Eventually it was 12:30 and they wrapped up. 3 days later i called because all of the windows had dirt under the tint but i just wanted the pass front window and windshield re-done because those were terrible. Again i took a day off work, dropped off at 8am. They started on the truck at 3pm. I know this because i showed up and walked in. Turns out they tinted it with the wrong tint. So they fixed it again.... Still a glob of adhesive (I'm guessing from the tint) and a bunch of highly visible dirt in the windshield and side window. Im giving up on this place as they honestly just don't care about other peoples cars even after paying $750 for a pickup truck to be tinted with their "tier 1 ceramic tint". When my windshield eventually cracks. I'll have another glass shop replace the glass and tint the windshield correctly. My wife tool a risk and had her $30k 2025 pilot done here a few weeks after my issues. They completed her entire car in 1.5hrs somehow with zero issues. But mine took 1.5 days on two separate occasions and 2 (technically 3) attempts and it's still not right in my $92k truck.

I would actually challenge you to show me another detail shop that has a perfect rating. I don't think it exists. I spoke with Jay and he answered all my questions on the phone and when I dropped off the car, he made sure to walk me through what the scope of work was and discussed any additional options. I have a convertible and also elected to go with their protection treatment for the cloth top as well. Jay then gave me a quick shop tour and took me in the back check out the facility and some of the cars they were currently working on. The shop is so clean I would have no issues eating off the floor... literally. Got the call that the car was done and WOW. I couldn't believe it was the same car. Keep in mind the car only had 600 miles on it, but it looked like something on the floor at SEMA. It SPARKLED. Nothing looks as good as a clean black car and well... this was insanely immaculate. I forget the name of the tech that actually did the work on my car, but he was an absolute perfectionist. He was out there making sure every spec of dust or spot was gone, even during the delivery. AZ H.E.A.T. has earned by business for LIFE. I am over an hour away from them and will happily drive to have them detail my vehicles. Another 5 STAR RATING from me. They are THAT GOOD.

I did a Google search for companies that offered PPF and ceramic coating services. There were several in the area that had high 4 and 5 star reviews. Most of them let you request a quote through their website. There were a couple that had "call for a quote." I groaned a little as it was late at night and would have to call them the next day. In total, I reached out to 5 companies. Two never responded, another emailed me a quote, another blew up my phone with text messages and then there was AZ H.E.A.T. They were one of the companies that had "call for a quote." I called and spoke to Kyle. I told him what I was looking to do and he made suggestions. He educated me and took the time to answer all my questions. He also shared the company history. It's a family-owned business, him and his brother. I liked that, as I too had been involved in a family business. Kyle really seemed to want my business. I wasn't quite ready to commit as I wanted to get other quotes. He asked if he could follow up with me in a couple of days, I said sure. During this time, I tried to contact some of his competitors who hadn't followed up with me. I also texted Kyle a couple of questions about the process and whether or not I should add a tonneau cover and decals prior to being treated. He answered all my questions in a timely manner, even though I hadn't committed to using his company. The quotes I received were very similar with some claiming to have a special price that would expire at the end of the week. I said to myself, if Kyle follows up with me when he said he was going to, I would go with AZ H.E.A.T. Sure enough, after a couple of days, he called me. We scheduled the appointment and I brought the car in at the end of the day. They parked the truck inside and began working on it the next day. It took about 1.5 days to complete the full frontal PPF and 7-year ceramic coating treatment. When I went to pick it up, it was parked diagonally in front, and it looked amazing! Kyle and his brother Brett went over everything they did and what I should do to keep it looking like new. They also said to call if I had any questions. I had a great experience with AZ H.E.A.T. from start to finish. They were very professional and provided a great service at a great value. What more could you ask for. Great job Kyle and Brett! I needed some repairs on an exhaust system Wade installed seven years ago, (I blew out one the…read moremuffler seams). I ordered the same mufflers, because they sounded good and lasted 7 years. I was in and out in under two hours. While they had it up on the lift, they replaced four hangers and made sure the 3" exhaust pipes in my 66 GTO were still positioned correctly. No noises from suspension travel, and sounds perfect. It's good to see the next generation performing great work.

I know this, because I had to go under my own vehicle and torque the nuts to spec after driving 500 miles, which is recommended. I mentioned this at the time of install and the guy told me that they would be able to handle it for me for FREE when the time came, which I think should be expected considering that every new exhaust should have this treatment. Instead, when I called back they told me that I would have to pay, and then couldn't even give me a straight quote. I was only able to reach two of the nuts on the exhaust, but they didn't need any tightening luckily. Here's to hoping that any other nuts are torqued to spec, because I can't afford to be overcharged at this point in my life.
