They can of course make standard drinks but what fun is that? In their menu, they have a list of the most popular liquors (gin, vodka, whiskey, rum, etc.) and then flavors that typically pair with those liquors. For example, I wanted some sort of whiskey sour and asked to make it with peach or ginger flavors. My husband asked for a gin drink with crème de violet and got a delicious play on an Aviation cocktail with aloe and rosemary simple syrup.
