A customer arrived at 8:46 PM to pick up his clothes, even though the business hours clearly state that the laundromat is open until 9:00 PM. Despite arriving before closing time, he was refused service without being given a reasonable explanation. What was even more concerning was the employee's behavior toward me. Rather than handling the situation professionally or explaining the reason for refusing service, he became disrespectful and told me to "shut up you fu****." Customers should never be spoken to this way, especially when they are simply trying to receive the service advertised during the business's posted operating hours. There is a significant difference between having a policy and communicating that policy respectfully. If customers are expected to arrive before a certain time for clothing pickup, that information should be clearly posted. Refusing service 14 minutes before closing and then responding disrespectfully is unacceptable customer service. I strongly recommend that management review how customers are being treated and whether the posted hours accurately reflect the services actually being provided. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this laundromat. The issue was not simply the refusal of service--it was the complete lack of professionalism and respect shown to the customer. This is really unprofessional.

I have no complaints, except that currently the LARGE dryers have someone's dried clothes sitting in them and no one is able to use them. They should be removed by the staff so other customers can use them (or these people need to come get their clothes). Overall I've had no issue. **EDIT: Once my clothes finished washing, I spoke with the male attendant and he kindly removed the dried clothes that were sitting in the large dryer for the last 45 minutes so I was able to use it to dry my clothes.

Before starting, I specifically asked an employee which washer I should use because I wanted to make sure I didn't have any issues. She told me she didn't know but said none of the machines had been having problems. After spending $9 on a washer and adding liquid detergent, Tide Pods, scent beads, fabric softener, and laundry sanitizer, I noticed about 20 minutes later that the machine was still stuck on the pre-wash cycle. There wasn't a single sud in sight, just water continuously running. I asked another employee--an older woman--if it was normal for the machine to stay on pre-wash that long. She acted like I was inconveniencing her. After pressing several buttons, she finally admitted the machine was broken and told me I had to move all of my soaking wet towels and laundry into another washer myself. When I asked what was going to be done about all of the laundry products I had just wasted, she laughed, said, "There's nothing I can do," and walked away. She eventually brought over a cart, but instead of offering to help, apologize, or show any concern, she stood over me while I struggled to move heavy, soaking wet laundry. I got completely soaked in the process, nearly slipped walking back and forth, and she continued humming and singing as if nothing had happened. After I continued expressing how rude and unprofessional the situation was, they did pay for another washer, which they absolutely should have since the original machine was broken. However, the only acknowledgment of all the laundry products I lost was a small cup of Tide detergent. That didn't come close to replacing everything I had already put into the first machine, including liquid detergent, Tide Pods, scent beads, fabric softener, and laundry sanitizer. Machines break--I understand that. What I don't understand is laughing at a customer, showing no empathy, offering no apology, and making someone handle soaking wet laundry alone while acting as though they're the inconvenience. Customer service costs nothing, and this experience showed a complete lack of it. Since this business only has one location, I was surprised to find that the website photos looked nothing like the laundromat I walked into. The difference between the advertised appearance and the actual facility was significant.

I didn't take either of them up on it, but it was still nice of them to offer!
