Horrible! The machines didn't spin out the water properly and the driers took forever to dry three items in each machine. The place was filthy and the attendant had a seriously bad attitud. read more

So it's clean....but everything else is frustrating and expensive. They use a card system that you have to buy and load with money. The machines are expensive and the staff not very helpful. Tried this place because it's closer to home. But for the cost I'm better off driving to West Roxbury. They do have an ATM. It costs 2.50 to use it. Large capacity machines cost between 8:76-10.00 depending on cycle. There is laundry service available for drop off. read more

The worst! Came here to wash one comforter in a large machine. The single load costs over 10 dollars for a 15 minute cycle. You can't see what cycle you have accidentally chosen until the cycle begins, and then it's too late to change. To do the wash you need a washing card. To get the card itself you need one single dollar bill - no coins, no credit card, no larger bill. Once you have successfully purchased that card, you need to put money on it. The ladies at the counter will not help you with this, other than pointing to the machine. Once the machine accepts your bills, make sure you let it finish talking and make an irritating CHA-CHING sound as if you just won a teddy bear. If you pull your card before that, you might lose the money you just stuffed into said machine. Now head over to the washers, and good luck finding one that is actually working. Today it seems like about one third of the washers and dryers are out of commission, including ALL the large dryers... Oh wait. The little paper stuck to them proclaiming "OUT OF SERVICE" in all caps is actually only for the customers. I know this because one of the ladies just came over to one of those dryers, took off the note, popped in her load, and then posted the note to another empty dryer that had given no indication of being broken. Meanwhile, my one load is done washing, and as I transfer it to one of the dirty carts marked "antimicrobial", I realize my laundry is sopping wet. Maybe my 10+ dollars did not include a spin cycle? I'll never know. After I shell out for a whole bunch of drying cycles in one of the small dryers without an "out of service" note, I am through almost all the cash I loaded onto that damn card. I'll suck up the rest, since you obviously can't get back any unused money, and hit the road without even folding my laundry. So long Quick Wash! read more

They charge 45 cents for 8 minutes just for the dryers not to work. The machines don't work but they're expensive. The owner is rude with bad attitude when you try to speak with her. Go somewhere else and save your money. I guarantee you'll only come here to waste. read more

They require you to use one of their cards to use any of their machines, which you need to buy for $1. It's also cash only to put money on said card, even though they clearly have card technology to update the card you need to buy. You can use the ATM on site for a $3.50 charge. If you forget your card, you need to buy another. I dried a load for 72 minutes, which at another laundromat in the area is more than enough time, and my load needed more another 30 minutes to dry. read more

So normally I do wash/dry/fold at a different place in Roslindale but I had to wash two comforters tonight and wanted to save some money and know this place has giant washers that I could fit both of them into. First there is a very frustrating card system which only accepts cash. My two comforters and one normal sized load of laundry cost me $30 (including detergent- $2 for 1 load). Since I only brought $20 with me I had to use the atm which chargers $2.50. I needed bags for my laundry and those are $1.50 each- I bought two. Then I decided while I waited I wanted a snack but the vending machine takes your dollar bill and spits out a dollar coin- no chips. So I've spent $35.50, have no chips but do have two dollar coins (which everyone hates- why is the US treasury still trying to make dollar coins a thing?!). I really feel getting wash/dry/fold from my regular place would have been less expensive. On the positive note this place offers 80lb washer machines which I would imagine makes life easier for large families. The shop is also very clean for a laundromat. It's hours are very convenient: 7am-11pm with last wash at 9:30pm. The women who work here are very very very helpful and nice. read more

I've been going to this location for about 10 years. The amount of time I've lived in the neighborhood. For the most part it's a large and spacious laundromat, however service has went down and sucks! For the second time in one week the machine stopped working and instead of the employees helping, it becomes a blame game. They don't like to refund your money and the worse part is they get frustrated easily as if it's there personal money. When you ask for the managers number they get upset and stop communicating. I believe it would go a long way if one of the issues weren't a language barrier! Get people here who will be kind and help, instead of people who don't want to provide customer service because they are on their personal phones etc. This place has cameras right at the money machine, but I was told I didn't put money on the card. Yea, because after working a 8 hour shift I want to spend my night annoying the laundromat staff. Hmmmm. I did contact corporate, but the voicemail was full. Won't be back here! read more

This place is horrible ..machines are all out of service and the ones that arent are super expensive the lady that runs the place is rude and moves your clothes without permision ..definately going to look for a new place to wash .. read more

Dirty and multiple broken machines. The lady behind the counter was hiding in the back on her phone. I had to ask for help and "disrupt" here phone call. Wouldn't recommend. Over priced read more

This laundromat is huge. They have washers that hold 20lbs 40lbs 60lbs and 80lbs awesome especially for washing bedding. The women who works here works her ass off. I watched as she hustled around switching paid folding and cleaning. That means a lot to me as a lot of laundromats are truly disgusting if you have an eye like me or worse a sense of smell (musty yuck) so her hard work truly makes me want to come back and spend my hard earned money here! The only reason they don't get 5's is due to the spin cycles not being efficient. My clothes, blankets, and towels all had the heavy water logged feel coming out of the wash which makes for a longer dry time. Good thing there are plenty of dryers that work well. read more

Been washing my own clothes for years, but first time using a laundromat. Pros: clean, great parking, lots of washers & dryers to use, and has a laundering service (but I haven't personally used it) opened late, seems family friendly. Drying is cheap. Cons: very little 20 lbs washers (cheapest) and 3 were out of service. However the more expensive 40 lbs + seemed to work well. The time I went, the attendant was bilingual and communicating was difficult because there were no picture/instructions visible on the machine. I had no idea how to operate the dryer. Managed to dry some of my clothes. Still I over heard another customer mention how the dryers never fully dry the clothes. So I'm guessing they're so cheap you end up spending more ‍ read more

I had a horrendous experience at this laundromat. My partner was in the hospital and I wanted to just drop off a ton of laundry for wash/dry/fold. There was a total of 70 lbs of clothing, comforters, sheets. I wanted everything clean for my partner's return. The items were in different garbage bags because I didn't have enough laundry bags and one of them was only 8 pounds and the young woman working there said the minimum was 10 lbs and charged me extra (despite the cumulative 70 lbs I was bringing them). She was arguing with me, charged me for two comforters, despite only have one. She also never told me it was cash only for a $99 order. My last complain which is probably one of the biggest is that there was a good full load of laundry that was folded but still soaking wet when I took it out of the bag. As far as I'm concerned this place is horrendous and in an effort to make my life easier amidst a difficult time, I would never go back there. read more

This place is pretty clean and lots of space. If anything goes wrong with the machines the attendant is there. They have 3 sizes for machines and 2 sizes for dryers. You can also get your clothes laundered and folded by attendant a service I haven't used but it must be good I always see attendant folding and has multiple packages. They are also open early and close late. A bonus there is a place right next door that does laundering and tailoring I think they're part of the same not 100% sure but a bonus. Oh and they have atm machine, vending machine if you forget your products, snack vending machine, and a clean bathroom. read more

It offers reasonable prices and it is very clean. Also, some of the most hardworking women work here. See it for yourself read more

The place is always clean and there are LOADS (pun intended) of machines & dryers. Rather than having to come armed with quarters, there's a cash-to-swipe card machine that you can fill as you go, accepting $1 bills to $20 bills which is extremely convenient. All machines are front loaders - 20 lb, 60 lb, 80 lb - allowing for all kinds of options and mega piles of clothing, blankets, bedding, etc. There's even a gigantic dryer for that King comforter, if needed. There are plenty of carts for use, unlike many other laundromats, and a big screen TV to pass the time (unless it's kiddie hour and all-Caillou-TV). The one unfortunate aspect - parking can be a challenge at anytime on any day. read more

The place is huge. And very clean. I like that it isn't coin operated and the used the card system. Now I don't have to save all my quarters. I usually go early in the morning. They open at 6:00 am. No waiting.......... read more

I've used this laundromat a few times because it's conveniently located by our home, but today will be the last day. A machine was having some complications and asked us to pay twice. When we brought it to the attention of the employees, my husband was publicly humiliated and belittled for "not knowing how to work a machine." She was so loud and we were mortified. We went about doing our laundry but they lost our business. If you continue to come, avoid Saturday's. One of the ladies who works on Saturday's has the worst customer service skills. #nothanks read more

I seldom bother writing one star reviews since I find that dwelling on the negative makes for bad juju, but in this case I must make an exception. I was looking for a new Wash-Dry-Fold Laundromat after my favorite place in Roslindale closed abruptly, and since I pass by Quick Wash every day on my way to work I figured I would give them a try. I dropped off a load on laundry to be done, and picked it up in the evening. When I picked it up I noticed that a fancy shirt that I had dropped off to be cleaned was missing. The woman at the front insisted that there had been no shirt. Thinking that maybe I forgot it I scoured my car, and then drove home to see if I had forgotten it. After thinking about it for a while I realized that it had definitely been in the bag when I dropped it off, so I went back to Quick Wash for another word with the woman at the front. She got very defensive immediately, and told me that she remembered exactly what was in my bag, and that nothing was missing. I told her that she was incorrect, and that I was missing a shirt. No apology, nothing. She suggested that I speak with her manager, and I said that I would. I don't argue since it gets me nowhere, so I left. When I spoke with the manager she repeated the same story to me with a somewhat indignant attitude, and again I left. A couple of things strike me as being very peculiar: 1. No apology. While it doesn't fix the matter it certainly helps to smooth the road a bit. 2. They must take in 50-60 bags of laundry every day. You are going to tell me that they remember exactly what was in my bag? I don't think so, and that makes the whole thing highly suspect. 3. The only thing missing from my laundry was this expensive Gianluca Isaia shirt. Nothing else. It's not a name that most people know (Armani, Chanel, etc), so the fact that it alone was missing means that someone knew the name. Who knows high end names? People who deal with clothing frequently. 4. Upon my inquiry as to the missing shirt the woman was VERY defensive and insistent that there had been no shirt. The manager was the same. Since there really isn't anything I can do, and yelling and screaming gets you nowhere I decided to write this review. The good news is that I have found a superb Wash-Dry-Fold in Newton that I will be writing a 5 star review for. As far as Quick Wash is concerned I'd stay far, far away. read more

I have not done my laundry in a laundromat for about 25 years. Things have changed since the days of dumping quarters into slots. This place has a sort of "Charlie Card" system, you buy a plastic card for a dollar and it is rechargable. That's pretty handy, no more hunting, begging, or going the bank for quarters. The washers are decent though I haven't compared pricing it seems a little expensive. 20 lbs for 3.65 60 lbs for 6.50 80 lbs for 8.90 The dryers cost about .50-.70 cents per 8 minutes and usually you need about 30-40 minutes depending on the size and efficiency of the dryer. Also, some dryers are much better than others. That is what I find most frustrating. You can't just put your clothes in and expect to come back to dry stuff. I developed the strategy of purchasing one eight minute cycle then, at about the 6th minute touching the glass door to make sure it's heating up properly. Once I'm sure I've got a good one I'll load it up with minutes and for the most part I come back to dry clothes. There always seems to be plenty of machines the place is clean, there is a pretty clean bathroom for customers. Once you figure out the quirks to the machines and the card system it's not bad. The staff is a little gruff but I think that's because the ladies that work there don't speak much English. There's a language barrier and on top of it they are slaving away all day long washing other people's poopy undies...how happy would you be? Personally I don't think any laundry experience is going to be 5 star...it's a laundry! It already loses a star just because it's a laundry... I hate doing laundry. For me the place is so close to my house I'm willing to deal with a few shortcomings. Would I drive across town to have a stellar laundry experience, no I would not. It's good enough, close enough and gets the job done. read more

Many things are wrong here. You cannot use public restroom. Alot of washers & dryers are " out of service". There is NEVER any hot water no matter when you go there ( only cold). Woman is very rude. read more

None of the washers have warm water, even if you choose a warm or hot cycle, so clothes never get totally clean. It has ac which is nice.

The worst services ever, There is a woman with black hair who speak no word in English and call herself the manager , and she dares to take and move your clothes from the machine without you and without your permission . And on top of everything half of their laundromats are not working ... You'll regret going there read more

Very poor customer service dryer doesn't work and instead of trying to figure out issue rude employee or owner wants to raise her voice at me. Mind you I asked For her to lower her voice numerous times, worst part I'm with a child and plus it wasn't that serious. I walk out and come back in. She sees me and she back at it again. Very unprofessional and embarrassing. Worst part I refused to give anymore of my money to place left with wet towels. Come home to fold clothes and clothes aren't even washed good never again read more

Not a great experience. Went for the first time a week ago and half the machines were "out of order". Also cost around $20 for just two washes and a dry. I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

Overpriced, can only pay with a credit card from their store, TERRIBLE service (if anyone is even available to help) AND the staff has a *strong* tendency to steal valuables and then pretend they suddenly don't speak enough English to speak to you. HORRIBLE. read more

Most of the machines are constantly broken, don't know why they don't fix them. Also there is an older lady in particular who has black hair who is extremely rude and aggressive. The washer/drier won't work and she'll say it works it works, well it's obviously not moving so it's not working. She is nasty and instead of talking like a normal person will scream and cause a scene at having to reimburse you. Sometimes when you add money to the laundry card it won't credit it and then you'll be accused of not having put money on it. This has happened numerous times and to various people. There's even a camera right above where they can verify this. This place is seriously going down the drain. read more

There's a lot of updated machines that you need a card for so no having to change for quarters. When you pay for the card, you can either pay with cash or credit card (I think), but there's no slot for coins which may be a downfall. It was very clean in there and on a Tuesday morning, there was barely anybody in there. We were out in about an hour and 45 minutes. There's also plenty of seats to wait for your laundry to be done, a few tvs, and vending machines. The washing machines may be confusing if its your first time there, but they have instructions on posters above the machines. The lady who was at the counter was helpful in helping us get a card, even though its very self explanatory. Oh yeah, their hours are wonderful. 6am-midnight, 7 days a week. read more
