Thank you very much for taking a time and posted your review. Even though I do not agree with your review, I still appreciate your time for bringing this to my attention. Mr. Ben, I am sure you can recall the fact about the day you walked into my shop. You asked me for how much do I think "roughly' will cost to fix your car based on the description that you gave me on your vehicle. Again, Based on that you asked for a "rough estimate" and with that, I gave an approximate cost to fix your issue without even looking or inspecting your vehicle. I also recall that you stated that my prices are high and I told you that my services along with my 40 years of my experience in this field, it would not be cheap.
Sir, I also appreciate if you tell the whole truth while you are writing in yelp, as others may value your opinion. Mr. Ben, you came back to my shop a short time later, began demanding written estimate after I made it clear to you that we were very busy and I will not be able to take your car and work on it on a timely manner. I am surprise that in no place on your review, you never talked about the fact, that you became belligerence to the point that Montgomery County Police was notified which resulted in you being formally Trespassed by the police and also you were escorted of the property.
Bottom line Mr. Ben, in my business, I take the honesty any-day over money. I have been in this location for 31 years and gained many clients which eventually became many dear friends. I hope, you will do the right thing and remove your untruthful review. Once again, thank you for your time for reading this.
