I could feel his passive aggressiveness in the way he respond to me. He is not patient and is not friendly. If something like this triggers him, i can't even imagine when he draws. This made it very difficult to ask questions or understand what was happening. After the labs were finally done, I asked for a simple doctor's note for my daughter's school since she missed the morning due to fasting and the appointment. The receptionist said she did not know what that was and could not provide one. Overall, the long wait, lack of communication, and inability to provide basic documentation made this a very stressful experience for both me and my daughter. I wish I can give it 0 stars . The LB location told me that the Tustin worker had no right to assure me of this and they couldn't help me. Lesson learned: never show up without an appointment because walk ins are impossible. And book your appointment early because they're booked out 2+ weeks in advance.

They open at 7:30 a.m. The website says beside this date "same-day visits available without appointment" (see photo below). Hence i made the trek from Costa Mesa this morning and waited in line. About 7:15 a snarly woman got off the elevator, didn't look up just walked by us quickly saying "only appointments this morning, only appointments", in a loud unfriendly voice. Not even a "Good Morning". Just before 7:30 a.m. after waiting for them to open with approximately a dozen other people, some with appointments and some without,the door opens and the woman announces that they would only see patients with appointments. I pointed out to her (and showed her on my phone) that the website says they take walk ins. She continue to point to the sign beside the door that apparently says "no walk ins". Then she let me know they had 60 appointments and would only be working for 4 hours. None of that is my challenge, nor if you do the math, does that appear so taxing. She was rude and very dismissive. I along with two others left and rode the elevator together. One other told me he saw it on the website as well. The three of us were fairly disgusted with the interactions. I checked in and he took me back immediately. He explained the drug sample process, and we were on our way. I had to do a drug test for work. The hardest part was finding parking and finding the place lol You park right next door. There are a few labeled spots. Then you walk over to the building, and you will see a security car parked.
