Zero stars i had an appointment and the lady tech was very rude and unprofessional. It's seems like she hates her job and she just woke up her hair was uncombed and messy. She couldn't find my vein and told me that she hates it when it happen. She drawed blood on both of my arms right and left then she finally got it on my left. She didn't even apologized instead she kept on saying oh my God this is upsetting and didn't even put pressure she just put gauze I'm sure it's going to bruise. I wish Quest would do something about the technician's behavior and etiquette. read more

Really I try to give them the benefit of doubt because they are providing such a valuable service. Why are they always the most rude to their patience. Why do they feel it necessary to talk down to people. Almost like we are wasting their time. As they say leadership starts at the top. Hematoma from pushing needle in too far for the blood draw. Not happy. Room was so noisy I couldn't hear what the phlebotomy was saying through her mask. They initially had no record of the Dr.'s order sent over 4 days prior to appointment. She went to look for it and found it in a tray somewhere and still hadn't been input to the computer system. read more

Many of the reviews for this location are mixed. However I can say my experience was tremendously successful. Quest is located discreetly inside of the Vons grocery store next to the pharmacy. The setting is very relaxed and professional. As you enter you use a tablet to enter your name and phone number and wait to be called upon. When I arrived no other clients were waiting so the staff members responded very quickly. I only needed a simple blood draw so I was completed in less than 5 minutes and I was on my way. read more

Horrible experience. The technician was EXTREAMLY rude, took the person with a later appointment first, when me and that patient(bless her soul) told her she is talking a wrong person, stated "when I looked your name was not there"and proceeded with the other patient! The way she spoke to me was just shocking! I've been a nurse for 20 years, never talked to a patient like that even in my worst day. read more

Came here to get my blood work done and was very impressed with how this quest is set up. They are located inside the Vons in the back, kind of difficult to find if you're not used to the store. Everyone was super friendly and it was really quick to get in and out. They are appointment only which made it super easy during this time. read more

Just went to this location to drop off a frozen sample, I arrived at 4:50. Yelp claims they close at 5. So I rush in & the women working says "close the door we're closed". Excuse me? She then sees the bag in my hand & lets me know they will not be taking samples. I said that's odd they said I can take it anywhere. "Take it to a higher location" um ok where would that be? *ignores me* "where is another location?" Idk Anaheim hills. This women is rude, completely unprofessional, & unhelpful. read more

Julian went above and beyond for me. I was not aware Quest is appointment only now. I went in and Julian was able to fit me in. He could have said no and made me come back but he was kind and squeezed me in in-between his appointments. He was professional and efficient as well. Thank you Julian! Staff is very rude. I showed up at 8am for an 8:40am appointment hoping to get in a few minute early due to commitments. Staff will make you wait til the very moment of your appointment regardless if they do not have anyone scheduled or anyone to service while you wait. Its baffling how they just dont take you early. Horrible experience!!!! The guy that works there was pretty rude, trying to argue with me about not making an appt when I clearly showed him my confirmation code, he spoke to me to as if I was stupid or something. He was just plain rude, he did take me. But kept saying comments that made me feel uncomfortable, He didn't give me enough confidence, I was a little hesitantabout getting my blood taken out from him, because I felt tension in the room. I NEVER, and let say that again. NEVER, scared of needles or getting blood taken out but today, was different I went to this place thinking things would good smooth, but it didn't. InsteadI got a guy who was pretty rude, and hurt my arm , he kept pressing the needle in. That's not okay! This isn't the type of experience I want to take with me , this is the closest quest from my house and to come back here, just won't feel right. Lady who drew my blood was very rude to me when I asked her if I could calm down before she stuck the needle in my arm (I have a very bad fear of needles). While I was trying to calm myself she was literally about to jus shove it in my arm but I caught her n told her to wait for me to calm down then did it again n AGAIN I TOLD HER TO GIVE ME A SECOND TO CALM DOWN n she proceeds to rudely say "I can only do three times so if you move again I can't help you". I've been coming here for a while and I have to say Dana is the best. I'm pregnant so I have a lot of blood work. Dana has been so nice and helpful I can't even explain how comfortable she makes you feel. She gives you so much information to help you if you need it. I will tell everyone I know to go to Dana. I brought my 86 year old mother here for a blood draw. Our paperwork was off but Sandy patiently entered the missing information and got the Medicare and insurance data into the system. Mom was nervous; her veins are so small. As soon as Sandy saw her apprehension, she pulled out the smaller pediatric supplies and talked sweetly to mom as she drew the blood effortlessly. We are so grateful for Sandy's soft touch and consideration. read more

The technician was insanely rude. Argued about my insurance trying to tell me my member number wasn't right. I've had the same PPO for 2 years and have gone to one of their other labs with no issues. She finally stops arguing about my insurance when she sees I'm in the system. Then asks for my lab orders. Asks if I ate. I tell her earlier, but my MD told me I didn't need to fast for the test. She then rudely barks, " did you eat or not?!". I looked at her and said, " yes, I just said that." She then has me put my arm out, didn't have me make a fist, and hot what I think is a nerve. My arm is bruised and is painful to move. Ive been to numerous other locations and NEVER had issue like this before. I'll be using a lab in the St Joseph towers from now on. Totally inappropriate behavior in a medical setting. My signicant other is a RN House Supervisor at a local hospital and was horrified when I told him what happened. read more

The WORST!!! I checked in and 40 min later I was still waiting. The woman that works there takes about 30 min a patient. She was finishing up the first one when I got there. Just when I thought I would see the light at the end of sloth tunnel, someone with an appointment came in and she called them. Fair enough but my goodness I was aging as I sat there! Instead of waiting ANOTHER 30 min for this patient I decided to go lab Corp....in and out.... A much better experience. I made my appointment online and got reminders and was able to get checked in through text. There was no wait time when I got there. Staff was super friendly. Jocelyn was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable and was very patient and understanding with me when I told her I was nervous. They really listened to me when I told them what arm was better and I did appreciate that. Jocelyn was super gentle and I barely felt anything and I have no bruising. It's always been difficult to get blood from me, and later a man came in and he looked at my arms and did more tests and he gave me great tips on how to prepare and what to tell future healthcare providers in the future. I can't thank them enough for easing my nerves and I would have never thought that getting blood work would be a positive experience. read more

This lab is terrible. My 80 year old mother has been waiting 4 months to see a specialist. Lab work was needed for the appointment and this lab screwed up twice. The first time they didn't do one the tests the dr ordered. She had her blood drawn a second time and they could not locate the results. The appointment with the specialist had to rescheduled because of this labs incompetence. Go somewhere else. read more
