Fast forward a month, and I had to have another repair done on the exhaust (really couldn't drive the vehicle the way it was) and they told me to come in in about an hour. They were able to fit me in, and fixed it immediately. They also didn't charge me! They really stand behind their work. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful as well. I can't say enough good things about their customer service. I highly recommend them for any exhaust work that needs to be done.

Let's be clear, I drove 9k miles since purchase and your tech recommended that new pads and rotors we needed "immediately" in bold red ink. In your response you neglected to indicate why this job was done at no charge to me. It has never been about the cost, there was an attempt to deceive me and it backfired. I am happy to post both documents. I was looking for an apology, not an excuse, not a free service and not the defensive stance. You just don't get it.
