When my family and I struggled with the poor quality of service at another local laundry, we took note to this one. This place is super clean and comfortable. I have been here twice and had the opportunity to meet the owner at a community meeting, which clearly shows his regard for his customers. The small space is efficiently used and customers walk into an environment embraced with signage welcoming consumers, safety regulations, encouraging parents not to allow children to run or play in laundry, etc. In addition, there are all kinds of laundry paraphernalia on the wall, and there are plenty of laundry baskets. Each time upon arriving, the staff, which is culturally diverse (thumbs up! Asian, African American) smiled and said hello. Now--c'mon: what more can the community ask for? Someone was mixing together Clorox, fabioso, and rust remover in one machine. The laundry attendant was there but he did nothing. The smell of the chlorine gas was overpowering and i waited outside and tried to move my laundry as fast as possible. I hope in the future the laundry people can think of something to do in this situation so that this doesn't happen again. The chlorine gas production is potentially fatal or can cause bad injuries. The laundry room is not very ventilated. Overall, not sure if i would use this place again.

I'd definitely recommend this place, it's pretty clean, in a good area, and they have lots of washers and dryers so I've never have to worry about having to wait. Prices start at $5.00 a load for washers and $1 per 20 minutes for the dryers, not exactly the cheapest thing but compared to paying for a laundry service I think it's a great deal. Also rent isn't cheap in Boston so I think the prices are very fair when you take that into account. Quarters only, but there is an ATM and quarter machine inside. I've only seen the quarter machine run out once but someone came in to refill it ~10 minutes after it ran out so not a huge deal. I usually try to bring my own quarters though so that I can guarantee having change without having to wait.
