Backstory: I had back pain for about a year (probably wfh) in addition to pulling my back after dead lifts. My back would hurt after standing or walking for more than 10 minutes. I went to a chiropractor 3 days a week for 4 weeks and it was just temporary relief and never got better. Scheduled a session with Jerry. He was great the first time with evaluations and was able to work through some of the muscles the first time. He gave me exercises to do to help my imbalance that was causing pain as well and Jay helped me with learn the proper technique. Over the course of 3 weeks my back got a lot better. I could stand and walk for long periods of time. I was able to squat and deadlift again. I wanted to continue to go to him but I was only able to see him without getting a doctors note for a few weeks but I ended up traveling for work then getting Covid so my time was cut short. California has Direct Access laws that allow patients to see a physical therapist without a prescription -- up to 12 visits or 45 days, whichever comes first In my mother's case, she did have a prescription with the reason clearly stated, but the diagnosis section mentioned "arm" instead of "wrist." I had the X-rays and radiology report with me, and even contacted the doctor on the spot, who confirmed the diagnosis and said their office would send a corrected referral. That still wasn't good enough. The staff insisted on a completely new prescription. This clinic is absolutely not patient-oriented. The staff are rude, dismissive, and extremely unhelpful. Avoid this place.

He could have easily told me he was ready instead of acting like a little child who has to wait to ask to talk. This establishment gives low quality care and their quality of work is terrible. Some of the employees are great but the majority are terrible and need to learn manners or common sense.
