really good steak for a really good price. The staff was very nice to us and the menu is very simple. It is like a one item menu. We got the filet mignon and it was really good. Prices are super cheap and you get a lot of food for your dollar. would definitely come back here.

Quincy's has everything you could ever want or need for an affordable steak dinner. Not fancy and a very limited menu but for $40 you can get a three course meal with a margarita or two. The perfect recovery meal for a day of hiking or boarding or just a fun memorable meal passing through.

For a no frills, authentic western steakhouse vibe, this is definitely the place! We stopped in after a long day spent outdoors and got to enjoy the prime rib dinner they serve on Saturday nights. We arrived around 7pm and had a 20-minute wait for the table. No big deal, as we were able to stroll around the town. Once seated, our server was prompt and friendly and had drinks and salads out quickly. The prime rib followed shortly after and both the bread and baked potato included were amazing. The bread was pillowy soft, but still had structure. The baked potato was cooked just right, not dry, and came with sour cream and butter. The prime rib was juicy and flavorful and perfect when dipped in the jus. We couldn't resist ordering a side of mac and cheese and we did not regret it! The mac and cheese was creamy and hot and took me back to a favorite childhood comfort meal. Another bonus was that it came with another slice of bread!

We had a good experience at Quincy's. VERY simple menu. Friday and Saturday it's prime rib. The rest of the weeks it's a bacon wrapped filet. The prime rib wasn't heavily seasoned, which is a plus for us. I found the $5 house margarita worth $5. That had to be the least expensive tequila available. I will say I got what I paid for in that respect. The meal was served with bread and a baked potato. A small salad is served before the entry and we were given enough time to finish them before our entrees were served. Overall this was a very good meal at a great price.

Your choice on the menu is easy - you only get to say what size filet mignon you want (unless it's one of the nights they do prime rib).

(The perfect amount of spice ) The service was awesome, everyone was so friendly and excited to help us out. If you get the chance to sit outside by the fireplace, do it! They even have blankets, which made it feel super cozy. We both got drinks, and since I wasn't super hungry, the chicken was perfect. Huge portion for just $9. The beets and pasta were also really generous and filling. It wasn't the kind of food that blew us away, but for a small mountain town, it definitely hit the spot. Great place to relax, have a drink, and leave full and happy.

We transferred our tab to the table and ordered the roasted veggies and roast beef. Everything we ate was unique like some broccoli with our beef as well as parsnips and maybe turnips combined with the original potatoes and carrots. The meat was a little scarce for the price but it was delicious. We also started crushed potatoes that were spot on. We finished the dinner with a piece of carrot cake to go which looks amazing.all the staff had excellent service and was very friendly. One of our favorite features was soft music at a level low enough to enjoy the tunes and have a conversation. Sorry we ate the rest of the food before we could take pictures
