The only place in LA I will go to for framing. I have been coming here for almost 7 years & will never go anywhere else. The frame selection is lovely, they do a wonderful job & most importantly, the owners are extraordinarily kind. The frames I chose this round are gorgeous, & feel substantial & like they will last forever. For as much as I'd pay at other online frame stores (which I did when I lived in a different state briefly) the quality & value here is hands down better. Finally came to Quick Frames to get a magazine framed. Went inside to see price estimates and for frames they had quite a selection and chose a wooden minimalistic frame in my opinion it goes well with my theme. Took about two weeks but worth the wait. Now to get Sana and my Chaeyoung magazine framed.

Love Quick Frames - I come here for any framing I need done, which is pretty often. They have a large selection of frames and glass/plexiglass/acrylic and the employees are very patient and helpful.

I'm leaving a review for attempted service with Quick Frames. After calling for an estimate a few weeks ago, I was given an incredibly competitive price for 3 customs frames. After coming into the store with the materials I needed to have framed, the store manager refused to honor the pricing. While cheap for standard sized frames, Quick Frame isn't worth the hassle or lack of customer experience for any custom work. Just go to Aaron Brothers and call it a day. At least you'll know the extra you're paying is for quality and service. read more

Okay they're supposed to be open on Saturdays up until 6 p.m. And its 1220 in they are closed and they do not have any hours posted on their door whatsoever. That's frustrating. When you call you don't even get an answering machine that tells you what their hours are. read more

I came in and needed a large frame immediately for a gallery showing later in the week. Gary was very helpful and worked with me to get it in time for the show. It turned out to be way bigger than I originally expected (about 40"x46") but it looked absolutely beautiful. I trusted Gary's instincts and I'm really glad I did! Well someone decided to buy that piece and I hadn't thought of a signature so I took it back to have him open it up for me before I give it to the buyer. I am so happy and my piece really glows. This place did a great job framing my Brave New World poster. Super helpful and timely. They have a lot of different options as far as frame types go, including an affordable black or silver metal frame which is what I chose. They also have two awesome dogs that chill in the store! After searching for an inexpensive but quality framer (surprisingly difficult to find) after my previous one changed ownership, this Atwater Village joint on the corner of Los Feliz across from the Costco complex is aces. My last task at my former job was to get items framed for event honorees, including a longtime, dedicated volunteer that required both class and speed. After Aaron Brothers told me that my request would not only take over a month and cost an arm, a leg, my liver, my kidney and my firstborn due to very specific matte cuts, I was able to get a significantly reduced quote for a faster job thanks to Gary. I will definitely use Quick Frames for my future framing needs. read more

Horrible experience! I dropped off my canvas print and frame to be stretched and fitted in the frame I brought in. Came back for pick up, and after I had explained and even asked the guy "you sure you got it, will the frame be ok- left here like this" they did the wrong size stretching. He forgot it needs to go into my frame. He picks up my frame which I had brought it, and edges are dinged. Tells me to come back in an hour, offers to drop it off. I couldn't come back and I asked for drop off. They didn't deliver and left a message saying we were there to drop off & no one opened the door. That I need to pick up myself next day I arrive at 10:58, their business card and outside sign says open at 10. To my surprise!! Store is closed at 11:00. I waited outside and by 11:17 someone arrives and graciously opens doors This is the most unprofessional service I have ever seen. I will never use it recommend these guys ever! read more

They showed me several different frame and matte samples to figure out what worked best with the stuff I needed framed, and they didn't get impatient when I was fussy and particular, and asked for other options. They paired this super precious collage print I had ordered online from my favorite artist with a very sleek and simple frame that drew attention to and centered the piece perfectly. They also found a wonderful, retro looking walnut (?) frame for these very old photos of my parents that were taken in the 70's. The final product looks like something you would find in your grandparents' house. Now I have a glorious piece of family history that can remain preserved long after they and I are gone. Altogether, it was a little on the pricey side, but they took such good care of these precious items, gave me a result that was even better than I expected, and I could not be more satisfied! The order took several weeks to finish, since they were pretty busy and backed up with orders due to the pandemic and supply delays, but it was still ready within the time frame they promised and it was 100% worth the wait AND the cost. They offer different options for the type of glass too--you can even spring for museum-grade glass that doesn't glare at all!--I went with the cheaper glass option and it still looks incredible. Because of all of the great reviews, I took an original painting from our travels here to get framed on a 100 x 60 cm frame. We called around and found that their prices were better than most, but the clincher for us was that it would be ready in 2 days. When we got there, we were told that for a heavier frame (like the original frame we saw it on before buying) we were going to have to pay more - about the same price as the other places. After that, we were asked when we needed it by, and when we said there wasn't a hurry, he said to come back in 6 days. Now, we did say it wasn't a rush, but I was expecting a great framing job given the extra time. But when we got it back, the frame was off and part of the painting was overstretched on the sides and top and the painting was then cracked. I should've just taken it to someone a little more local and paid the extra price. UPDATE: I decided to up the rating of this place due to the response from the owner. I have to admit that I'm a frame newbie so I didn't realize that what I perceived as problems with the owner were probably typical issues I would face with any stretching done. So, to be fair, I added a star to account for my virgin framing experience. I would have added more stars if the owner had read my mind and told us in advance that we would probably lose some of the edges of the painting due to the stretching, but I suppose that's too much to expect, right? read more

Came here on the recommendation by print shop I went to to have my photos enlarged and developed. I brought 3 16X20 and 2 20X24 photos to have matted and framed. The guy helping me was able to figure out exactly what I wanted and showed me several different options on how I could frame my photos. After two hours (sorry....) I finally was able to decide on which option I wanted to go with. The whole job cost me about $250 and he told me to come back in about a week. After I left I decided to check out a couple of other places just to make sure I was getting a good deal. Aron Bros wanted almost $600 for the same frames and another local shop wanted about $400. Are frames really that expensive? I began to worry a bit as to why Quick Frames was so affordable. Well a week later I went in to pick up my artwork and they looked perfect! I carefully inspected the frames to see if there were any flaws and could not find a single one. I'm HAPPY!!!! I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for good quality frames at a reasonable price. read more

I'm not usually compelled to document and rate all of my consumer experiences (this is my first EVER yelp review), but Quick Frame is so wonderful I just had to spread the word. I went in there with a poster and four smaller works on paper, hoping and praying that I was not about to spend hundreds of dollars for my very modest framing needs. I told him what kind of frame I wanted on each piece, and after testing out several different options, he brought out a completely different style and color of frame than what I originally asked for. Of course he picked out the most perfect choice that I never would have thought of, and I went with it! I walked out of there, having paid around $120 for FIVE pieces to be framed, hoping that the low price wouldn't mean a slapdash job. I am pleased to report that I picked up my art yesterday and couldn't be happier. I intend to go to Quick Frame for all my framing needs and send all of my friends there too! Go! read more

The other day I went to Aaron Bros Art Mart to look for frames for a large art print of mine. The only frame I could find was made of plastic and looked cheep and cost $50. Plus there would have been a substantial additional cost to size my print to fit the frame. I found Quick Frames on line and went in. The owner took time to help me pick out a frame and matting. He was very helpful and patient with me. Not once did I feel as though he was trying to 'sell' me on choosing a more expensive option. I ended up spending $80 for a metal frame with mat, glass (not plastic) custom made to fit my print. A total deal. Since then I have had 3 more art pieces framed there as well. Came in to this place after seeing the Yelp reviews. Got 3 posters frames for about $75. Picked it up a couple of days later and they looked great. Very pleased with the work so I decided to bring in some higher end art work. I bought a litho in NY that cost me an arm and a leg. The guy that helped me the first time helped me figure out a nice frame along with some nice mats. Everything was conservation quality and here's the best part....it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. The workmanship was excellent and I'll definitely be using these guys again. read more

I collect poster art and other odd things and have been going to Jonathan at Quick Frames for years with my most cherished items. He's always been helpful and his prices are great. The art that fills my home is a constant reminder of how good this place is. There is only one piece of artwork that wasn't framed in at Quick frames in this series of photos and i bet you'd never be able to tell. My girlfriend got me a litho from one of my favorite 80's slasher films, so I had to get it framed. Did a little research and found Quick Frames. Their prices on something of this size were excellent and they walked me through all of the options available. I couldn't be happier with the final product. I have so many other posters and prints that need professional framing and I will definitely be using Quick Frames again! read more

Been coming here for several years, framing everything from movie posters for the office in the standard metal frames to art prints & photographs in nicer wood frames. Probably had over 50 things framed here. Lots of choices if you want a custom frame. The work is always excellent, ready on time and service excellent. I've used Quick Frames a number of times over the years and I really like their work. Tons of options for frames and turnaround times of about a week. They are my first stop when I need custom framing. An honest bunch too! They caught an issue with one of my pieces and redid it for me along with free delivery to my house as a way to make up for the inconvenience. read more

This attached frame was turned out to be a beautiful one, by an asian couple jobs, by professionals whom they know what you are doing, by fast delivery and reasonable price which less than I expected. Out of about 100 sample frame selection in the store, made me instant choice a lot easier. It is been fun to do the business with Quick Frames. read more

We found this place luckily when looking for someplace to frame custom art. The owners are so nice and helpful and do an excellent job of custom framing for fair prices- bonus, they have super cute dogs behind the counter! I've had several pieces framed here and they've always done a wonderful job. Quick turnaround with reasonable prices and a huge selection of frames to choose from. I recently had an oversized poster framed and when it wouldn't fit in my car they offered to deliver to my home free of charge. Can't recommend them enough! read more

This place is a hidden gem in Los Feliz. Excellent framing work for fine art and also simply for posters. They did a great job helping me choose a mount and frame for a pastel drawing by an artist.
