6/5 is more accurate BUTTTTTTT, I'll settle for 5/5. We got lucky here on a Monday at 7:30pm. Their LIVE Jazz starts at 8:30 on every 1st Mondays of the Month from what I understand. They did amazing, I wish I could have recorded the entirety of that raw talent Great prices, the quality of food was AMAZING!!!! 6/5 like I said. We had their Kara Age Fried Chicken which was perfectly crispy and the spicy mayo HIT perfectly. The potato croquettes were crispy and perfectly smooth on the inside. The DUMPINGS!!! Omg the dumpings could send you to another planet. Then.....the entrees.....Potato Croquette Hotdog....OMG.....get the hotdog and the croquette together, let it rock your mouth....TRUST THE BIG GUY!!!! My girlfriend had one of the ramens and the second I saw her take a double chomp of the noodles...I knew.....wow. She told me it tasted fresh, the aroma from it was absolutely mouth watering. The 5/5 is earned.

The service at this place sucks. The bartenders are the worst I've ever encountered. The ramen was like hot dishwater. The health department concerns attached are probably an understatement of the actual filth of this place. I am just glad I didn't get food poisoning from the few sips I took of the ramen.

Takoyaki. Eh. To small and missing the octopus

This place is super cute! I enjoyed the attentive, ease of ordering and service! I sat at the bar, and two different servers checked on me and made sure I was good! I got the takoyaki. I wouldn't order it again, as three pieces I ate were missing octopus. Covered in mayo and sauce. Just not the best takoyaki. I also got the Miso Chasu ramen! It was nice! All the toppings were great, especially the egg! The cause was a super chunky moist piece! I loved that! The noodles were lackluster. The broth was decent! A solid bowl of ramen! It still hit the spot for me! The neighborhood is lucky to have this special dive bar ish ramen joint! I would totally go back and try more stuff!

Great spot for fusion bar food and quick bites. Nice ambiance and array of Japanese drinks

This was my first time back to Quinn's since 2018. Had a good experience then and again today. When you first walk in there's a sign saying to seat yourself. I had these Mushroom Steamed Buns in addition to Veggie Ramen with Fried Tofu, both of which were fantastic. Aside from food the service was good and efficient! The lighting however is heavy on the reddish orange side and it was slightly hard to read the menu. Maybe I just have sensitive eyes, but it definitely hurt my eyes. Overall, great food and good vibes.

Divey little restaurant with Japanese ramen fare. We had the ramen with chashu, the noodles were nice and chewy. They also give you a lot of noodles so you'll be full. The takoyaki and the karaage were pretty standard. My friend had the blackberry cannibal to drink it it was so unique, it is labeled as "smoothie sour with blackberry" and it is in the best way possible. Service was quick, it was Friday and night and they had a DJ.

Imagine a 1950's diner that serves Japanese small plates and drinks as you jam to some very good live music, and you have this weirdly likable place called Quinn's. What an enjoyable evening we had hanging out here! The 2 bands we heard while sipping on beers in our booth were rocking and fun. The food is interesting, to say the least. The steamed buns were tasty bites, and Choco Manaka (ice cream sandwich) was yummy, though the waffle crust was a little soggy. The mochi ice hits the spot, but it is messy to eat. (Photos are not great, because the lighting in here is weirdly orange.) The wait staff is attentive and fun to talk to. Can't wait to come back when in Beacon again!

This local bar was a fun time while I was in town. Me and some friends had a round of drinks and were entertained by the karaoke. The var was busy late night in a Thursday. However, we had no problem getting drinks. I believe there is food as well, but we had already eaten prior to arrival. Prices were very reasonable. I was not expecting canned wine, but it was fine for the price. There is a full bar as well. There was plenty of seating and the bar was expectedly loud. Nevertheless, we had a good time!

Unique. Eccentric. Specialty. Quality. These all come to mind when thinking of Quinn's. I had been introduced to Quinn's years ago (late night), but only first started ordering their ramen during the pandemic (take out only). This was my first time dining in. It has an old time diner feel but disco-ish. I'm not even sure if that describes it, but I recommend you go check them out for yourself. Great food, chill vibes and live music.

Run, don't walk into Quinn's for a satisfying culinary experience that makes you feel like you are being embraced in the innocence of the pre-digital 1980's. Quinn's is a special spot. An alluring combination of hipster dive bar, DIY-cyber-Beatnik hangout and foodie-pleasing Mecca. But please don't go if you want to gawk, complain or somehow chafe it's honest retro vibe. You may miss it on the street as the unassuming storefront looks as if it's been closed since 1994. But if you do find this gem you'll pass through two red velvet curtains and into what apparently was an old Chinese restaurant-bar newly stocked with hope and a talented staff. Mostly Gen x, y and z with a smattering of 40-50 something's the clientele was drawn there for "Art Night." (No pun intended). Basically, every Tuesday night most everyone was pleasantly chatting and drawing on paper, envelopes, art blocks and iPads. Folks some might normally judge as pretentious we're having deep conversation (I like to eavesdrop) while down-regulating with art, a wide assortment of excellent cocktails and interesting brews and amazing Japanese home cooking and street food.

Asahi Poke & Tea - My friend's mix of his two favorite sushi! Made fresh on the spot!!

What it does lack, however, is a standalone boba shop. While Asahi is, first and foremost, a poke restaurant, it does offer a selection of boba teas and slushies. The weather had just turned from dreary cold to summery hot, so I was craving my favorite Asian drink. After some hand-wringing (I couldn't decide which one to get), I finally settled on an iced strawberry tea with milk foam. I wasn't confident in my order, but all my anxieties allayed at first sip. It was delicious! The boba was soft, the strawberry flavors came through strongly without tasting artificial, and the milk foam added a complex layer of creaminess and saltiness that elevated the drink altogether. Even my husband, who's not much of a boba drinker, thought it was great (and kept stealing sips). If you're in Beacon and you're suddenly hit with a hankering for boba, try Asahi.

Shout out to her! Two other workers made sushi. The atmosphere was calm and it had a sea theme with shells on walls. I liked it very much. I chose the salmon teriyaki and the spicy tuna roll. I also ordered gyoza as appetizers and a bubble tea. Miso soup: super simple and delicious Salad: simple as well and the dressing was light California roll and spicy tuna roll: very good, though not spicy. The tuna roll had a nice crunch which was great. Teriyaki roll: my favorite, super crunchy with salmon (I think) inside and sauce on top! So good! Salmon teriyaki: not over cooked with delightful sauce with some grilled onions, carrots, broccoli and shredded zucchini Gyoza: a bit smaller than what I expected but it satisfied my cravings! Bubble tea: my least favorite, not the best one I've had. A bit bland but the pearls were chewy so that's good. Totally recommend and would go again!
