    Parking is $2 for 3 hours and you pay through your phone , but if you want free parking, park on the GG hospital side and the walk over. I can see why this place gets so much bad reviews, but my experience was pretty good. When you walk in it's kind of awkward, there's no one in front, just kiosk/iPads (They will open the door and call you). Make sure you sign in on the iPad to place yourself in line. It said my wait time was one hour, but I was helped in about 15-20 minutes. They were able to help me and I was good to go. It is very awkward with no one in front.

    same blood spot from last week. How do you not expect for shit to get contaminated, if can't follow simple cleaning procedures. YUCK

    Worst experience when it comes to dealing with patients. The staff is not very fluent in english, due to the language barrier they all sound rude and disrespectful. If you are of other nationality other than Vietnamese or other asian descent the. you will be treated badly. They can't speak proper english and they yell when they have to repeat themselves ugh. Not patient with elderly patients.

    Do NOT go here. I took my dad to get bloodwork Friday 02/14/25 @ 11:20 am and the lady (shorter Asian) was rude to begin with and while adjusting my elderly father's hand, FORCEFULLY pulled it down. She caused pain from the yank and immediately my dad's hand bruised up. He said why'd you do that? And showed her his hand, to which she said "I didn't" and told us to leave. This woman does not belong in this industry, she deals with people who NEED to be treated carefully and correctly. Definitely not treated with force and lack of accountability. I will definitely be contacting corporate but if you can, AVOID AVOID AVOID.

    Went to quest for blood work and I was in and out ! I checked in at 12:20 and was seen by 12:28. The Mexican older lady who took my blood out was so sweet and walked me through the process( I wasn't scared at all but that's pretty professional) I would recommend coming here !

    I asked for a small needle. But tech said oh no. Never this bad. This is abuse malpractice.

    Techs don't care. Never had bruising this bad for 1 vial. I even asked for a small needle last time I had 4 vials drawn and tech used small needle no bruises. Wish Quest Diagnostics would give after visiting surveys too gauge how a particular tech is treating patients maybe then they would care more about client experience.

He went over the instructions of the kit for the test I was having done, and already knew what to expect. He asked the right questions - "Are there ice packs with this one?" "Does it need to be centrifuged?" He was even such a pro he knew which cabinet door held my garbage can without looking. The poke itself was right on the money, nearly painless, and without complication. He took the kit with him to do the postal dropoff himself - it was included with his services. One less thing for me to have to do, which was appreciated. We shook hands, said goodbye, and that was that. He did not solicit me for a Yelp review. A lot of service providers will offer deals to customers in hopes of scamming their way into a good review - it's a red flag whenever I see it and it makes me mad for having wasted time reading reviews that were essentially bought. But Andre didn't do that at all, which is why I immediately got on my computer to write him a review anyway. He earned his reviews by being good at what he does. I'd use him again anytime.

When I finally asked what was happening, the staff told me they had skipped my daughter because they did not know how to pronounce her name. No one had called us or tried to ask. After the labs were finally done, I asked for a simple doctor's note for my daughter's school since she missed the morning due to fasting and the appointment. I've even recommended this place to friends and have brought my daughter here in the past when she needed tests. However, our recent experience on October 3, 2025, was very disappointing. The woman in the photo provided unprofessional and rude service. My family has always used the same insurance card at this facility without any issues. I had just completed my own lab work at this location shortly before, using the exact same card, with no problems. In fact, even last year, my daughter had used this same card at this location without issue. But this time, the front desk staff claimed that my daughter's insurance was not valid and insisted that she provide a different insurance card. My daughter called me, confused, and I was genuinely surprised. I immediately contacted both my doctor's office and hers, and they confirmed that the insurance is valid and that the member ID number can be used to verify coverage. What upset me most was that the front desk staff spoke to my daughter in a harsh and disrespectful manner, even though she calmly explained the situation. Despite being told by both doctors' offices that the card was active and accepted, the staff refused to acknowledge it and did not allow her to proceed with the lab work. Her appointment was at 11:00 AM, but after a long wait and no resolution, she had to walk over to her doctor's office to have them call the lab directly. By the time she was finally allowed to proceed with the blood draw, it was 12:00 PM. At that point, she was told the lab was closed for lunch and was asked to return after 1:00 PM. She ended up having to fast and wait over two hours just to complete a basic blood draw , all because of the unprofessional handling by the front desk staff that day. In healthcare, professionalism, compassion, and patience are essential. I sincerely hope this feedback leads to better service and improved staff training at this location going forward.

These ladies had a smile on their face and said even with no appointment, they would try and help me get in if I waited for the people with appointments to go first. Yep! Smooth running process- checked in and took a seat and they got me in and out in less than an hour! They moved people so fast in and out of that waiting area and treated everyone with respect and kindness. When you're getting lab work done you can be so nervous and worried and they made the experience great! Thank you ladies for being a pleasure to work with and for caring about your patients!
