates me most is that no one took accountability, no one confirmed what happened, and I was never reimbursed for the missing part. From my perspective, this happened while my vehicle was in your care, and that's why I'm still upset. I also demand the money that I spent on my car part on eBay, which was $140. Had you all been accountable?
