Two hard working cleaners came in and scrubbed everything from head to toe. I'm talking base boards, cabinet doors, walls, knobs, window sills and all. They bring all of their own supplies including cleaning products, new sponges, clean cloths, step ladder, vacuum and mops. I think they will use yours too if you prefer that. Everything in my place is sparkling and that makes me so happy!! I was contacted prior to my appointment, letting me know when to expect them (which was exactly on time). Rino is a reliable and friendly business owner who knows how to treat his customers. Call Chicago Star Cleaning and you will not be disappointed.

I hired this business for a "move-in" clean after getting new flooring in my new-to-me old house…read more There was saw dust everywhere and I wanted a fresh start before I moved in, hence- a move-in cleaning. My cleaner was in my small house (944 sq ft) for 2 hours ($80) and I could tell she mopped the floors, vacuumed and wiped down some areas like the fridge and freezer but I still had to spend a lot of time cleaning myself, like the floor of the bathroom and all the cabinets/shelving before I could even consider moving in. It's likely my fault for not asking more questions about what a "move-in" clean entailed but I guessed it was going to be a bit more thorough than what I actually got. I probably should have gone with the "deep clean" in this situation.

She did a good job on the rest of the apt but the refrigerator was not cleaned on the inside, cabinets were not wiped down, the stove top had dried sauce still by the knobs. She did offer to come back & do the stuff she missed the following week. By then the new tenant would be in there so they didn't help me at all. Ended up paying her & paying for someone else to come clean it out of my deposit. When I asked for a 50% refund, she stopped communicating with me.

The second attendant that came out did a much better and after she left I felt the place was move-out clean appropriate. Even though both attendants were late, I'd say between the $180 price tag and thei overall attentiveness when i was unsatisfied, I'll probably give Morfin another call if I have similar needs in the future.

My HOA entered into a seasonal snow removal contract this year with Morfin. Our terms specify that…read morewe upgraded to "zero tolerance", meaning we paid $1725 up front for them to come as often as required, regardless of snowfall or accumulation. If we receive even a 1/4 inch, they are supposed to come and clear it. I'll add that we also upgraded to pet-friendly snow/ice melt, but that seems moot at this point because they have not shown up for a single snow/ice event this entire season. Have placed several calls to the owner (Jacqueline), and she continues to apologize and offer assurances, but they have not been to our property. Today we have had several inches of accumulation and they are nowhere to be found. Left a vm and no response. Strongly recommend against using them for snow/ice removal. Total SCAM.
