Horrible customer service!! I posted a e-mail I sent to the website and still have not received a response below. they are difficult to deal with rude and degrading and will not work with your schedule on payments resulting in frequent lockouts and added expenses. I'd recommend researching other companies and going with someone else. Message to QuikStart.com: to whom it may concern, I called your office today to obtain an override code, so that I could come in and pay to have my vehicle serviced and the unit removed after making final payment. I spoke with a representative named amy who informed me that they would not provide a code because of past missed appointments. when I asked to speak with a supervisor Ruby she refused and told me "it's your fault for missing appointments and we are to busy to waste time on you discussing it" she wouldn't let me hold to speak with the busy manager because you have other calls and we "have nothing to discuss" I found the conversation and demeanor of the call to be extremely insulting, degrading, and abusive. and since this would be my last visit I can't see how causing me a great deal of additional inconvenience in coming to pay you benefits either of us.as a private company where consumers have the option to choose between you and a competitor I would expect some level of customer service. while I don't plan on using any interlock in the future I do plan on sharing my treatment and experience with others and as someone who has worked in the service industry for a decade, now works in the health and fitness industry, is a active member of concerned Veterans for America the Ahwatukee chamber of commerce and other social and business groups that will be a lot of people. I hope treating me without common respect or dignity is worth any future business you may lose as a result. PS. even I'm sure you deal with quit a few unhappy customers but they are customers. training staff to deal with them appropriately and setting clear guidelines for your program and what people should expect would probably go a long way. disrespect never diffused a situation I'm aware of. read more

I am in contact with ABC15 investigators if anybody is interested...I would recommend copy and paste your reviews (maybe with slight changes) and send to every local news channel investigating branch....but if anyone is interested contact me. D A V E B I S C O B I N G with ABC said he got my info and is interested in possibly composing a story...will be contacting again end of week. This place is awful. The CEO B a r r y S a u n d e r s is nothing but a scumbag salesman charming enough to lure people in. (Why not let him know how you feel? barry@quickstartaz.com). I fitted my 2006 GMC with less than 50,000 miles with this POS and ive had nothing but problems...Excessive charges every month, truck electrical system damage and engine failure, all that good stuff. my truck sits 3-4 days a week at least, yet miraculously(and super mysteriously) this best timed machine in the world dings me with random error code BS. I would not doubt if these codes are preprogrammed and link into employee bonuses/salary compensation(maybe on a case by case basis if you know what i mean...so make sure to kiss their feet right? WRONG! NOTHING LESS THAN A CLEAR CUT EXTORTION RACKET ANYBODY and I say ANYBODY leaving a positive review for this piece of sh*t establishment and its employees , is nothing but a LAME themselves and probably a paid review writer/employee. I have no idea how indoctrinated and stupid you have to be to commend your oppressor, but you are obviously sheeple I feel sorry for you. ARIZONA STATE SENATE BILL 1228 is worth research for some. My only concern is that idk how to get away from this if all companies are pretty much the same.... read more

So Sasha and Jessica obviously work for you. The public slaying of me for leaving a review only solidified my thought of you're company. Intimidation only works with children. Go ahead. So for all get ready Sasha and Jessica are watching. They will accuse you of being a drunk, thug, killer, loser and try to force you're hand. Then go to positive reviews you have left and call you a drunk and lack of judgement and leave a horrible review. Also they are bashing all other interlock companies and claiming you're the best. So slandering other companies, intimidation tactics on those who don't leave a positive review. Love the tactics. Lol!! Maybe I should report this to the BBB and MVD. Hey that's an idea!!!!! Update- complaint filed with BBB and now I'm being told to meet at Chandler mall with a bagel and towel. Based on the innuendo it's to threaten me. Hey Chris S I'll pass on meeting with you. Wow!! Look at pics of you don't believe me. I have screen shots of all yours threats and abuse. Thank you for deleting the review of the attorney. He shouldn't pay for your antics. UPDATE- Jessica is no longer #2 check in on this and ALL negative comments have been removed from competitors. Here's a thought. Do good by your customers. They pay your bills and your family. If we didn't pay you wouldn't have a job. One person excited about your business will make you five fold the money you currently make. Once the BBB and MVD investigate I will update here. Until then make it a great day!! read more

If anybody reading this is thinking about going with any other interlock Company please take my advice and forget about it... I originally went with another company and constantly blew into the device and it failed me time and time and time again... came to a head when I could not start my car about an hour from my house and I had to get someone to come and pick me up... fortunately the guy that installed it met me there in the morning and took it out right there.. I got an Quickstart interlock installed and have not had one single problem as a matter of fact you hardly know it's there.. I have blown in it after drinking coffee, energy drinks and other things and have had no problem starting my car.. They are the only licensed Interlock in the state of Arizona don't let anyone tell you otherwise.. I researched it for myself.. as long as you stay away from alcohol-based products like NyQuil mouthwash Etc they give you a list when you get it installed you'll be absolutely fine... also this company allows you to calibrate every three months instead of every month like other companies do... but the disadvantage is you have to pay for the three months in advance.. getting a DUI in Arizona is one of the worst things that can happen to anybody... they're absolutely brutal and merciless with the punishment...Do yourself a favor and relieve a little bit of the stress by going with this company... read more

First off I NEVER write reviews! If I could give this place a zero I would. I had a gentleman lie to me saying his name was Manny. My so called manny is not his real name and he worked on my car very poorly. This guy is so rude and unbelievably lazy. He left my hood open and my gas tank???? What? Why in the world would you need to open my gas? To steal it?? I have had the worst customer service experience at quickstart in my entire life. All they do I asked one of there employees what the guys name was that I was working with because he is the only professional one there and this guy had the nerve to tell me I don't need his name and walked away. These people walk all over you and treat you like your a criminal. Drank a Gatorade and failed had to pay an extra $40. Please tell me why there are cameras in the car taking pictures if were still getting charged?? I had the Gatorade in my lap! I quit drinking 10 months ago. This place is a horrible company and will treat you like shit. I called the manager who was nice to me said they would waive my missed appointment fee. I went in and they just told me that so they could remove my device!! WHAT IS HAPPENING!!! How can a manager lie to your face??? I need this so I don't get in trouble with police And they just scammed me! They will take advantage of you any way possible. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM QUICK START FOR YOUR SAFETY read more

The last thing I want to do is spend my Saturdays down at this place getting my interlock calaberated but I have no other choice after the terrible experience I went through with this company. Dont ever have late evening appointments and expect someone to be there. They close early and try to charge you for a missed appointment. Don't ever reschedule your appointment they don't do it and charge you for a missed appointment. Ever since the equipment has been in my car my battery constantly dies. They tell you the weather does not effect the devices when theyre left in the car and it 100% does. They set up the devices to where you have to do surprise arrival test even if you just blew in hopes you miss it so they can penalize you and collect extra cash from you. The guys that run that place are far from professional. They sit around and Crack seeds and spit them in their cup as they are cashing you out. The entire time youre waiting youre listening to them laugh as they watch videos on there phones. Highly recommend a different interlock company or just not get a DUI. read more

This place is the absolute worst place to get your interlock!!!! Worst customer service ever!!!! It's enough to feel like crap about your DUI... These buttholes take it to another level. They have no respect for their clients and they're lazy and disgusting!!!! They give no direction and assume you know what they're doing or saying!!!! Stay away from this place!!! Save your money and find a better place to get your services. These guys will rape you of your money and will not apologize for it!! Find a place where people treat you with respect and do their jobs well!!!! The owner should be ashamed of the people he hires!!! Criminals, I'm sure!!!! And just when you think you're done with their services they insult you as you walk out the door saying "We'll see you again!!!!" Who the hell says that?!?! Only disgusting buttholes like the ones who work at Quick Start!!!! Stay away and take your business elsewhere!!!! read more

QuickStart effed up my electrical system BIGTIME!!! But not only that, the main customer service manager lady got passive aggressive on me and purposely didn't turn in my paperwork to the court and I got a violation because of it. I had the option to have the camera for extra protection but of course would be stolen a few months later. I ended up finding a tracker on my car which I believe they put on so they could steal the camera back and I would have to pay a $300 deductible to cover the cost of the "stolen"camera. It's a scam they are running!!!!! Then...they tried to tell me it was mandatory that I had to have a camera. This company put me thru hell. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!' read more

Jason at the West Valley location has amazing customer service skills. Their breathalyzer is easy to use and I never have a single issue with the unit. I have been to other companies previously and had nothing but issues. I would recommend Quickstart to all my family and friends. No body wants a breathalyzer, but if you have to have one Quickstart is the way to go. Good value, excellent customer service! read more
