There is a 23 year old male phlebotomist that should not be allowed to work here or with the public. I am a health care provider that gives numerous injections throughout the day and I've started hundreds of IV's. This man INTENTIONALLY caused severe pain and harm to my 4 year old daughter. He blew through her vein and when I asked him to remove the needle because he lost the vein and the vial was already FULL, he put forceful pressure on the needle causing her to scream. I demanded he remove the needle and he ADVANCED it instead. Even though the vial was full, he refused to remove the needle until I stopped telling him to. He doesn't understand that the patient should always be in charge of their own medical decisions. I feel this was some sort of immature power trip. I've attempted to reach out to management, but they will not return my calls. Our pediatrician recommended contacting an attorney for the damage he caused her arm. read more

Amber drew my blood - I hardly noticed the prick - and it took no time to draw the 5 vials of blood my doctor had ordered. Amber was so cheerful and gracious. When I complimented her on her kindness, she genuinely appreciated it, so I asked if I could share a review. You can do things two ways here: make an appointment or walk-in and take your chances. I recommend to make an appointment rather than walk-in, since it can be hit or miss. For walk-ins, wait times can be very long, although sometimes they aren't. It's your call. I find by having an appointment, you know you're going to be prioritized against the people without appointments. It makes things so much easier when you don't have much time on your hands and your doctor needs you to get blood work completed. Everyone has been super friendly and have answered any question I may have had. They have a comfortable environment where you get your blood drawn. The first visit is usually always the longest, since you need to provide your ID and insurance information, so make sure you consider that when planning your visit. I always bring a copy of my lab order from my doctor with me to avoid any hassle of missing paperwork. It's made things run smooth. I frequently have to have lab work done, so I book my appointments online and tend to frequent this location the most when it's that time again. Super easy. read more

I had an appointment (made on the computer along with my confirmation code GZNVTY) for Wed. April 10 for 1 PM for a simple blood draw. I arrived at least 1/2 hour early so I checked in and sat down. Then a few minutes later I noticed that I was on the bottom of the "walk in" list (number 6). So I waited. And waited. And waited. I finally gave up since I couldn't even catch someone to speak with and to show them my confirmation number that I wasn't a Walk in. This place is a disaster and I won't go there again. I know I've been there in the past nd never had this problem, but I won't give them a chance to waste my time again. Especially since I had been fasting since 9 PM the previous night and I was getting sick from the empty stomach and nothing to eat. Only water to drink for 12 hours. That is cruel and unusual punishment in my humble opinion. I'm an old lady and need more than just water to get thru the morning, much less the afternoon. I understand covid is really hurting our medical and businesses in the area. First off there is no receptionist, it's automated, if you don't have a smart phone your screwed. The lady that's calling people back is rude, inconsiderate and un accommodating. For social distancing they are asking patients to go wait in their car and they will text you,, or wait in the hall way and they will come out to get you. They did neither and forced elderly to stand in the hallway. Their appointments are backed up 50min and they make no attempt to contact patients to let them know. There's a lady hacking a Lung and needs to be seen or leave for public safety.and she is in the confined small waiting room surrounded by other people checking in or waiting. So we went and waited in the hallway! Not one time did any employee come put to call our names. One woman was called then passed up and went in to look at the monitor to see she had been moved down a position. Another lady walked in with her son and said she was waiting in her car and nobody text her. Finally my wife was miraculously text to come in and then greeted by the rude woman telling her she's not next. She was never text. They haven't text anyone. Upon showing her the message she wanted to see the entire text chain! My wife names on the main monitor as a patient to be seen. She then tells my wife we are in the wrong office. WRONG! My wife brought all her documents which included the address and suite number. That's when all the people in the hallway started getting upset and the poor elderly woman walked in and finally was gave a chair. Turns out nobody wanted to give up their chair to her because they would be forced into the hallway and skipped for the ones in the office. I'm not writing this to slam this business or hurt their standing in our community, but they need to work on patient reception, waiting room etiquette, more chairs in the hallway, a better texting notification system, and their employees need to be trained to better handle patients. The employees kept referring to corporate guidelines, and I can't blame them. They are as frustrated as we are being short staffed. Corporate needs to pull their head out of their asses and control this office with better staffing and procedures to ensure timely appointments and notifications. COPRORATE needs to take the blame and support the overworked staff and the unappreciated patients standing for over an hour in the hallway, elderly and young alike. I went in today for some lab work, and I was pretty nervous lol... I don't like needles but I had to do it! The lady that attended me was a young lady named Roselva. She was very young, but boy did she do one of the best jobs ever! I didn't feel a thing. She was very gentle and very professional. If I ever want to get blood drawn I would definitely go with her. Avoid this location at ALL costs!! I went to have my prenatal screenings drawn. First off, they have to take 7 or 8 tubes of blood. I've never had a painful blood draw until this one. It was so painful, I was almost in tears, and I was bruised for a week after. Then she DIDN'T draw my genetic screening, and submitted the paperwork as if she had!!! I waited 13 days while it was pending in their system. I called support, and they had no record of that draw, and no order of it. I went back to the location. Everyone had a different story for me, trying to cover for the person that drew my blood. When they did the redraw, to me, it was extremely clear she messed up because the tubes used were very specific. I called Quest, and filed a complaint. Now I've had all my future labs be ordered to Labcorp. read more

The Quest on Jefferson Street in Temecula, CA is not the place to go if you have an appointment as you are lumped in with the rest of the walk-ins. As we all know, appointments take priority in their system, which is why they prefer you take the time to make an appointment online. I walked in 10 minutes early for my appoint and waited 25 minutes after my appointment as they started taking everyone that came in after me with no appointment. I had to say something to make sure I was next. This location has always lacked good management. If you make an appointment with Quest, go to another location as this one will only make you wait. read more

This location does not take walk- ins and my husband witnessed them turning away a very elderly couple who had been waiting there. They have not notified any of the physicians in the area, so if you show up like my husband did, you'll be turned away and told to make an appointment. Even after FASTING! No sign, no warning, you find out when you get there. Today my husband went in for his appointment and forgot his paperwork. WHAT?? The sense of professionalism and customer service is GONE! If I could leave zero stars, I would. I came to drop off a urine sample for my sick toddler. In order to drop off a sample (or even pick up a sample cup, as the man behind me attempted to do) you need to sign in electronically and wait in the waiting room, behind all of the patients waiting in line for walk-in appointments. There is nobody at the waiting room desk and nobody who is willing to help with a quick drop off or pickup diagnostic, or answer questions. This time, I came in on a Friday morning, with no appointment, and there were a few people waiting ahead of me, but I only had to wait 15 minutes! People were going in and out very fast. Arrived 7 AM hoping to get in as a walk in. No staff at the front desk to assist people. So we checked in with their automated system and I was automatically assigned an 8:40 AM appointment. So we checked in and waited hoping we would get in earlier as "appointments have priority." We kept constantly getting skipped over by people that were on the standby list. Which was obvious to everybody because they put the lists up on the TV for the waiting room to see! When I dared to ask one of the nurses and brought it to their attention, they told me I was giving them attitude! We ended up waiting the full hour and 40 minutes until our appointment time. The nurses made no attempt to get us in earlier. Even though they took five walk-ins that had only been waiting five minutes, before us! There were times my son's name was the only one on the list, yet no one came out to ask or check. The nurses were extremely rude and clearly did not care about appointment management and patient wait time. Quest has a good appointment setting system with text and email reminders, but even with appointments it takes over a 30 minute wait in a crowded, enclosed area. I've had to come twice for different tests and the waiting room and hallways are crowded by uncomfortable, sick people. read more

I recently went to this quest location for a blood draw and was seen by a young male technician. He seemed a little nervous and was trying to create small talk while he looked for a vein. He struggled to find A vein which is typical for my arms. When he finally found one he thought he could use, he stuck the needle in and hit a major nerve instead of a vein. I screamed in pain and felt a jolt in shock run up and down my arm. I screamed at him to stop but he did not remove the needle which made the pain worse. I immediately started crying and he withdrew the needle. I was obviously in distress and he began accusing me of not drinking enough water prior to the appointment. He was unapologetic and unprofessional! I am shocked at the treatment I received. I left the office in tears. The pain in my arm was so intense I had to go see my general practitioner. There was nothing they could do and I lived with intense arm pain for three weeks. I filed a formal complaint on the quest website but never heard anything back. I also tried to call call the quest location but there is no one answering the phone. I do not recommend this location! And if you do you use this location, look out for a young man. I wish I had his name but since I could not contact anyone at the office I have been unable to find his name read more

Horrible customer service. They don't even say "Hi" when you walk in the door just, "sign in there" and point to the electronic sign in machine. I waited an hour and then was called up to give the lady my paperwork, turns out I didn't have everything I needed (my fault) but I waited an hour to figure that out! When I asked her why, she said sorry we're short staffed. There are other labs, I would suggest going elsewhere. Quest On Temecula Parkway is Poor customer service. Horrible experience. Staff is unprofessional, and unkind. I had appointment, arrived on time, did one test. I expressed to the tech that there are more tests that are normally done. I even showed her the electronic order. She said that was it. Called doc, they said there is more. ?? Tech had me get doctor to fax info. I sat there and waited for an hour just so they can tell me that they couldn't see me and that I had to make another appointment for different time. If I could rate the staff that work at this location it would be zero. They had plenty of time in between appointments to finish up with my original appointment, because they weren't busy, but instead chose to have me wait there and then tell me they can't see me. Another patient waiting there told me that he's had problems with that location as well and that he's putting a claim against them. I don't recommend this place. You're better off going to the one off of Jefferson or just a completely different company. read more
