I'm always looking for a new spot with a new drink and this definitely hit the right note. My favorite part was the sign when you're driving off showing their gratitude for your support. Recently I was in need of a weekday afternoon boost and decided to check them out. The menu is fairly simple- single origin Ethiopian coffee in different versions to drink, and some snacks. The owner was super nice to explain what differentiates Ethiopian coffee than others... even gave me a hot shot of espresso to take to go with my iced coffee! As someone who basically drinks one cup a day, I definitely felt the caffeine in my blood the rest of my afternoon ::insert twitchy eye::. Definitely way less bitter than my usual iced coffee... and more potent. Hadas is in a former day spa in the northwest corner shopping plaza of Elliot and 48th much closer to Cactus Jack's than 48th St. They offer wifi and chill vibes for those who want to study/work. Would be a nice spot to meetup with friends too! Hope more people check them out and keep caffeinated by them!

They recommended me the dirty Thai tea and I liked it. however, it almost took 20 mins to get the avocado ham toast ready. Actually I initially ordered avocado turkey toast but they did NOT have turkey. Later on I found out there were no napkins. They gave me a bunch of napkins afterwards which is very nice. Generally, I think they have the positive energy and friendly service. However, somehow I don't think they are fully ready for the business.

I tried the banana bread latte which had all the right spices - it tasted exactly like a piece of banana bread. Creamy and sweet, but not at all too sweet imo! Highly recommended - then hop over to Ikea for an air-conditioned summer activity hehe!

Not only do they offer a crazy variety of delicious fresh pastries, drinks, sandwiches, breads, etc....they have beautifully decorated cakes that honestly are so good. I have to point out that they have one of the best tasting green tea, and they literally have the best service anyone can ask for. I don't know how she does it, but Ashley brews this green tea perfectly. While most other Paris Baguette locations have the same green tea, they honestly do not taste exactly the same (Phoenix location on Baseline/32nd St is a totally different tea). When Ashley, Kailey, Dania. Richard and Daniel work together, they emit such high, positive and fun energy. They clearly look like they have fun while dealing with so many customers (and some customers are plain mean). These PB employees are so pleasant, efficient and really are an asset to this organization. Love seeing Ashley, Kailey and Dania's smiling face as soon as you walk in, they will definitely greet you. They truly are so sweet. I watch how they connect with each customer, making everyone feel special. The manager Joy has done an excellent job in selecting this team... If you are nearby, give it a try. Ask for Ashley, Kailey or Dania, and I guarantee you will agree with me :-)

Five-star food, but only two-star service. My colleagues and I stopped in for lunch, with each of us ordering individually from the counter, as is the setup there. Unfortunately, several orders were mixed up or incorrect. Overall, it took more than 30 minutes for our meals to be served, with the food coming out one order at a time. We also had to wait while staff located and corrected several orders. The order process could certainly use improvement. While the food was excellent, the delays and mix-ups made the experience frustrating.

When I first moved here, I stopped in out of curiosity, and I still remember how genuinely kind and welcoming every employee was. As someone who was new to the area, that first impression meant a lot. Three years later, the same warm atmosphere keeps me coming back. Their hours have always worked perfectly with my schedule, giving me a comfortable place to study after work. There is plenty of seating, and best of all, lots of outlets, which has been a lifesaver for someone like me with an ancient laptop that seems to lose battery the moment I turn it on! Beyond the amazing coffee and cozy ambiance, what really sets this place apart is its commitment to the community. They regularly host events that are open to the public and even keep an event calendar posted so customers can stay informed. I've also seen them partner with organizations like Prisma HealthCare to offer free health screenings, which speaks volumes about how much they care about the people they serve. This isn't just a coffee shop. It's a place where you feel welcomed, supported, and connected. Between the wonderful employees, delicious coffee, inviting atmosphere, and genuine sense of community, it's easy to see why I've been a loyal customer for so long. Thank you for creating such a special place. You've made Arizona feel a little more like home.
