I immediately left when the food came out cold after a 40 minute wait. Staff appears to be disorganized, and look like a deer in headlights. Music is loud enough to be a night club. Maybe if they were better organized then the service would be better. The waiters just walk back and forth not paying attention to customers. I do not recommend this place especially if you have kids. Worst experience I have had at a restaurant. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Go to Margarita's Cocina Y Cantina instead. read more

The food was amazing. We had chilaquiles and birria tacos, both unbelievably good. The chilaquiles had the perfect texture and the sauce was creamy & flavorful. The birria tacos were packed with flavor without being too oily or cheesy. The coffees were also amazing, especially the mazapan latte. Went a few weeks ago after my daughter's promotion and everyone else in town did the same so we had a bit of a wait but it was worth it! The best part of our experience was our server and her excellent customer service! She was very personable, checked on us, made sure we had everything we needed and even shared with us stories about the food and restaurant. The food was delicious. Timing was perfect. Half of our party ordered a version of the chilaquiles and they were awesome. Not soggy like I've experienced elsewhere. Great ingredient combos and loved the esthetic of the place. We had Chilaquiles Verde, Chilaquiles Mole, and Zesty Lime Verde Chilaquiles. Specialty coffees were just that... Special. In the short time that it has been open, it's reputation has spread like wildfire in town. I can't wait to go back, but I will for sure have a reservation next time. Super excited to finally try this new restaurant everyone's been talking about! We ordered the horchata and mazapan lattes -- both were really good. We also had the chilaquiles, which were delicious. The downside was the service. We had to flag down a different server just to get water, and even then we asked multiple times for refills. Our actual waiter was mostly MIA, only popping in occasionally, so we ended up asking other servers for water, to-go boxes, and even our check. He finally reappeared at the very end. This place is cute. My friend & I went for breakfast without a reservation. We were told we could immediately get a table outside so we accepted. But they told us to hold on & we were standing there for about 10 minutes then they led us to a table. We didn't complain since it was cold outside. But it took forever to place our order. We ordered 2 coffees 1 appetiser & 2 breakfast items. After about 30 minutes we still didn't have our app or coffee. We asked & we're told we were next. All of a sudden my meal comes out. It's cold & the eggs were not cooked to order. I asked again about or drinks & app. Finally our mini concha's come. Still no coffee. I don't feel comfortable eating my meal as my friend is still waiting. Eventually her meal comes. After that our coffee arrives...at the end of the meal. It was well over $100. I won't be back. So good! The food are fantastic, no questions asked! Only our disappointments are the food did not arrive together. My friend got her French toast like 10 mins earlier. We told her to go ahead because didn't want her food to be cold while waiting for our foods. Then two of us got out but not my husband. He told us to go ahead. I asked where is my husband's good. They said they are cooking it now and will be on way. Another ten minutes waiting for his. All the food are fabulous! Just disappointed with timeline of serving hot food. Mine was already cold when it was bringing to my table. But I was so hungry still so delish! Noticed other tables have same problems. The estate is well put and decorated in a friendly and lovely manner with hospitality matching the interiors of this establishment. The service stayed consistent until it came to the service of food which with the party I was with, the food was serviced not all at once which left sour moods in everyone's mood which I must at least point out since if this can happen once, it surely has happened other times. The food however was delicious and stayed true to the culture of what this restaurant gives, being savory and tasty beyond what other restaurants I've been at, especially with the Breakfast Burrito which had a good mix of ingredients although I found a larger section of eggs. The Conchita that I was served was true to its cultural roots in taste, consistency, and overall quality of its makeup. I would definitely order up to two or three more of these if I wasn't so full on my pervious meal. In the end, the burrito was spectacular when compared to the food normally served here as well as the customer service with how kind and consistent the server's, all that needs to be worked on is the timing of when the food is served in groups. A great example of what a restaurant should be with its own flaws as all restaurants have; we're human, we aren't perfect. read more

They have a kids menu and fall drink menu but it's not available to see anywhere so the server told us what they were but I couldn't remember so we didn't order from those. We got the pineapple agua Fresca and it was so watered down, the fruit plate was ok it had pineapple cucumber and cantaloupe, the chips and salsa were good but didn't have spice and the chilaquiles we got were also not great, I ordered over easy eggs and it looked like it came with an egg and a half, there was only one yolk. The strawberry matcha didn't have any strawberry flavor. If you want to sit somewhere pretty this place is good for that. read more
