Requested for a quote to come to our house for a possible rodent. Calculated a quote very soon after my request and was able to schedule an appointment quickly. The exterminator that came to our place was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. He scanned the perimeter of the house and found where a rodent most likely have entered our house. After sealing the opening, he strategically placed traps and bait, which resulted in catching the culprit. For the second appointment, he came by to clean up the trap and replaced it and the bait (in case there was another one running around). I have used Quick Kill for many years. Recently, we stopped for a few years as we were not using our deck as much and the wasps were not bad, but this year they came back early in the season with a vengeance. Super disappointed with the attitude I received with this service. Used them for quite some time and every time I needed an in-between quarterly appointment I have been met with attitude. Follow-ups are a necessary evil of extermination sometimes. I had a dead mouse stink, asked for a follow-up visit and they told me that there is no way to find the mouse. Lo-and-behold I found it and showed the guy when I asked them to come anyway (which is actually part of their job when you're on a quarterly service). They also did not put a new trap in that location. Asked him to come back again a few weeks later when I smelled another dead critter - was told they would come if I needed them to, but rudely told me, "we cannot always find where the mouse has died which I am sure you are aware of because I think we have had this discussion a few times with you". Why not just come out here and help me control the problem in the first place instead of being rude?? Last time I needed a follow-up only a month and half after they came because I still saw bugs - they said I was close to the next service anyway so they would charge me for the visit. Um, what?? This is not the service I expected or paid for. Time for a different company. read more

Thank you again! Yearly ant and spider extermination service. This year we had some nasty biting spiders living with us. We got educated on how to tell good spiders vs bad spiders. In addition we sprayed the outside of the house to protect from ants so we can barbecue on and also not worry that the ants will eventually make it into the house. Last Saturday I discovered a large yellow jacket nest in my attic. I called Quick Kill and left message thinking that they would return my call on Monday. They called me back in about 15 minutes and told me that some one would be at my house in 90 minutes. Mark was at my house in less then 90 minutes and took care of the problem. I called somewhat after hours (around 6pm) and was easily able to schedule a next day appointment to address an ant infestation. They were upfront with their pricing and there was no trickery--a national chain I called aggressively pushed an expensive subscription service, whereas QK treated the immediate issue at hand and informed me (not pushy!) about their quarterly service.
