The basil stir-fry was flavorful and decent. But the pad kee mao was both overly spicy and bland at the same time. I have no idea how that is even possible. When it came out the color of the noodles was so pale, and as soon as I tasted it, the flavor profile matched the color. It was so under-seasoned and basically had no flavor. Yet there is a strong spiciness that lingers in your mouth. We ended up finishing the stirfry but leaving half the plate of pad kee mao untouched.
