The entrance is a little confusing if you've never been here before. I'd come like 5-10 minutes early if you are directionally challenged like me lol. Making an appointment is super easy online. Took me less than 3 minutes. Easy to reschedule and cancel appointments as well with zero hassle. My appointment was at 3:30pm. They close at 4 according to Google. I got there at 3:25. I was seen exactly at 3:30! My blood draw was very smooth and painless. The lady who did it was professional and quick. No annoying countdown "1,2,3 quick pinch". If I lived in the area I'd absolutely come back. Only criticism is that it was kind of dirty in there. I think it could use a deep cleaning especially on the walls. But the experience was great overall. I was in and out within 10 minutes! For parking: park in the back where it says "additional parking". There is a small entrance that said something like "pediatrics". Go in there. It leads you to a hall way. Just walk until you see Quest. It was on the right hand side. Staff told me I only had until their closing time instead of the full window, and I was never clearly advised that leaving early could be marked as a refusal. Because of this, the situation appears to qualify as a collector/procedural error. Cutting the process short due to business hours and failing to properly inform the donor is not acceptable when handling federally regulated tests. This is not just poor service--this directly affects people's livelihoods. I have proof of my arrival and departure times. If you perform DOT testing, you are expected to follow proper procedures, not convenience. Updating my review after speaking directly with the lab. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the situation escalated. I told him I believed I had…read morestrep throat and he prescribed me 3 different medications without even looking at me (none of which treated strep) and did not do any kinds of tests. Woke up this morning to white tonsils and all the symptoms of strep throat. I called and they said I'd have to come back in to be prescribed anything but i'm not gonna sit there for another 2 hours just for them to do what should have been done in the first place. If you need someone to actually help you, I would not recommend coming here.
