I asked them to send someone else. I loved the second cleaner and had her for the longest time and she randomly stopped coming. They never even told me if they fired her or she left. I asked them to please not send anyone else besides her because she was the only one who did a good job. After a few times of her not showing up (they pretended she was just sick and kept sending other people) they had to fess up that she no longer worked there. Every person besides this one girl did horrible work. The company has so much turnover that I believe they also have bad working conditions. I think the owners pocket most of the money and pay their employees poorly which is why they cannot retain staff. I clearly wrote in the messages (screenshot attached below) that I cancelled service. They will do anything not to wrong their rights or help their customers. The cleaner literally admitted to me her vacuum was broken and the owner then claimed that was a lie and it worked fine. I then vacuumed myself with my own vacuum because I didn't want to leave my house so filthy after paying to have a poor job done. What pictures can I send if I already did YOUR job? I had to vacuum the house myself and asked them for a discount on my next service. She asked for photos and I said I already cleaned it myself when the cleaner left. I pay EXTRA to have them come with all the equipment and supplies. They just do what they want and do NOT care about customer service. Instead of calling me and trying to resolve Anna basically just said "okay cancel". After 3 years this is how you treat your customers? Okay I will make sure everyone in Chicago knows you guys have horrible business practices and treat your employees and customers like garbage. This is not the first time I have had issues with them but I have let a lot go. You guys should be ashamed of yourself. I have never had my home professionally cleaned before, but I decided to splurge and hire CCH to clean the condo I just bought as I knew the previous owners had a child, a pet, and more likely than not wore shoes in the house. I quickly received a quote (which ended up being accurate) and set the appointment for a few hours after my closing meeting. The cleaners texted me to let me know they were on their way. They arrived on time and we walked through the unit together while I pointed out the areas I wanted cleaned with focus on the floors, appliances, and bathrooms. They set to work and as they completed an area, they would ask for us to review. Everything generally looked good - we pointed out some spots on the floor that were still present after that area was done and they said the spots would not come out. The floors visually looked good after they were finished, but after they left and I walked around barefoot for the rest of the night/the next morning, I found that the soles of my feet were black from dirt. I brought this up to the owner who gave me the choice of having them come back to clean the floor again (since it was within a 24 hour guarantee window) or a partial refund. I opted for the partial refund as it was inconvenient for me to have them come back. I then spent a few hours recleaning the floor myself with Bona hardwood floor cleaner (which took care of the spots as well). Over the next day I also noticed some light grime on the kitchen cabinet handles and inside the refrigerator that had been missed. I think CCH would be great for a general, surface to mid-level clean and then just do some detailed work yourself afterwards. Thank you to the owner for working with me on a resolution!

Just a follow up to my first review of working with Girly:…read more I've been working with her biweekly since about October of 2022, and I am so thankful that I found her 3 years ago. She has been an absolute lifesaver, and it has made such a difference having her help with keeping my house clean. I travel frequently, spending about half the year outside of Illinois, and it is such a weight off of my shoulders to know that I never come home and worry about what state it will be in. I also struggle with ADHD, which makes creating and sticking with habits very difficult, and I have had the privilege of developing a routine to keep my stuff in order with biweekly services with her team. Girly works with my schedule and I never come back from being out of state to a home I'm miserable to be in. As for the value? While what this service provides for me is truly priceless, I do believe she is very fair in her pricing, and she delivers on what she says she will.
