The so called manager there is terrible!!!! I have never been treated so badly!!! I have been going there for many years as I said before and never had a problem there. I don't know where this manager came from but she tried to tell me she was corporate when she told me to get out of her store and never to come back. this place is absolutely gross ! The Restroom has no key half the time and they have to break into the restroom. I went there to wash a small batch of clothes and the machines where no sanitary in or out where you put the detergent and softener. I tried speaking to Howard the manager but he has a nasty attitude. but prior to speaking to him I had asked an associate named Maria to help with this washer situation and she had the same nasty attitude as if she did not want to be there. I've got to say this one time and one time only whoever the owner is he needs to get his behind in his facility of business and find out what's really going on here with his employees and manager. P.S the manager is smoking a Vape in the Facility continuesly while the business is open. MISLEADING HOURS! (This is my first ever 1-star review by the way) This place says that it's open till 1:00 AM but much to my disappointment, they don't let you wash clothes after 11:00 PM. I got here at 11:30 and had one small bag of 10 items I wanted to wash, which would have been very quick, but I was denied service. I explained that I am traveling out of the country tomorrow and would be gone well before 1:00 AM, and I paid and Uber to get here and back and cannot do my laundry. I am very disappointed due to the misleading hours they promote. No where on Yelp or the website does it communicate that the last wash is at 11 PM. Only at the location it has a sign that says this. I am very disappointed because their negligence to honestly convey their business hours wasted my time and money. read more

This laundromat is a cool place to wash your clothes! Neighbors are friendly, staff is helpful, and there is WiFi to kill the doldrums! It is a quintessential Laundromax experience. Its fun its cool and its full of life, hope, and clean clothes. Maybe thats a lot but better than mosr. Know there are homless people who come are around the area but whats wrong with that and they are nice. I like them, I use to be one. OK post done! read more

Even though, the dryer are free. lot of them are in disrepair. They do not run on a high tempeture. I asked the attendant about the dryers. She told me, I just have to reset them. I like there are plenty of washing machines of all sizes. one has to make sure you have enough, plastic laundry bags, because they don't sell them. they only sell there canvas laundry bags. read more

Today I used 8 washers and when removing one of the loads I noticed that batch did not smell fresh and clean as the others did. When explained to the laundry assistant Crystal I asked her if there was anything we could do about it Crystal very rapidly responded NO! With out viewing the machine or even knowing which one I was referencing. After I pointed that out. She assured me that non of the washers had any issues over night while self cleaning or yesterday. So to digress the situation I walked away to regather the Gain soap and softener. Shortly after I complained about my washers she began to write memos on washers that were not working properly. (Which contradicts exactly what she assures from the beginning.) As a customer representative Crystal should have been more helpful. Crystal did not once ask me what kind of detergent or softener I used or even the quantity I applied. I've been coming out of my district zone to wash at this location because the company used to stand by there machines. Unfortunately I will not be coming back to this location because I've been shown my loyalty over this location means nothing. read more

This place is hella lit. First off, they have a variety of machines that are different sizes so you have options. They offer free detergent as well. The machines are a bit pricey but they offer free drying. Best part is the vending machine. This place is open until 1am. Don't listen to the review below me, he clearly doesn't know to guard his shit. Highly recommend. read more
