This place is an absolute mess on Saturdays. Make an appointment or wait an hour and a half. I had bloodwork that needed to be done on a specific day (woman stuff lol) and sadly it landed on a Saturday. Staff was friendly and prompt as they could be. It just was noisy and crowded- I for whatever reason didn't think appointments were taken for weekends, but now I know. Don't be like me, make an appointment if you go to this location on the weekend! (There are only a few open on weekends- so be sure to check!) read more

Made an appointment at this lab. I get there and me and another person their system has no record of the appointment. Then you are told to come in as a walk in from the solo person working there. Highly unprofessional lab Choose another lab. read more

I've been here multiple times for blood work due to my doctors referrals to a Quest lab. If I make an appointment or not, the wait time will take forever. Last I went, a young man was waiting to be called for his appointment for an hour. I didn't make one this day, yet the staff felt the need to let me in before him and others who also had appointments. I saw people get frustrated so they just left till another day. Btw this was on a Wednesday at noon. I ended up waiting an hour, but was fortunate to have gotten it done. They were super short staffed, which probably led to the biggest issue. In order to make this place better, get a kind, well trained bunch that will be able to handle the hassle of the busy day. read more

Parking is $5 up to 2 hours. Had I known this I would NOT have booked this location. If you're at the hospital already then it's convenient. But if you're just going for the lab work, who wants to pay $5 for 30 min of parking. Plus, I had an appt and the laptop didn't read it. The clerks were ok, I'm super sensitive and need to lie down when I get blood drawn. read more

Jocelyne is amazing! When she is working the entire process runs so much better. For work, I come multiple times a week and can literally feel when Jocelyne is there. She does a great job of juggling questions from patients and completing lab work. Thank you! read more

Unfortunately this was the only lab that had an appointment for the time that I needed. It's my second time here and still very disappointing with the staff in the front desk. Extremely rude. Hopefully I won't have to come back to this location. I saw patients asking for help to sign in to other patients instead of the staff. They must know not to ask for assistance due to their unhelpful behavior. read more

Unknowledgeable staff, unprofessional management, cancelled appts etc. it should've been a quick easy trip but ended up a major waste of 2 hours. read more

Need weekends open at leat one Appts Saturday are only before 11 . I will need to do this at my own Dr

Service was quick, parking was the downfall. $5 for 2 hours of parking, with $1 off when you get your ticket validated at Quest. If i had known, I would have gone to one of the other locations with free parking. I was in and out in about 25 minutes as a "walk-in" after scheduling my walk-in online (basically saves your place online first so there's less wait time when you arrive). There is a 10 minute leeway for the parking structure, which seems to be the only option. They were definitely not forgiving when I was only there about 14 minutes past the limit. read more

First off, YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING. NOOOO! But even more infuriating is their supervision. This lady was just severely micromanaging the poor phlebotomist. In fact, IDK why she felt the need to micromanage me as well. It was bad enough that I (of 21 years RN experience) began to pressure the phlebotomist, but I stopped when the needle was introduced to my face (joking). Then I just let her do her thing. Poor phlebotomist. IDK why she thinks she needs to be treated like this. She should go learn at a community hospital. Also, this QC lady needs to stop policing her subordinate. She was so militant, she wouldn't allow me to take both UA cups in the bathroom. I just decided to leave with the 2nd urine specimen cup, but not before the QC lady reminded me that, "You're going to return that...to a lab?" To which I growled, Yes! I heard you the first 2 times. Such poor choices of administration. I hope the poor phlebotomist finds a nicer environment to work at because she was a sweetheart. & did I mention that YOU HAVETO PAY FOR PARKING? BY THE HOUR? read more

Quick and fast service if you have an appointment and the check via your phone before you even step foot into the building. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The only downfall is the $5 parking fee for just being there less than 30 min. I know there are other Quest centers around so I will not be coming here again because of the parking fee. They do have a discounted rate of $1, but paying $4 for a quick service is ridiculous. read more

Service was quick BUT DO NOT GO ON WEEKENDS. THEY DONT VALIDATE TICKETS ON WEEKENDS SO YOU HAVE TO PAY. I was lucky I was only there for 17 mins so my ticket was $4 but still... that was the only place you could park. I thought it would be validated or else I would've never chosen to go to this specific quest location smh read more

Always best to make an appointment. I was in and out within 15 mins. It was great experience.

Been here many times and it's the same old thing as with any other Quest. Techs here can be rude and sarcastic to patients, which is simply poor etiquette. In fact, I can honestly say its the same person(s) over the past 4 years that are degrading to patients. While most are very nice once you sit in the chair to have your blood drawn. Otherwise, for the most part they all look past or ignore you until they are ready to acknowledge you. Aside from that, the view is spectacular! Probably the best view any Quest office has in fact that looks out to the skyline where you can see our beautiful mountains. Plus, the office location is conveniently located to a multitude of Doctors offices in the Pavilion. One stop shopping so to say. Best time to go through is after noon. In fact, they are practically dead anytime after 1:30 pm. so despite the lack of personality and respectable service, the view and convenience makes this location A-OK. read more

This office is the worst service ever. I came for my baby blood test twice and they still missed it. They were fishing for his vents. You can tell already that he doesn't have vents on the right so I told her to just do the left since it's more visible. But she was so stupid and stubborn, she said she just wanted to check but she still sticked the needle in and started fishing it until I yelled at her to stop. When someone else came to do it on the other hand, it was a a simple poke and everything was done within minute. I did not get her name, but she should be back to school to learn about compassion and professionalism before she can start working read more

Quest Diagnostics - Both arms got poke because of her stupidity and unprofessional. Poor baby - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Orange, California

Needed lab work prior to surgery and front desk at my Dr.'s office told me I could go to either lab in the building so I came here. I was happy because even though I was a walk-in they took me right in. Front desk was nice as my phlebotomist. Even though phlebotomist was nice he hurt me. I told him people usually have a difficult time identifying my vein and if he couldn't see it I would prefer he do it on the other side if that was best. He said there was no problem and he stuck the needle, BUT no blood came out he then proceeded to move the needle around HURTING me. I told him to draw from the other arm because it was obvious he hadn't found my vein prior to sticking the needle in. He drew from the other side and hours later I had huge bruises on both arms. Surgery day and hospital doesn't have my results! Really?! I was told my front desk as the guy who drew my blood they would send my result within 24 hrs downstairs. Ughh nooo they FAILED to do so. As I was admitted my nurse had to sent out a request. What a waste of time and lack of professionalism. read more

Highly unorganized! I've been to a few quest labs and this is by far the worst. Not only do you pay for parking because they do not validate but also when you get in, even if you've checked in prior to coming in, the wait is over 30 minutes. This is mainly due to either not being organized or to a lack of staff. The quest lab is near a hospital so it can be very chaotic just making it into the lab. I would recommend looking for a different lab near you and avoid this one. read more

Workers are so unprofessional and don't want to help when assistance is needed! I walked in with a new born and a appointment scheduled by her doctor and instead of helping us figure out when it was scheduled they made us sign in as a walk in. AND MADE US WAIT TILL THEY WANTED TO HELP US FIGURE IT OUT. read more

services was awful!!!! rude staff and you have to pay to park $5

DO NOT COME HERE. DO NOT. I am warning you...... I came here 8/13/2022 7:30am and they covered the kiosk with a note saying "no walk ins 8-13-22". When a nurse came out, she would ignore anyone there that did not have an appointment. I had to ask her if there was a reason why there was no walk ins. Calling in doesn't work, online says there are walk ins. She stated they were short staffed. I asked her if the lab request I need can be done at this location. Quest's website sucks and just states "and other tests". What the heck is "other"??? Sucks even more because when calling in, you get a robot.... She understood my question and apologized it wasn't on the website AND verified yes they can do it here but advised me to make an appointment. So I did.. appointment today 9/3/22 7:30am. Having an appointment made things easy. Waiting room was FILLED. Soon after checking in they called me in. NOPE. THE LAB I NEED CANNOT BE DONE HERE. WTF. I live 25 miles away from this location because all other locations nearby do not have Saturdays. ON TOP OF THAT, PARKING IS NOT FREE HERE!! So basically, TLDR I understand the place being short staffed. I work in healthcare and nurses are hard to come by these days. But don't tell me to come back when I specifically ask you if the service I need can be done here...... wasted driving 100miles and $8 on parking. Yes. It costs $4 even for only being here 10 minute. And there is no attendant to assist on Saturdays..... DO NOT COME HERE! I wished i could give this place 0 stars. Please educate all your staff on what services are provided at this location. Thank you read more

I had an appointment yesterday at 7:15am in room 1 and my phlebotomist made a racist remark to me that I don't really think is appropriate to let slide. To give context, I am a white female of Hispanic and Cuban descent, so I have a Spanish last name. When the phlebotomist called me in from the waiting room, she asked me for my name a second time after seeing that my traditionally Spanish last name did not match my appearance. After drawing my blood, she told me I was a "gringa" and asked why I had a Mexican last name. Shocked, I explained that my family is Spanish and Cuban and then she laughed and told me I was a "gringa" again as I was leaving. I think this is entirely inappropriate behavior and if the roles were reversed, I would have faced severe consequences, especially with today's political climate. I would have had zero problem explaining my last name if I wasn't called a derogatory racial slur. Unfortunately, I was too shocked to ask for her name, but I hope this employee learns that this behavior is unprofessional and should not be tolerated by Quest or anyone else for that matter. While this situation could have been a lot worse, racism is racism and it is unacceptable nonetheless. read more

If i could give no stars, I would. The front desk was rude and talked to me like I was clueless. I made an appointment ahead of time for 4 PM and the kiosk was having issues signing in. They claimed I had not made an appointment "its not coming up in our system" (even though i had a confirmation code and text from the office). A lady had an appointment before me and was 25 mins late, yet they took her back. By then it was 4:15 (theyre open until 4:30) and the lady in scrubs just talked over me and told me come back another day. These people are completely useless, do not waste your time. read more

This is the worst experience I've had at a lab. I checked in and one of the options was to wait outside and they will text you. Since it was over crowded and there were no seats, I chose that. They texted me and I was at the desk within 20 seconds. There was a lady running around and she stopped and said can I help you. I said yes, you just texted me. She responded with "we called your name several times and then we texted you after you didn't respond. I said, I answered the question that I would be waiting for a text outside when I checked, why did you call my name" she said you'll be next and walked away. After it seemed like they all went to lunch, they started calling patients again. By the 3rd patient I walked up and said Hey, I've been here over an hour and a half. A different woman said come on in, I'll take care of you. It will be LabCorp for me from now on. read more

Very crowded location. It is hot and just feels really dirty. The people checking you in are not friendly at all! They don't even offer a smile. It is very slow, customer service should definitely be something they should work on. I work at a lab and never in a hundred years would I dream of greeting patients in the manor they do. They simple tell you sign in and take a seat. No hello, we will be right with you. NOTHING. Not coming back to this location ever. read more

Went here for a pre-employment urine test and had so many difficulties even prior to my appointment day. First, my last name was spelled wrong by my employer and it took a few tries until it was corrected. It was very unfortunate that the front desk caught the mistake again after I waited an hour to be called. Luckily the third time was fixed. But the lady in the front desk was already annoyed at that point. The online system did not have an option for an appointment time so I ended up waiting about 2 hours until I got tested. Test was quick. Unfortunately, I had to pay for parking. The validation at the Quest location only does $1 off. read more

This place is horrible no compassion for the patients the front desk person that was working 10/30/21 in the morning vey very rude and did give give a rat ass about you she does not need to be working with patients if she does not have empathy or any sympathy I would not recommend this location to any one if I would not give this location 1/4 of a star much less a one star read more

Omg Dr.Sovann did my blood test. I have gotten blood work MANY times and never had an experience like this. HE IS SO SO GOOD! If you have any fear or needles or getting blood taken ask for him. Because of all the negative reviews, I almost cancelled my appointment. I am glad I kept it. I had no trouble checking in, and they took me right on time for my blood-work. I can understand why there may be some negative reviews, and I think you just need to know what to expect. First, You will need an appointment for this location. Several people attempted to walk in, and were told they would need to schedule an appointment and come back. You also might want to try for an early appointment. Second, I can also see how the parking situation could be frustrating. The parking structure was quite busy. I had someone drop me off, so was not an issue, especially since there is a nice round-about drop-off area right in front of the building. If you do park, give yourself plenty of time, and take a deep breath. read more

Quest staff is nice enough but the wait is ridiculous. The management reallllly needs to add employees (The poor front desk kept getting complaints about the wait). Ideas to help with the wait: Add another TV and phone chargers in order to make the wait more pleasant. The drab green and beige paint is depressing. Be prepared to pay for your parking too. read more

when you come into any of these offices, there is no one to help you check in. you have to do it in their tablet. unfortunately not everyone knows how to use these (specially the elderly) so you have to rely on the kindness of strangers to help you. I usually help out 3 people when I take my mom. there is also no one in the front desk you help you answer any questions you may have regarding the blood work you are having done. making an appointment through the phone or even online is not that easy. sometimes you have questions about the appointment you are making and if you can have other studies done along with bloodwork. Quest was so much better when you had a live person helping and welcoming you instead of a robot read more

This place was great facility to get a quick blood sample drawn. I had an appointment at 8:30 am on a Tuesday and I was seen pretty much immediately. I have a phobia of blood and tend to faint very easily, so I warned the staff and they were more than kind and accommodating. Normally, nurses roll their eyes at me and grow impatient, but they were so understanding, which put me at ease. Whole thing took about 2 minutes but I chose to lay there for about 5 more minutes to make sure I was feeling okay. Results were released on my patient portal in exactly 1 week, as the law requires. However, they only validate $1 for parking, which is a bit odd. I had to pay $4 for parking for an appointment that lasted maybe 15 minutes, which is a slight negative. Otherwise, great experience! read more

Unfortunately if you HAVE to go to Quest for any reason / your doctor requires it..., then you'll have to deal with cold, unfriendly, stoic front desk attendants. If you do something incorrectly - say it's your first time here and you write your name in cursive instead of PRINT (God forbid) - then you'll be shamed - NOT quietly. The whole lobby can hear everything and there is no effort or pretense to quiet the conversation for at least some semblance of privacy. A lady was all but yelled at for not printing her name. What was all that attitude going to do for the lady who needed crutches to walk up only to be dismissed to another lab. My personal experience? Who knows who's mistake it was for me not fasting. I was reprimanded practically worse than my parents would reprimand me for something like that. You deal with this all day? Not an excuse to shame me in public. I wish I could say good riddance but maybe I'll just use a different location. I don't need someone making me feel rotten before I've had my morning coffee. read more

This is one of the best lab. Technicians to draw blood which is why I come back. However their check in front desk girls is not pleasant. I watched her the whole time with patients and she could not smile or even offer to assist an older person needing guidance with check in. She appeared to be bothered by having to check people in. It's too bad they hired someone with no compassion or a smile to offer. She did not offend me but she appeared to be on the verge of rude to everyone. She must be new because I have never experienced her before. I guess there are some miserable people that just can't give off caring in a patient oriented business. read more

Got here on time with an appointment at 8am Saturday. Surprised to see more than 30 people in waiting room. Majority with no appointments. After i checked in, they called my name in 15 minutes. I was a little worried because my name was not on the waiting list tv, but got happy when they called my name. Both reception and lab staff were friendly.
